  • This descriptive report for a utility model refers to the development of a thermal container for beverage bottles, comprised by a circular base, with a twirl part fork-shaped, and on such fork the thermal container can be lean, comprised by cylindrical body, internal insulating material, pins existing on this cylindrical body, that work to hold it to the fork and allow the tilting of the cylindrical body, that is closed by a cap attached to a circular coupling.
  • STATE-OF-THE-ART
  • The State-of-the-Art for this type of thermal container is determined by document PI 0903124-3 (COIMBRA—2009), that describes a frame with a fixed circular base, a fork-shaped part, which holds the thermal container containing the beverage bottle. The fork can twirl at the base. Both fork arms present their respective cavities extremities U-shaped, that hold the head pins welded to the inferior container, in such way that this type of sitting allows the tilting of the bottle holder in the fork by the pins. Still, the container has a superior screw, where the bottle holder cap is screwed so the bottle does not fall when the container tilts in order to pour the beverage.
  • From the same author, there is MU 9101633-9, comprised by a circular base, with a twirl part fork-shaped, and on such fork the thermal container can be lean, comprised by cylindrical body, internal insulating material, docking element for the cylindrical body, pins existing on this docking element that work to hold it to the fork and allow the tilting of the cylindrical body, that is closed by a cap attached to this docking element.
  • Besides the patent previously described, it is possible to mention as general state-of-the-art, the following documents: BRPI 0003397-9, BRPI 0504614-9, BRMU 7300745-5, BRMU 7401979-1, BRMU 8300083-6, BRMU 8902583-0 BRMU 8201601-1, BRMU 8302758-0, BRMU 8300474-2, BRPI 9504409-4, BRMU 7901340-6 and BRMU 8200323-8.
  • TECHNIC PROBLEMS
  • The thermal holder described in PI 0903124-3 was a novation regarding the state-of-the-art, at the development time, the sole types of thermal container were similar to the U.S. Pat. No. 4,510,769, U.S. Pat. No. 6,604,649 and to the MU 7503081-0, and the last describes a thermal container for bottles, where the bottle goes inside the container, so only the bottle neck is out of the container base. In this type of thermal container, the cap has an opening and at the body of the package is possible to place any type of bottle, and only the bottle neck is exposed, so the fluids inside can maintain the desired temperature for more hours.
  • Another innovation was developed regarding the thermal holder for bottles PI 0903124-3, through MU 9101633-9. The previous product (PI 0903124-3) was manufactured in metal, and destined to a differentiated public with high purchase power. However, the market proved the need to fit the product to a larger demand. In order to do so, is was necessary to develop another product (MU 9101633-9). Basically, the base was not altered but the material was, in order to increase the costs and weight of the piece.
  • Now, we propose a new alteration regarding the thermal containers PI 0903124-3 and container MU 9101633-9. PROPOSED SOLUTION
  • For purposes of improving the thermal container regarding the previous containers, it was developed a product containing modifications in the internal bottle frame and in the cap closing of the cylindrical body.
  • The thermal container is a plastic cylinder with thermal insulation inside. This insulation is comprised by three parts forming a tube, where the bottle is inserted in. This three-part insulation is known and employed in another insulation systems. The superior cap that connects to the neck of a standard cup glass bottle is also known and employed, for instance, in BR 8201601-1.
  • At the document MU 9101633-9, the cylindrical body has two symmetric lateral openings. At the superior portion of the cup a docking element can be coupled, and this hollow docking element, allowing that a bottle can pass through it, and the docking element also has lateral pins that sit in the symmetric lateral openings and in the U-shaped fork holders.
  • In this new container, the cylindrical body does not have symmetric lateral openings, and the lateral pins holding the bottle to the fork is now part of the cylindrical body. Thus, the docking element does not have pins to tilt the body.
  • Furthermore, there is a basket where the bottle is leaned, so the condensed water outside the bottle can run to the bottom of the cylindrical body.
  • Similarly to the previous case, the proposed building now allows the total dismounting to repair it or clean it.
  • DESCRIPTION
  • The characterization of this patent document of utility model is made through representative drawings of the building disposition in a thermal container for beverage bottles, in a manner that the product can be integrally reproduced by the proper technique, allowing the full characterization of the functionality of the claimed object.
  • As of the prepared figures that express the best or preferred form to execute the product herein idealized, it is possible to ground the descriptive part of the report, through a detailed and consecutive numbering, in order to clarify some aspects that are implied by the adopted representation, in order to clearly determine the protections herein aimed.
  • Those figures are merely illustrative, and they may present variations, since they do not represent what was initially intended.

  • The superior portion of the cylindrical body (1) receives a circular coupling (13) fixed by pins (14) in the interior of the body (1), to maintain the basket (12) and the castanhas (10) attached to the body (1), avoiding that that pieces fall when the bottle is tilted to pour its content.
  • The container has an circular coupling (13) with a cap (15) with an opening (16), so it is possible to place a bottle inside the duct (11) and its neck is outside the thermal container, passing through the cap (15) opening (16). This cap (15) has a system to hold the bottle neck, that is comprised by four fasteners (18) placed circularly (19), so the bottle is held by this fasteners.
  • The container has a frontal plate (17) for placing the brand and the information elements.

Claims (1)

1. A thermal container for beverage bottles comprised by the cylindrical body (1), with two lateral pins (2 and 3), with their respective caps (4 and 5), and the lateral pins (2 and 3) sit in the slots (6) existing in both arms of the fork (7), and this fork (7) is attached by pressure to the base (8), through a coupling (9), inside the cylindrical body (1) the castanhas are inserted (10), the container has a circular coupling (13) with a cap (15) with an opening (16), so it is possible to place a bottle inside the duct (11) and its neck is outside the thermal container, passing through the cap (15) opening (16), characterized by inside the duct (11) formed by the castanhas (10) insert a basket (12) to support the bottle that will be inserted into the container in the hollow duct (11), and the superior portion of the cylindrical body (1) receives a circular coupling (13) fixed by pins (14) in the interior of the body (1), in order to maintain the basket (12) and the castanhas (10) attached to the body (1), and this cap (15) has a system comprised by four fasteners (18) placed circularly (19).
