Abstract

A foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member is used for being sleeved on a foot having toes, a sole, an inner arch, an outer arch and a heel and includes: a sock main body, served to be sleeved on the foot, wherein the bottom end thereof is formed with a bottom part defined at the bottom end of the foot, and the bottom part is disposed with at least one foot pad hidden pocket; and at least one filling member, disposed in the foot pad hidden pocket of the sock main body. Accordingly, the filling member having different hardness can be disposed in the foot pad hidden pocket at different zones of the sock main body for being corresponding to the foot, thus the foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member can be worn on foot and applicable in every pair of shoes.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a foot pad sock, especially to a foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member, in which at least one filling member having different hardness can be disposed in a foot pad hidden pocket at different zones at a bottom part of a sock main body for being corresponding to a foot, thus the foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member can be worn on the foot and applicable in every pair of shoes.
  • 2. Description of Related Art

  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • For solving the above-mentioned shortages existed in prior art, one primary objective of the present invention is to provide a foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member, in which at least one filling member having different hardness can be disposed in a foot pad hidden pocket at different zones at a bottom part of a sock main body for being corresponding to a foot, thus the foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member can be worn on the foot and applicable in every pair of shoes, thereby overcoming the shortages existed in prior art.
  • Another objective of the present invention is to provide a foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member, in which a filling member at a bottom part of a sock main body does not required to be tailored or adhered, and situations of loosening, falling out or exposing can be prevented.
  • One another objective of the present invention is to provide a foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member, in which a foot having problems such as cavus, flatfoot or plantar fasciitis can comfortably step on the ground without wearing a shoe.
  • Still one another objective of the present invention is to provide a foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member, in which advantages of convenient in use and having a stabilized effect are provided.
  • Accordingly, the present invention provides a foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member, which is used for being sleeved on a foot having toes, a sole, an inner arch, an outer arch and a heel, and includes:
  • a sock main body, served to be sleeved on the foot, wherein the bottom end thereof is formed with a bottom part defined at the bottom end of the foot, and the bottom part is disposed with at least one foot pad hidden pocket; and
  • at least one filling member, disposed in the foot pad hidden pocket of the sock main body.
  • Preferably, according to the present invention, the shape of the sock main body is formed as a long sock, a short sock, a boat-shaped sock or a hidden-type sock.
  • Preferably, according to the present invention, the foot pad hidden pocket includes a toe zone located at the toes of the foot, a sole zone located at the sole of the foot, an inner arch zone located at the inner arch of the foot, an outer arch zone located at the outer arch of the foot and a heel zone located at the heel of the foot.
  • Preferably, according to the present invention, the shape of the filling member is corresponding to the shape of the foot pad hidden pocket.
  • Preferably, according to the present invention, the filling member is made of a buffering material or a supporting material.
  • Preferably, according to the present invention, the material adopted for forming the filling member is a non-fabric material.
  • Preferably, according to the present invention, the non-fabric material of the filling member is gel or silicon or nylon or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).
  • Comparing to prior art and with the above-mentioned structure, the filling member having different hardness can be disposed in the foot pad hidden pocket at different zones at the bottom part of the sock main body for being corresponding to the foot, thus the foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member can be worn on foot and applicable in every pair of shoes; so that the filling member at the bottom part of the sock main body does not required to be tailored or adhered, and situations of loosening, falling out or exposing can be prevented, moreover, the foot having problems such as cavus, flatfoot or plantar fasciitis can comfortably step on the ground without wearing the shoe, thereby providing advantages of convenient in use and having a stabilized effect.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • One preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
  • Referring from FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, wherein FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the assembly according to the present invention; FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view showing the assembly according to the present invention; and FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member provided by the present invention being sleeved on a foot then together put into a shoe. The present invention provides a foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member which is used for being sleeved on a foot 3 having toes 31, a sole 32, an inner arch 33, an outer arch 34 and a heel 35. According to one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member includes a sock main body 1 and at least one filling member 2.
