Abstract
The present invention discloses a mini hair curler, including: a main body, a styling comb, and a hair winding assembly formed by two D-shaped structures fastened to each other. A driving motor is disposed inside the main body, and a rear end of the hair winding assembly is connected to the driving motor by using a rotating shaft. Two sides of a rear end of the styling comb are pivotally connected to two sides of a rear half portion of the main body, and the styling comb is capable of being opened or closed relative to the hair winding assembly, to clamp or release hair. The hair winding assembly of the hair curler is formed by the two D-shaped structures fastened to each other. That is, the hair winding assembly includes both an arc-shaped part and a flat part. Hair may be curled or wound at different parts as required, to implement straightening, curling, or a combination of straightening and curling of the hair, thereby achieving abundant shaping effects.
Description
- The present invention relates to the technical field of articles for daily life, and specifically, to a mini hair curler.
- Hair curlers are widely used in people's life.
- Currently, hair curlers available on the market are usually cylindrical. Because cylinders have monotonous shapes, hair can be curled or wound only in a circular shape. Consequently, the hair shaping effect lacks diversity.
- In view of the disadvantage of the prior art, the objective of the present invention is to provide a mini hair curler. A hair winding assembly of the hair curler includes both an arc-shaped part and a flat part. Hair may be curled or wound at different parts as required, to implement straightening, curling, or a combination of straightening and curling of the hair, thereby achieving abundant shaping effects.
- To achieve the foregoing objective, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.
- A mini hair curler includes a main body, a styling comb, and a hair winding assembly formed by two D-shaped structures fastened to each other; a driving motor is disposed inside the main body, and a rear end of the hair winding assembly is connected to the driving motor by using a rotating shaft; and
- two sides of a rear end of the styling comb are pivotally connected to two sides of a rear half portion of the main body, and the styling comb is capable of being opened or closed relative to the hair winding assembly, to clamp or release hair.
- In an aspect, two sides of an upper portion of one D-shaped structure are respectively provided with a first dovetail groove and a second dovetail tenon, two sides of a lower portion of the other D-shaped structure are respectively provided with a first dovetail tenon and a second dovetail groove, the first dovetail tenon is embedded into the first dovetail groove, and the second dovetail tenon is embedded into the second dovetail groove, so that the two D-shaped structure are fastened to each other.
- In an aspect, the length of a straight segment in the circumferential direction of each D-shaped structure is 1/20 to ⅕ of the length of the radius of an arc-shaped part of the D-shaped structure.
- In an aspect, the mini hair curler further includes a heater bar; and
- an inner side of an arc-shaped part of a middle portion of the D-shaped structure is provided with a strip-shaped slot along the length direction, and the heater bar is embedded into the slot.
- In an aspect, the styling comb includes a rotor arm and a styling plate, the styling plate is disposed at a front end of the rotor arm, and two sides of a rear end of the rotor arm are pivotally connected to the two sides of the rear half portion of the main body;
- the styling plate is provided with comb teeth and a negative ion outlet; and
- an ion generator is disposed inside the rotor arm or the styling plate, and an emitting end of the ion generator is located at the negative ion outlet.
- In an aspect, the styling plate is further provided with a steam outlet, a steam generator is disposed inside the rotor arm or the styling plate, and the steam generator is connected to the steam outlet by using a gas pipeline.
- In an aspect, the comb teeth are tubular comb teeth, the inner cavity of the comb teeth is in communication with an air outlet pipeline of the steam generator, a side wall of the comb teeth in the vertical direction is provided with multiple air outlet holes with apertures of 40 μm to 90 μm, the air outlet hole is in communication with the cavity to release steam, and the aperture of the air outlet hole is close to the hair diameter, to evenly heat hair, so that the hair is more naturally curled.
- In an aspect, the styling plate is turnably disposed relative to an axial line of the rotor arm;
- the front end of the rotor arm is provided with a locking pin, a side portion of the rotor arm is provided with a locking key for unlocking or locking the locking pin, and a rear end of the styling plate is provided with a locking pin hole; and
- after the locking pin extends into the locking pin hole, the locking key is locked, so that the styling plate is connected to the rotor arm; and when the locking key unlocks the locking pin, the styling plate is detached from the rotor arm, and after the styling plate is turned over, the styling plate can be connected to the rotor arm again.
- In an aspect, there are at least two hair winding assemblies, and the hair winding assemblies have rotating shafts of a same size and have different diameters.
- In an aspect, the mini hair curler further includes a shield, a rear end of the shield is connected to the main body, and a main body part of the shield covers an upper portion of the hair winding assembly.
- In an aspect, the shield includes grids, and heating wires are disposed inside or on the surface of the grids.
