    (a) TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a plastic box sealing structure, and more particularly to a plastic box sealing structure, allowing the bottom of a box to be pre-sealed simply and safely, and the box to be folded and stored conveniently.
  • (B) DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
  • Due to the different packaging needs, the development and use of various packaging materials is extremely diverse and common. Traditionally the most common paper boxes are easy to make, and environmentally friendly recycling is easy, most commonly used by people. However, paper boxes are usually made of corrugated cardboard; the most troublesome thing is that they are easy to get wet and become soft and deformed, which will cause damage and affect the safety of the whole package. In addition, paper material is made from wood pulp, causing them to be environmentally unfriendly and cost high, and especially have the doubts about packing safety, so the development of plastic packing boxes has come into being. Especially, hollow honeycomb board plastic boxes have multi-functionality that combines light weight and moisture-proof safety, equivalent to the paper box structure. They are made by cutting expanded fixed box and then folded into a three-dimensional box structure. For the sake of stack to reduce volume, the appearance of a box is usually first folded and then stacked with the other boxes for storage after nailing. The bottom of the box is then fixed with an adhesive tap or nails upon use for packing, thereby providing convenient packing use, and the top of the box is then sealed after items are filled in the box. But, such kind of sectionalized sealing operation of nailing or adhesion with an adhesive tape in fact causes inconvenience and trouble to recycling classification after use, especially nailing, because of different material between box and nails. In addition, the sealing operation of such kinds of boxes needs skilled persons with the aid of tools can then be completed. Especially, when a packaging plastic box is larger or the item inside is heavier, the weight of the item will cause it to be suddenly popped open if a simple adhesive tap is used to bond the two plates of the box together, which affects packaging safety seriously, and more, causes transportation danger. In addition, the adhesive tape for bonding will always contaminate box plates such that it will cause trouble and inconvenience to the processing of recycling or repackaging. Therefore, there is supersonic wave for contact bonding, but it will cause the appearance of contacts to be indented or melting unevenness, which is not easy to control bonding quality but is difficult to make the appearance smooth and eye-appealing.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The left and right plate faces of two opposite long side plates 11 of the box body 10 are formed into different symmetrical hole faces to match adjacent short side plate s 12 at the two sides. According to the stacking assembly requirement, the same symmetrical left and right chamfered edges are configured, and the stacked plate surface on another side of the short side plate 12 is configured with through holes 13 corresponding to the through holes 13 on the long side plate 11. Upon box sealing, the stacked bottom plates are placed on a preset box sealing assistive device, plastic assembly nails 20 are inserted in the preset holes of the device, allowing the box assembly nailing to be convenient without needing special technology, where the center of the nail 20 is configured with an opening groove 21, allowing the top rod section of the nail to be form into a split hollow rod, convenient for the extended top edge to be used for micro expansion clamp operation. Furthermore, the bottom side of the nail 20 has an end sheet 22 of a large width and proper thickness having the rigidity of fastening and positioning after locking, ensuring the locking safety and stability of the box sealing. Furthermore, the end of the nail rod is extended with a larger convex ring 23, and the top edge of the outer end of the convex ring 23 is configured with a barb-like guide slope downward sloped from outside, allowing a fixing ring 24 for buckling to be easily pushed to into the inner end edge of the convex ring 23 to buckle it; the distance between the convex ring 23 and bottom end sheet 22 is slightly larger than the thickness of the two stacked plates, allowing the nail to be easily passed through the through holes 13 to above the stacked plates due to the deformation of the opening groove 21. Thereafter the outer top end of the rod is buckle by the fixing ring 24. Upon the box bottom sealing operation, the staked through holes 13, 131 are aligned with the nail 20 and the nail 20 is inserted into them from above, allowing the nail to be passed through the stacked plates to above it; thereafter, the fixing ring 24 is used to buckle it, allowing the two stacked plated to be pressed together, thereby fixing them together and the box bottom to be sealed safely, thereby achieving a safe item packaging. The box bottom is spread outward and placed flat and the box body can then be easily sealed through the symmetrical beveled cutting of the opposite long, short plates after all the bottom plates are stacked and locked together to seal the box bottom. Upon the storage, it is only needed to push the bottom plates into to the inside of the box, and the box body can then be simply folded toward one side to store as a staked plate, thereby allowing it to be collect to the smallest-volume body after the bottom the bag body is sealed as FIG. 6 shows.
  • Upon packaging, the bottom plates are only needed to spread outward and placed flat after the box body is opened to a three-dimensional body, and the box bottom can then be sealed and assembled, allowing the packaging to be safe and convenient. Referring to FIG. 5, the corresponding positions of long, short plates 15, 16 of the box top may be stuck with male, female Velcro tapes, allowing the two short plates 16 and two long plates 17 to be automatically stuck and assembled together after the two short plates 16 and two long plates 17 are folded after the packaging is completed, allowing the box to be simply covered. Especially, the storage and recycling of the box after use is convenient, reducing effectively the packaging cost.
  • The present invention has the following advantages over the prior arts: with the moisture-proof and collision-resistant features of plastic boxes, the present invention can have a stable sealing structure by folding and assembling the specially cut bottom plates and using plastic assembly nails 20 and fixing ring 24 to be passed through them to buckle and fix them simply, allowing the stacked bottom plates to be accurately stably fixed for sealing, ensuring the packaging use of the plastic box is safe. In addition, the bottom of the assembled box is complete without processing or sticking, making the appearance neat and eye-catching. Especially, with the box top being pre-configured with male, female Velcro tapes 17, 18 to simplifying the sticking design, ensuring the appearance is complete and the transportation is convenient after the packaging box is sealed. In addition,
  • With the opposite symmetrically cut bottom plates, the bottom plates can be easily pushed inward from outside the vacant box can then be pressed to one side to make plates stacked together, allowing the volume of the box body to reduce to the smallest body. When the box is used for packaging again, the box body is only needed to stand up and the bottom thereof is push outward to a flat position, and the sealing structure of the box bottom can then be completed to be convenient for next packaging.
