  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The following includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention(s). It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art, or material, to the presently described or claimed inventions, or that any publication or document that is specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates generally to the field of container devices and more specifically relates to a discreet container for storing undergarments.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • Undergarments are generally a necessity for everyone. With an increase in daily activities outside of the home, e.g., working out in a gym, partaking in spa activities, doctor appointments, school, hiking, biking, rock climbing, and traveling necessitate our distance and time spent away from home, a change of clothes as we move between activities is almost a daily occurrence. A change of clothes is often precipitated by these activities particularly when physical exercise is engaged in, for example: after an energetic and sweaty work-out. Also, inevitably there are also those occasions that an individual may need a fresh change of clothes because their undergarments have become soiled, or the individual feels less than fresh. For example, during a female menstrual period.
  • No matter how well prepared a girl or woman may be, it is always a good idea to carry an extra pair of underwear just in case there is an unexpected problem. When an accident does occur, whether the woman is at home, at work, at school, running errands, traveling, socializing, etc., a clean pair of underwear will make her feel fresh and comfortable enough to continue with her planned activities. Most women do not carry extra underwear as there is no convenient way to camouflage panties and can be unwieldy or uncomfortable, and they wish to avoid the embarrassment of the panties being seen by others.
  • Various attempts have been made to solve problems found in container art. Among these are found in: U.S. Patent and Publication Nos. 2009/0107868 to Mercier; 2011/0036683 to Cook; U.S. Pat. No. 6,981,356 to Atkinson; 2006/0278544 to Radcliff; U.S. Pat. No. 8,596,452 to Banks; and 2010/0116700 to Teutloff. This prior art is representative of undergarment containers.
  • Ideally, discreet undergarment container systems should be user-friendly and safe in-use and yet would operate reliably and be manufactured at a modest expense. Thus, a need exists for discreet undergarment container systems for storing items including undergarments, a wipe, and a pantyliner useful for allowing users to discreetly carry the necessary items discreetly in their purses, clutches, backpacks, etc. and to avoid the above-mentioned problems.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The bottom part of the tube having an open collar end with the open collar end including a collar flange disposed about the open collar end of the bottom part of the tube. The collar flange having a flange diameter sufficiently smaller than the tube diameter to allow the open end of the top part of the tube to fit over the collar flange and to releasably connect the top part of the tube to the bottom part of the tube.
  • Wherein the outside of the tube is decorated to disguise that the tube contains the substitute underwear. Wherein the tube is sized comparably to a lipstick container. Wherein the top part of the tube has a closed end opposite to the open end. Wherein the top part of the tube has the tube diameter at the open end and has a differently sized tube diameter elsewhere along the length of the top part of the tube. • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • As discussed above, embodiments of the present invention relate to a container device and more particularly to Discreet Undergarment Container Systems. The general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail is to provide a discreet undergarment container systems for storing items including undergarments, a wipe, and a pantyliner useful for allowing users to discreetly carry the necessary items discreetly in their purses, clutches, backpacks, etc.
  • Generally speaking, in one embodiment of the present invention, the discreet undergarment container may include a container-body having an outer-shell and an inner-volume configured to contain the undergarment. As above, undergarments contemplated for use with the discreet undergarment container are underwear and bikinis. In particular, the underwear may be useful for menstruating females for use in emergencies if their underwear becomes soiled.
  • In one embodiment, the container may be a tubular shape. In another embodiment, the container may resemble a lipstick tube such that the user may keep the undergarment container in their purse, clutch, backpack, etc. and remove the undergarment container discreetly without alerting anyone as to the contents. It should be appreciated however that any shape for the container may be contemplated. Further, the container may be made from an eco-friendly material such as paper, cardboard, etc. In some embodiments, the container may be plastic or aluminum.
  • As demonstrated, the discreet undergarment container may include the outer-shell having a base and a cap cover. The base may be removed from the cap cover to reveal the undergarment, a liner, a wipe, instructions, and an optional disposable bag to put the used contents in once used to be discarded.
  • The container may be a tubular shape. Here, the cap cover may be removed the base to reveal the undergarment therein. As shown, the outer-shell of the discreet undergarment container may include a decorative design. The decorative design may be chosen by the user based on their individual preference. The decorative design may be functional in that it includes the users' name for easy identification, or it includes a symbol to help the user discreetly identify the discreet undergarment container. This may be particularly useful if the user has more than one discreet undergarment container on their person. The decorative design may also include patterns, logos, advertisements, etc. The decorative design may further include logos such as the breast cancer awareness symbol.
  • The container may be made from an eco-friendly material such as paper, cardboard, etc., and may preferably be recyclable and bio-degradable. In some embodiments, the paper or cardboard may be covered with waxes, resins, etc. in order to render the outer-shell of the container waterproof and impermeable. In addition to this, as discussed above, in some embodiments the container may be made from a plastic material or an aluminum material. However, it should be appreciated that any material is contemplated for manufacture of the container.
  • A camouflaged container for underwear is disclosed comprising: a tube; and underwear sized to foldably fit within the tube. The camouflaged container further comprises a cleaning wipe and panty liner sized to foldably fit within the tube with the underwear. The camouflaged container further comprises instructions for folding at least the underwear to fit within the tube.
