- This application claims the benefit of U.S. Provisional Application No. 62/661,212 filed on Apr. 23, 2018. The above identified patent application is herein incorporated by reference in its entirety to provide continuity of disclosure
- The present invention relates to face masks. More specifically, the invention provides a disposable scented face mask configured to cover the nose and mouth of a user having a nose clip disposed on an upper end of the disposable mask with a scent disposed on the outer surface of the disposable mask and configured to secure around the face of the user with a pair of straps.
- Many hospital workers or cleaning workers are often required to wear face masks that cover the nose and mouth to prevent the transfer of potential pathogens and diseases. Unfortunately, the areas where these individuals are working in often contain unpleasant odors. However, traditional face masks are often rigid and difficult to transport, and do not provide a means of covering any repulsive smells. Thus, an improved disposable scented face mask that can be easily transported while producing a sweet or therapeutic scent is desired.
- In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known types of face masks now present in the known art, the present invention provides a disposable scented face mask wherein the same can be utilized for providing convenience for the user when desiring to wear a disposable mask that encompasses a therapeutic scent.
- The present system comprises a disposable scented face mask. A disposable scented face mask comprises a disposable mask having an inner surface and an outer surface, wherein the inner surface is configured to cover a nose and a mouth of a user. A scented area is disposed atop the disposable mask. An adjustable nose clip disposed on the inner surface of the disposable mask along a top edge of the disposable mask, wherein the nose clip is configured to contour to the nose of the user. At least one strap is disposed on each opposing side of the disposable mask, wherein each strap is configured to secure the disposable mask to the face of the user. In this way, a user is able to wear a disposable mask that encompasses a therapeutic scent.
