Description
- This application takes priority from and claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application Serial No. 201910083072.X filed on Jan. 28, 2019 and Chinese Patent Application Serial No. 201920147167.9 filed on Jan. 28, 2019, the contents of which are herein incorporated by reference.
- The present invention relates to the technical field of fitness equipment, and in particular to a walking machine.
- At present, due to environmental pollution such as automobile exhaust and smog, outdoor fitness has become more and more harmful. In addition, due to the increasing number of cars, motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles and other vehicles, it is increasingly difficult to find a suitable place for people to exercise. In addition, outdoor fitness is also affected by weather such as rain, snow, fog, haze, sandstorm, etc. The fitness exercise will inevitably be intermittent and cannot reach the continuity of fitness. Indoor fitness is gradually accepted and liked by people because it is not affected by the weather or limited by time.
- Krauth Burns, German sports expert, pointed out that the impact on the sole of the foot is about 1-2 times of the body weight for every big step taken by ordinary people. Its impact on the sole of the foot is only about ⅓ of that of jogging. The pressure on the corresponding knee joint and ankle joint is also much smaller. If compared with faster walking, the pressure on the knee joint and ankle joint is much smaller. Under normal circumstances, walking will not cause serious knee joint and ankle joint injuries. In particular, the joints of the elderly begin to age, and the knee joint and ankle joints cannot bear the impact generated during walking. Running is not suitable for the elderly. Walking fitness is the best choice.
- With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, people begin to pay more and more attention to their own health exercises, thus making fitness equipment increasingly popular in the market. As the commonly used fitness equipment, consumers pay more and more attention to and purchase walking machines. As shown in
FIG. 1 , the existing domestic walking machine consists of a walking belt 1′, a walking board, amotor 2′, aroller 3′ and aframe 4′, and needs people to move on the walking belt 1′ when in use. - The applicant found that the existing walking machine has at least the following technical problems.
- The walking machine is low in overall safety and large in occupied space since the
motor 2′ and theroller 3′ of the existing walking machine are exposed outside theframe 4′. - The purpose of the present invention is to provide a treadmill to solve the technical problem existing in the prior art that the walking machine is low in overall safety and large in occupied space since a motor and a roller of the walking machine are exposed outside a frame.
