Description
- The present invention relates to arm cushions. More specifically, the invention provides an elongated member configured to secure to an armrest via one or more straps with a pocket affixed to a sidewall of the elongated member wherein the pocket is configured to store items therein.
- Many people enjoy sitting outside on deck chairs or in folding chairs on the beach. However, the armrests on these chairs are often overly heated by the sun or otherwise uncomfortable to rest an arm on. Additionally, people often struggle to find a place to store their electronic devices or other personal items. Although people can store these items in their pockets, it is often difficult to reach these items quickly while in a seated position. These individuals could also rest their personal items on the armrests, but this prevents the user from placing their arm on the armrests. Further, this could result in the personal items getting wet or dirty in poor weather. Thus, an improved removable arm cushion with pocket that can allow a user to cover an armrest while including integrated storage is desired.
- In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known types of arm cushions now present in the known art, the present invention provides a removable arm cushion with pocket wherein the same can be utilized for providing convenience for the user when desiring to use an arm rest cover with an integral storage solution.
- The present system comprises a removable arm cushion with pocket. The removable arm cushion with pocket comprises an elongated member having a first end disposed opposite a second end, with an upper surface disposed opposite a lower surface, wherein the lower surface is configured to rest atop a planar object. At least one strap is disposed on the lower surface of the elongated member configured to secure the elongated member to the planar object. At least one pocket extends outward from a sidewall of the elongated member having an opening in communication with an interior volume configured to hold at least one item therein. In this way, a user is able to utilize an arm rest cover with integrated storage.
- Although the characteristic features of this invention will be particularly pointed out in the claims, the invention itself and manner in which it may be made and used may be better understood after a review of the following description, taken in connection with the accompanying drawings wherein like numeral annotations are provided throughout.