  • The sock main body 1 is served to be sleeved on the foot 3, the bottom end thereof is formed with a bottom part 11 defined at the bottom end of the foot 3, and the bottom part 11 is disposed with at least one foot pad hidden pocket 12, according to this embodiment, the shape of the sock main body 1 can be formed as a long sock, a short sock, a boat-shaped sock or a hidden-type sock, but what shall be addressed is that any type of sock besides the above mentioned long sock, the short sock, the boat-shaped sock or the hidden-type sock shall be all within the scope of the present invention; the foot pad hidden pocket 12 includes a toe zone 111 located at the toes 31 of the foot 3, a sole zone 112 located at the sole 32 of the foot 3, an inner arch zone 113 located at the inner arch 33 of the foot 3, an outer arch zone 114 located at the outer arch 34 of the foot 3 and a heel zone 115 located at the heel 35 of the foot 3.
  • The at least one filling member 2 is disposed in the foot pad hidden pocket 12 of the sock main body 1; the shape of the filling member 2 is corresponding to the shape of the foot pad hidden pocket 12 and the filling member 2 is made of a buffering material or a supporting material, and the material adopted for forming the filling member 2 is a non-fabric material, the non-fabric material of the filling member 2 is gel or silicon or nylon or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), but what shall be addressed is that any other material besides the above-mentioned gel, the silicon, the nylon or the ABS shall all be within the scope of the present invention.
  • When the present invention is in use, the at least one foot pad hidden pocket 12 at the bottom part 11 of the sock main body 1 is disposed with the at least one filling member 2 in the toe zone 111, the sole zone 112, the inner arch zone 113, the outer arch zone 114 or the heel zone 115 and the at least one filling member 2 can be accordingly changed to the corresponding shape and hardness with respect to the suggestions, then the foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member provided by the present invention is worn in a shoe 6 (as shown in FIG. 4).
  • With the above-mentioned structure, the filling member 2 having different hardness can be disposed in the foot pad hidden pocket 12 at different zones at the bottom part 11 of the sock main body 1 for being corresponding to the foot 3, thus the foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member can be worn on foot 3 and applicable in every pair of shoes 6; so that the filling member 2 at the bottom part 11 of the sock main body 1 does not required to be tailored or adhered, and situations of loosening, falling out or exposing can be prevented so as to provide a better appearance, moreover, the foot 3 having problems such as cavus, flatfoot or plantar fasciitis can comfortably step on the ground without wearing the shoe 6, thereby providing advantages of convenient in use and having a stabilized effect. Accordingly, the foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member provided by the present invention is novel and more practical in use compared to the prior art.
  • Many modifications and other embodiments of the inventions set forth herein will come to mind to one skilled in the art to which these inventions pertain having the benefit of the teachings presented in the foregoing descriptions and the associated drawings. Therefore, it is to be understood that the inventions are not to be limited to the specific examples of the embodiments disclosed and that modifications and other embodiments are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims. Although specific terms are employed herein, they are used in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation.

Claims (7)

What is claimed is:
1. A foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member, used for being sleeved on a foot having toes, a sole, an inner arch, an outer arch and a heel, and including:
a sock main body, served to be sleeved on the foot, wherein the bottom end thereof is formed with a bottom part defined at the bottom end of the foot, and the bottom part is disposed with at least one foot pad hidden pocket; and
at least one filling member, disposed in the foot pad hidden pocket of the sock main body.
2. The foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shape of the sock main body is formed as a long sock, a short sock, a boat-shaped sock or a hidden-type sock.
3. The foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foot pad hidden pocket includes a toe zone located at the toes of the foot, a sole zone located at the sole of the foot, an inner arch zone located at the inner arch of the foot, an outer arch zone located at the outer arch of the foot and a heel zone located at the heel of the foot.
4. The foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shape of the filling member is corresponding to the shape of the foot pad hidden pocket.
5. The foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filling member is made of a buffering material or a supporting material.
6. The foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material adopted for forming the filling member is a non-fabric material.
7. The foot pad sock having function of changing auxiliary member as claimed in claim 6, wherein the non-fabric material of the filling member is gel or silicon or nylon or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).
