Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a destructive packaging container which has a case lid covered on a case body so that the consumers can easily determine if a product has been opened after packaged, thereby ensuring their rights to select the product.
  • 2. Description of Related Art
  • Generally, in order to increase the convenience of the product display and protect the integrity of the product, a seller usually places the product in a packaging container. The packaging container mainly comprises a case body and a case lid. The peripheries of the case body and the case lid are respectively provided with a flange and a groove corresponding to each other for engagement so that the packaging container is easy to package the product. However, the case lid of the conventional packaging container can still be opened and re-covered arbitrarily and easily after the product is filled and the case lid is covered on the case body. In such a case, the seller or the consumer cannot find that the packaging container has been opened, causing damage to the rights of consumers and stores. Furthermore, people with bad intentions are more likely to steal products and contaminate or poison food for the purpose of intimidation and fraud.
  • To solve the abovementioned problems of the conventional packaging container, the Taiwan patent TW M400456 (U), issued on 21 Mar. 2011, has disclosed an improved structure of destructive food package container, and the Taiwan patent TW M278658 (U), issued on 21 Oct. 2005, has disclosed a destructive container for packing food.
  • Specifically, the case body and the case lid of the improved structure of destructive food package container of the Taiwan patent TW M400456 (U) are respectively formed by blister and then integrated by ultrasonic waves. Each of the case body and the case lid is connected with a broken piece. The two broken pieces are overlapped with each other and respectively provided with a broken line at the inner jointing portion thereof. When the consumer pulls the broken pieces to open the case lid, the broken pieces are disconnected along the broken lines. In such a case, other consumers can know that the food or the product has been opened. However, the case body and the case lid are separately formed and further integrated by ultrasonic waves by overlapping the broken pieces that are connected at the jointing portion. Therefore, the manufacturing process is complicated, resulting in an increase in cost.
  • The destructive container for packing food of the Taiwan patent TW M278658 (U) comprises a case body and a case lid container which are made of transparent plastic. An outside of the case lid is provided with a dome-shaped border to cover an outer edge at a top of the case body. An inside and an outside of the border are respectively provided with a flange for correspondingly engaging with slots on an inside and the outside of the case lid to form a two-way engaging formation. Furthermore, a connection between the case lid and two ends of a convex lug on an outer edge of the case lid is provided with a broken point for destructive packaging. A broken line is extended from the broken point towards an inner edge of the case lid. When a user pulls the convex lug up, the convex lug can be broken into a broken strip by the broken point along the broken line of the case lid to open the case lid. Therefore, other consumers can easily determine if a product has been opened after packaged. However, the whole structure of the case lid is destroyed once the case lid is opened by pulling up the convex lug, as a result, the case lid can no longer be covered on the case body for reuse, which is not environmentally friendly.
  • Referring to FIG. 15, a stereogram showing a destructive packaging container of a prior art is revealed. It mainly comprises a case body (5) having two force-applied ears (51) at two ends thereof, a case lid (6) having two force-applied ears (61) for engaging with and covering the case body (5), a chamber formed between the case body (5) and the case lid (6) for accommodating a product, a connection segment (7) disposed between the two force-applied ears (51) of the case body (5) and also between the two force-applied ears (61) of the case lid (6) for connecting the case body (5) and the case lid (6), and a cutting line (8) on the connection segment (7). The connection segment (7) is between the two force-applied ears (51) of the case body (5) and between the two force-applied ears (61) of the case lid (6), so as long as someone carefully applies a force and disassembles from the borders of the case lid (6) and the case body (5) without the cutting line (8), the case lid (6) can be opened without breaking the cutting line (8) between the case lid (6) and the case body (5). Therefore, the above structure may not achieve effect of the destructive packaging container.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In view of the above-mentioned problems, the object of the present invention is to provide a destructive packaging container which has a case lid covered on a case body with no need to use high-frequency induction hardening and has environmental benefits since the destruction of the case lid does not affect the reusability of the case lid.
  • Disclosed herein is a destructive packaging container. It mainly comprises a case body having a recessed groove around an opening thereof and at least one first force-applied ear protruded from an outer edge of one end of the recessed groove; a case lid having a protrusion around a periphery thereof for correspondingly engaging with the recessed groove and at least one second force-applied ear protruded from an outer edge of one end of the protrusion, wherein the at least one second force-applied ear at least partly does not overlap with the at least one first force-applied ear as the case body is covered with the case lid; two connecting strips disposed at two sides of the at least one first force-applied ear at the outer edge of the end of the recessed groove for connecting the case body and the case lid opposite to the case body; and two cutting lines disposed at a junction of the two connecting strips and the case lid and separable from the case lid as being subject to a force for disconnection of the case lid from the case body.
