Description
- The present invention relates to a plastic box sealing structure, and more particularly to a plastic box sealing structure, allowing the bottom of a box to be pre-sealed simply and safely, and the box to be folded and stored conveniently.
- Due to the different packaging needs, the development and use of various packaging materials is extremely diverse and common. Traditionally the most common paper boxes are easy to make, and environmentally friendly recycling is easy, most commonly used by people. However, paper boxes are usually made of corrugated cardboard; the most troublesome thing is that they are easy to get wet and become soft and deformed, which will cause damage and affect the safety of the whole package. In addition, paper material is made from wood pulp, causing them to be environmentally unfriendly and cost high, and especially have the doubts about packing safety, so the development of plastic packing boxes has come into being. Especially, hollow honeycomb board plastic boxes have multi-functionality that combines light weight and moisture-proof safety, equivalent to the paper box structure. They are made by cutting expanded fixed box and then folded into a three-dimensional box structure. For the sake of stack to reduce volume, the appearance of a box is usually first folded and then stacked with the other boxes for storage after nailing. The bottom of the box is then fixed with an adhesive tap or nails upon use for packing, thereby providing convenient packing use, and the top of the box is then sealed after items are filled in the box. But, such kind of sectionalized sealing operation of nailing or adhesion with an adhesive tape in fact causes inconvenience and trouble to recycling classification after use, especially nailing, because of different material between box and nails. In addition, the sealing operation of such kinds of boxes needs skilled persons with the aid of tools can then be completed. Especially, when a packaging plastic box is larger or the item inside is heavier, the weight of the item will cause it to be suddenly popped open if a simple adhesive tap is used to bond the two plates of the box together, which affects packaging safety seriously, and more, causes transportation danger. In addition, the adhesive tape for bonding will always contaminate box plates such that it will cause trouble and inconvenience to the processing of recycling or repackaging. Therefore, there is supersonic wave for contact bonding, but it will cause the appearance of contacts to be indented or melting unevenness, which is not easy to control bonding quality but is difficult to make the appearance smooth and eye-appealing.
- To develop a plastic packaging box capable of maintaining safe, lightweight and practical characteristics, and being environmentally friendly, simply stackable, foldable and sealable, the present invention is proposed.
- The main object of the present invention is to provide a plastic box sealing structure, using the two sides of a box bottom to be configured with symmetrical and different cut plates, and respectively configured with through holes on stacked relative edges of adjacent plates, allowing the locking of plastic assembly nails, and allowing the sealed bottom plates to be pressed to one side to form a sheet-like body for convenient storage.
- To achieve the object mentioned above, the present invention proposes a plastic box sealing structure, including a plastic box body formed by bending a plastic plate, box bottom long, short side plates and box top sealing long, short plates, wherein the long side plate is configured with indented V-shaped notch on a sealing center position thereof, a bottom side of the notch is exactly positioned on a sealing center line of a bottom plate face, a sealing plate is respectively configured at two sides of the notch, left, right side plates of the opposite long side plates are formed with different symmetrical hole faces, the two opposite short side plates has opposite left, right cut edges, a plate face of the short side plate is configured with through holes corresponding to the through holes configured on the long side plate, allowing the side plates to be naturally stacked and assembles together after the side plates are stacked, bended in and placed flat in sequence upon box sealing operation; the plastic assembly nails are passed through the through holes of stacked long, short side plates to another side thereof and locked by fixing rings, completing safe box bottom sealing; the box body is pressed to one side to stack to form a sheet-like stacked body after the assembled box bottom plates is pressed into an inside of the box body through stacking, sealing and nailing of the bottom plates; upon packaging, the stacked bottom plates are placed flat, the box body is then automatically sealed for safe packaging use.
