Description
- This Non-provisional application claims priority under 35 U.S.C. § 119(a) on Patent Application No(s). 201711260473.5 filed in People's Republic of China on Dec. 4, 2017, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
- The present invention relates to a knitting field, and more particularly, to a comfortable anti-off sock and a knitting method thereof.
- In order to adapt to foot wearing, a “line-heel” or “Y-heel” technology was often adopted when a sock heel of a conventional sock is knitted. That is, a corresponding knitting structure is formed by a picking-inserting-needle knitting method along the “line” or “Y”.
- However, the following problems still exist in the prior art and technology: (1) due to the condition of using the existing hosiery machine, the normal range of the picking-inserting stitch number of the sock heel is about one-seventh of the stitch number of the needle-cylinder, and too few stitches cause the sock to fall off easily, while too many stitches lead to the sock heel to be too sharp and not to fit the foot type on wearing; (2) under the condition that the conventional “line heel” meets the basic requirement of wearing comfort, the knitting length of the sock heel is limited by the equipment condition, and the sock heel part is still hard to achieve a desired shape; however, a bifurcation part angle of the “Y heel” can only be about 45°, if the size of the sock heel is enlarged, the sock cannot achieve the good anti-off effect due to the angle limit; and no matter it is a “line heel” or a “Y heel” sock, parts of the sock heel surface of the sock wrinkle easily and have obvious protrusions, which affects the wearing; and the foot surface part is also easy to wrinkle after wearing because the foot sole size and the foot surface size have not much difference.
- Aiming at above problems, the present invention provides a comfortable anti-off sock and a knitting method thereof to solve the problem that the sock is easy to fall off and parts of a sock surface easily wrinkle in the prior art.
- A technical solution adopted by the present invention is as follows: a comfortable anti-off sock, using a circular knitting technology or a weft knitting technology, includes: a sock toe, a sock body and a sock heel; both the sock toe and the sock heel are connected with the sock body; wherein the sock heel includes a first picking-needle area and a first inserting-needle area located at one side of the first picking-needle area near the sock toe, the first picking-needle area links the first inserting-needle area, and a plurality of first inserting-picking-needle areas are located between the first inserting-needle area and the first picking-needle area; and the first inserting-picking-needle area includes a second inserting-needle area located at an end of the first picking-needle area and a second picking-needle area located at a side of the second inserting-needle area, both the second picking-needle area and the second inserting-needle area link the first picking-needle area, and the second picking-needle area and the second inserting-needle area in a last first inserting-picking-needle area link the first inserting-needle area.
- A plurality of first inserting-picking-needle areas are knitted between the first picking-needle area and the first inserting-needle area, so that the sock heel part forms an “arc-shaped heel” structure, which increases the loop-forming number of the sole, prevents the sock from falling off and sliding, and enhances the wearing wrapping performance and comfort of the sock.
- A further improvement of the present invention is that, the sock heel may further include a first adding inserting-needle area located at one side of the first picking-needle area away from the sock toe, and the first adding inserting-needle area may link the first picking-needle area.
- A further improvement of the present invention is that, the sock heel may further include an adding picking-needle area located at one side of the first inserting-needle area near the sock toe, and the adding picking-needle area may link the first inserting-needle area.
- A further improvement of the present invention is that, the sock toe may include a third picking-needle area and a third inserting-needle area located at one side of the third picking-needle area near the sock heel, and a plurality of second inserting-picking-needle areas may be located between the third inserting-needle area and the third picking-needle area; and the second inserting-picking-needle area may include a fourth inserting-needle area located at an end of the third picking-needle area and a fourth picking-needle area located at a side of the fourth inserting-needle area, both the fourth picking-needle area and the fourth inserting-needle area may link the third picking-needle area, and the fourth picking-needle area and the fourth inserting-needle area in a last second inserting-picking-needle area may link the third inserting-needle area.
- A further improvement of the present invention is that, the sock toe may further include a second adding inserting-needle area located at one side of the third picking-needle area near the sock heel, and the second adding inserting-needle area may link the third picking-needle area.
- The present invention further provides a knitting method for the sock, and the knitting method uses a circular knitting technology or a weft knitting technology. The knitting method includes a knitting stage of knitting a sock heel, and the stage includes:
- step 11: knitting a first picking-needle area;
- step 12: knitting a first inserting-picking-needle area:
- (a) knitting a second inserting-needle area at an end of the first picking-needle area, knitting the second inserting-needle area to link the first picking-needle area, then knitting a second picking-needle area at a side of the second inserting-needle area, and knitting the second picking-needle area to link the first picking-needle area; and
- (b) knitting a plurality of first inserting-picking-needle areas in turn, and knitting each first inserting-picking-needle area to link the first picking-needle area; and
- Step 13: knitting a first inserting-needle area, knitting the first inserting-needle area to link a last second inserting-needle area and the second picking-needle area in
step 12, and knitting the first inserting-needle area to link the first picking-needle area. - A further improvement of the present invention is that, further includes, knitting a first adding inserting-needle area at one side of the first picking-needle area away from a sock toe before knitting the first picking-needle area, and the first adding inserting-needle area may link the first picking-needle area.
