- The disclosure discloses a packaging box and, more particular, to a packaging box of an electronic product.
- As the technology progresses, various electronic products emerge. A highly-precise and pretty fragile electronic product, being extremely prone to be damaged due to impact of external environment such as water, dust, and collision force during delivery, has a much higher requirement on a packaging structure.
- To reduce a damage rate of a commodity during delivery, functions of waterproofing, dust-proofing, and anti-seismic are basic functions that a protective packaging structure needs to have. Currently, a relatively common method is to accommodate an electronic product into a packaging box to protect the electronic product.
- However, as environmental protection awareness is increasingly higher, effective reduction of the amount of materials used for the packaging box can help meet a requirement of energy conservation and environment protection.
- In view of this, an objective of the disclosure is to provide a packaging box to improve the prior art.
- The disclosure discloses a packaging box including a bottom plate, two cover plates, two external plates, two internal plates, and four flaps. The two cover plates are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the bottom plate along a first direction. The two external plates are respectively connected to another two opposite sides of the bottom plate along a second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. The two internal plates are respectively connected to outer sides of the corresponding external plates along the second direction. Sides of the two internal plates away from the corresponding external plates respectively have two flanges, and a length of the internal plate along the second direction is less than a length of the external plate along the second direction. Two opposite sides of each cover plate that are distributed along the second direction are respectively connected to a flap, and each of the flaps has an engaging opening. When the two cover plates and the two external plates are respectively folded toward the bottom plate to form the packaging box, the four flaps are respectively folded to closely contact the corresponding external plates, and the two internal plates are respectively folded to be inserted into the engaging openings of the two flaps on the corresponding sides.
- In an embodiment, the two cover plates may respectively be a front cover plate and a rear cover plate.
- In an embodiment, the packaging box may further include a box cover portion and an inserting tongue portion. The box cover portion may be connected to the rear cover plate, and the inserting tongue portion may be connected to the box cover portion.
- In an embodiment, each of the internal plates may have an extending portion and an inserting portion, and the extending portion may be connected to the corresponding external plate. The inserting portion may be connected to the extending portion, and the two flanges may be provided on the inserting portion.
- In an embodiment, a width of the inserting portion along the first direction may be less than a width of the external plate along the first direction.
- In an embodiment, a width of the inserting portion along the first direction may be less than an engaging opening width formed by the engaging openings of the two flaps on the corresponding sides along the first direction.
- In an embodiment, the flanges may be formed on two sides of the inserting portion and may be fixed into the engaging openings of the two flaps on the corresponding sides, and a width of the two flanges along the first direction may be greater than the engaging opening width.
- In an embodiment, the two external plates may respectively include a compensation portion connected to the corresponding internal plate.
- In the present disclosure, by using the packaging box, a height of the internal plate is effectively reduced, so that the amount of materials used for the packaging box may be effectively reduced. In addition, for the packaging box, the inserting portion of the internal plate may further be inserted into the engaging opening of the flap, thereby more effectively improving the strength of the structure of the packaging box.