- The present invention has the following beneficial effects: A mini hair curler includes a main body, a styling comb, and a hair winding assembly formed by two D-
shaped structures 3 fastened to each other; a driving motor is disposed inside the main body, and a rear end of the hair winding assembly is connected to the driving motor by using a rotating shaft; and two sides of a rear end of the styling comb are pivotally connected to two sides of a rear half portion of the main body, and the styling comb is capable of being opened or closed relative to the hair winding assembly, to clamp or release hair. The hair winding assembly of the hair curler is formed by the two D-shaped structures 3 fastened to each other. That is, the hair winding assembly includes both an arc-shaped part and a flat part. Hair may be curled or wound at different parts as required, to implement straightening, curling, or a combination of straightening and curling of the hair, thereby achieving abundant shaping effects. In addition, the two D-shaped structures may have a same outer diameter or different outer diameters, and hair may be curled or wound into hair with different degrees of curling. -

- The present invention is further described below with reference to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 6 and specific implementations. - A mini hair curler includes a
main body 1 and astyling comb 2, and further includes ahair winding assembly 4 formed by two D-shaped structures 3 fastened to each other; a driving motor is disposed inside themain body 1, and a rear end of thehair winding assembly 4 is connected to the driving motor by using a rotating shaft 5; and two sides of a rear end of thestyling comb 2 are pivotally connected to two sides of a rear half portion of themain body 1, and thestyling comb 2 is capable of being opened or closed relative to thehair winding assembly 4 ; to clamp or release hair. - The
hair winding assembly 4 of the hair curler is formed by the two D-shaped structures 3 fastened to each other. That is, the hair winding assembly includes both an arc-shaped part and a flat part. Hair may be curled or wound at different parts as required, to implement straightening, curling, or a combination of straightening and curling of the hair, thereby achieving abundant shaping effects. - In an aspect, the mini hair curler further includes a
latch 11. Thelatch 11 is fixed to a lower portion of a front end of themain body 1 by using ascrew 12. The latch extends into themain body 1 to connect to the rear end of thehair winding assembly 4. - In an aspect, the two D-shaped structures have a same outer diameter. The two D-shaped structures may alternatively have different outer diameters as required, and hair may be curled or wound into hair with different degrees of curling.
- In an aspect, two sides of an upper portion of one D-
shaped structure 3 are respectively provided with afirst dovetail groove 31 and asecond dovetail tenon 32, two sides of a lower portion of the other D-shaped structure 3 are respectively provided with afirst dovetail tenon 33 and asecond dovetail groove 34, thefirst dovetail tenon 33 is embedded into thefirst dovetail groove 31, and thesecond dovetail tenon 32 is embedded into thesecond dovetail groove 34, so that the two D-shaped structure 3 are fastened to each other. - In an aspect, the length of a straight segment in the circumferential direction of each D-
shaped structure 3 is 1/20 to ⅕ of the length of the radius of an arc-shaped part of the D-shaped structure 3. - In an aspect, the mini hair curler further includes a
heater bar 10; and - an inner side of an arc-shaped part of a middle portion of the D-
shaped structure 3 is provided with a strip-shaped slot 35 along the length direction, and theheater bar 10 is embedded into theslot 35. - In an aspect, the
styling comb 2 includes arotor arm 21 and astyling plate 22, thestyling plate 22 is disposed at a front end of therotor arm 21, and two sides of a rear end of therotor arm 21 are pivotally connected to the two sides of the rear half portion of themain body 1; - the
styling plate 22 is provided withcomb teeth 221 and anegative ion outlet 222; and - an ion generator is disposed inside the
rotor arm 21 or thestyling plate 22, and an emitting end of the ion generator is located at thenegative ion outlet 222. - In an aspect, the
styling plate 22 is further provided with asteam outlet 223, a steam generator is disposed inside therotor arm 21 or thestyling plate 22, and the steam generator is connected to thesteam outlet 223 by using a gas pipeline. - In an aspect, the
comb teeth 221 are tubular comb teeth, the inner cavity of thecomb teeth 221 is in communication with an air outlet pipeline of the steam generator, a side wall of thecomb teeth 221 in the vertical direction is provided with multiple air outlet holes with apertures of 40 μm to 90 82 m, the air outlet hole is in communication with the cavity to release steam, and the aperture of the air outlet hole is close to the hair diameter, to evenly heat hair, so that the hair is more naturally curled. - In an aspect, the
styling plate 22 is turnably disposed relative to an axial line of therotor arm 21; - the front end of the
rotor arm 21 is provided with alocking pin 6, a side portion of therotor arm 21 is provided with alocking key 7 for unlocking or locking thelocking pin 6, and a rear end of thestyling plate 22 is provided with alocking pin hole 8; and - after the
locking pin 6 extends into the lockingpin hole 8, the lockingkey 7 is locked, so that thestyling plate 22 is connected to therotor arm 21; and when the lockingkey 7 unlocks thelocking pin 6, thestyling plate 22 is detached from therotor arm 21, and after thestyling plate 22 is turned over, thestyling plate 22 can be connected to therotor arm 21 again. - In an aspect, there are at least two