  • According to an embodiment of the present invention, a convex ring is upwardly formed on an outer edge of the recessed groove not connected with the at least one first force-applied ear and the two connecting strips, and a step surface is further formed between the convex ring and the recessed groove.
  • According to an embodiment of the present invention, a lip margin is outwardly extended along an outer edge of the protrusion not connected with the at least one second force-applied ear for correspondingly fitting the step surface formed between the convex ring and the recessed groove.
  • According to an embodiment of the present invention, the at least one second force-applied ear and the at least one first force-applied ear are staggered from each other without overlap as the case body is covered with the case lid.

  • FIG. 15 is a stereogram showing a destructive packaging container of a prior art.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • As showed in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, a first embodiment for a destructive packaging container according to the present invention is disclosed.
  • The destructive packaging container comprises a case body (1), a case lid (2), two connecting strips (3) for connecting the case body (1) and the case lid (2) to form the case body (1) and the case lid (2) as a one-piece structure, and two cutting lines (4) disposed at a junction of the two connecting strips (3) and the case lid (2).
  • The case body (1) is provided with a recessed groove (11) around its opening and at least one first force-applied ear (12) protruded from an outer edge of one end of the recessed groove (11). In this embodiment, one first force-applied ear (12) is provided and disposed between the two connecting strips (3).
  • The case lid (2) is provided with a protrusion (21) around its periphery for correspondingly engaging with the recessed groove (11) and at least one second force-applied ear (22) protruded from an outer edge of one end of the protrusion (21). In this embodiment, two second force-applied ears (22) are provided. Furthermore, the two second force-applied ears (22) at least partly does not overlap with the first force-applied ear (12) as the case body (1) is covered with the case lid (2); or the two second force-applied ears (22) and the first force-applied ear (12) are staggered from each other without overlap as the case body (1) is covered with the case lid (2).
  • Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 4, the case lid (2) is firmly covered on the case body (1) by the protrusion (21) of the case lid (2) correspondingly engaging with the recessed groove (11) of the case body (1).
  • When the case lid (2) is to be opened, a user can apply a force on the first force-applied ear (12) of the case body (1) and the two second force-applied ears (22) of the case lid (2) by two hands respectively to pull the first force-applied ear (12) of the case body (1) away from the two second force-applied ears (22) of the case lid (2), break the two cutting lines (4), and disconnect the two connecting strips (3) and the case lid (2) as shown in FIG. 6. In such a case, even if the case lid (2) is re-attached to the case body (1) after the case lid (2) has been opened, the free ends of the two connecting strips (3) originally connected to the case lid (2) are still tilted as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8. Accordingly, the consumers can easily determine whether the destructive packaging container has been opened by the connection state of the two connecting strips (3) and the case lid (2) so as to avoid buying a product that is already defective and ensure their rights to select the product.
  • As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a convex ring (13) is upwardly formed on an outer edge of the recessed groove (11) not connected with the first force-applied ear (12) and the two connecting strips (3). Due to the design of the convex ring (13) on the case body (1), the case body (1) has a wall higher than the outer edge of the one end of the protrusion (21) of the case lid (2) as the case lid (2) is covered on the case body (1). Therefore, the structure ensures that the case lid (2) can be opened only by applying a force on the first force-applied ear (12) and the two second force-applied ears (22).
  • As shown in FIG. 5, in this embodiment, a step surface (14) is formed between the convex ring (13) and the recessed groove (11). A lip margin (23) is outwardly extended along an outer edge of the protrusion (21) not connected with the at least one second force-applied ear (22) for correspondingly fitting the step surface (14) formed between the convex ring (13) and the recessed groove (11) so as to improve the sealing strength of the case lid (2) and the case body (1).
  • Referring to FIG. 9, FIG. 10, and FIG. 11, a second embodiment for a destructive packaging container according to the present invention is disclosed. The structure of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment in FIG. 1 to FIG. 8 except for the shapes of the case body (1) and the case lid (2).
  • Referring to FIG. 12, FIG. 13, and FIG. 14, a third embodiment for a destructive packaging container according to the present invention is disclosed. The structure of the third embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment in FIG. 1 to FIG. 8 except for the shapes of the case body (1) and the case lid (2). The heights of the second embodiment and the third embodiment are different.
  • The two connecting strips (3) of the present invention are disposed at outsides of the first force-applied ear (12) of the case body (1) and the two second force-applied ears (22) of the case lid (2). Namely, the first force-applied ear (12) and the two second force-applied ears (22) are located between the two connecting pieces (3). When the case lid (2) is opened due to a force applied on the first force-applied ear (12) and the two second force-applied ears (22), the two cutting lines (4) between the two connecting pieces (3) and the case lid (2) must be disconnected. Accordingly, the customer knows by the appearance of the destructive packaging container that the case lid (2) has been opened.
