Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to a bedding structures, and more particularly to a deformable bedding structure used for supporting back and neck.
- Bedding is indispensable to our daily life. With the improvement of living standards, adjustable mattresses have become more and more popular and have become a common household item. The existing adjustable mattresses on the market have a complicated structure. They are not ergonomically designed in a lying state or in a sitting state. The user cannot be in a relaxation state. In addition, such adjustable mattresses are expensive and cannot meet the needs of consumers.
- In the prior art, the mattress is provided with a motor for lifting a neck support plate. The head support plate and the neck support plate are pushed by another motor to form an included angle between the head support plate and the neck support plate when the user sits up. However, this structural design not only increases the overall weight of the bedding, but also causes additional power consumption by the motor. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
- In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a bedding structure used for supporting back and neck, comprising an adjustment base, a first extension arm, a second extension arm, a neck support plate, and a back support plate.
- The adjustment base has a front rotating motor and a base frame. Wherein, the front rotating motor includes a front shaft that is pin-connected to the base frame for the front shaft to perform a forward axial rotation motion.
- One end of the first extension arm is fixedly connected to the front shaft. One side of the first extension arm has a circular pin. One end of the second extension arm is pin-connected to another end of the first extension arm through a first bearing for the first extension arm and the second extension arm to perform an extension arm clamping motion.
- The neck support plate has a front pin connecting member on a back thereof. Another end of the second extension arm is pin-connected to the front pin connecting member through a second bearing. One side of the back support plate is pin-connected to the adjustment base. Another side of the back support plate is connected to one side of the neck support plate through a hinge for the neck support plate and the back support plate to perform a support plate clamping motion. Aback of the back support plate has a slide rail member for restricting a movement of the circular pin.
- When the circular pin is pushed to a distal end of the slide rail member, the circular pin serves as a fulcrum to change the direction of an applied force of the first extension arm and the second extension arm, thereby allowing the extension arm clamping motion and the support plate clamping motion to perform a reverse motion. It may only use a rotating motor to drive the mechanical deformation of a lying structure to form an ergonomically sitting structure or a structure between lying and sitting.