hair winding assemblies 4, and thehair winding assemblies 4 have rotating shafts 5 of a same size and have different diameters. - In an aspect, the mini hair curler further includes a
shield 9, a rear end of theshield 9 is connected to themain body 1, and a main body part of theshield 9 covers an upper portion of thehair winding assembly 4. - In an aspect, the
shield 9 includesgrids 91, and heating wires are disposed inside or on the surface of thegrids 91. The heating wires are disposed on thegrids 91, so that a heating element does not need to be disposed on thehair winding assembly 4, thereby achieving a good heating effect and high heating efficiency. - In an aspect, the
hair winding assembly 4 may rotate in forward or reverse directions relative to themain body 1, or may be fixed relative to themain body 1, and this may be implemented by setting forward or reverse rotation and the work efficiency of the motor. - In an aspect, the
hair winding assembly 4 further includes afront cover 41 and arear cover 42. Thefront cover 41 is fastened to front ends of the two D-shapedstructures 3. Therear cover 42 is fastened to rear ends of the two D-shapedstructures 3. - A person skilled in the art can make other various corresponding changes and variations according to the technical solutions and ideas described above. All these changes and variations shall fall within the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.

A mini hair curler, comprising a main body and a styling comb, wherein the mini hair curler further comprises a hair winding assembly formed by two D-shaped structures fastened to each other, a driving motor is disposed inside the main body, and a rear end of the hair winding assembly is connected to the driving motor by using a rotating shaft; and
two sides of a rear end of the styling comb are pivotally connected to two sides of a rear half portion of the main body, and the styling comb is capable of being opened or closed relative to the hair winding assembly, to clamp or release hair.
2. The mini hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein two sides of an upper portion of one D-shaped structure are respectively provided with a first dovetail groove and a second dovetail tenon, two sides of a lower portion of the other D-shaped structure are respectively provided with a first dovetail tenon and a second dovetail groove, the first dovetail tenon is embedded into the first dovetail groove; and the second dovetail tenon is embedded into the second dovetail groove, so that the two D-shaped structure are fastened to each other.
3. The mini hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein the length of a straight segment in the circumferential direction of each D-shaped structure is 1/20 to ⅕ of the length of the radius of an arc-shaped part of the D-shaped structure.
4. The mini hair curler according to claim 1 , further comprising a heater bar; and
an inner side of an arc-shaped part of a middle portion of the D-shaped structure is provided with a strip-shaped slot along the length direction, and the heater bar is embedded into the slot.
5. The mini hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein the styling comb comprises a rotor arm and a styling plate, the styling plate is disposed at a front end of the rotor arm, and two sides of a rear end of the rotor arm are pivotally connected to the two sides of the rear half portion of the main body;
the styling plate is provided with comb teeth and a negative ion outlet; and
an ion generator is disposed inside the rotor arm or the styling plate, and an emitting end of the ion generator is located at the negative ion outlet.
6. The mini hair curler according to claim 5 , wherein the styling plate is further provided with a steam outlet, a steam generator is disposed inside the rotor arm or the styling plate, and the steam generator is connected to the steam outlet by using a gas pipeline.

The mini hair curler according to claim 6 , wherein the comb teeth are tubular comb teeth, a cavity of the comb teeth is in communication with an air outlet pipeline of the steam generator, a side wall of the comb teeth in the vertical direction is provided with multiple air outlet holes with apertures of 40 μm to 90 μm.
8. The mini hair curler according to claim 5 , wherein the styling plate is turnably disposed relative to an axial line of the rotor arm;
the front end of the rotor arm is provided with a locking pin, a side portion of the rotor arm is provided with a locking key for unlocking or locking the locking pin, and a rear end of the styling plate is provided with a locking pin hole; and
after the locking pin extends into the locking pin hole, the locking key is locked, so that the styling plate is connected to the rotor arm; and when the locking key unlocks the locking pin, the styling plate is detached from the rotor arm, and after the styling plate is turned over, the styling plate can be connected to the rotor arm again.
9. The mini hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein there are at least two hair winding assemblies, and the hair winding assemblies have rotating shafts of a same size and have different diameters.
10. The mini hair curler according to claim 1 , further comprising a shield, a rear end of the shield is connected to the main body, and a main body part of the shield covers an upper portion of the hair winding assembly.
11. The mini hair curler according to claim 10 , wherein the shield comprises grids, and heating wires are disposed inside or on the surface of the grids.
