FIG. 3 is a rear view of an embodiment of the disclosure. -
FIG. 4 is a side view of an embodiment of the disclosure. -
FIG. 5 is an in-use view of an embodiment of the disclosure. - With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
FIGS. 1 through 5 thereof, a new suspending device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by thereference numeral 10 will be described. - As best illustrated in
FIGS. 1 through 5 , thetrouser suspending device 10 generally comprises abelt 12 that is configured to position around, and adjustably couple to, a torso of a user. Thebelt 12 is coupled to the user with thebelt 12 positioned over a presternal region and inframammary regions of the torso. Thebelt 12 is flexible. - A
first coupler 14 is coupled to aninner face 16 of thebelt 12 proximate to afirst end 18 of thebelt 12. Asecond coupler 20 is coupled to anouter face 22 of thebelt 12 proximate to asecond end 24 of thebelt 12. Thesecond coupler 20 is complementary to thefirst coupler 14. Thesecond coupler 20 is positioned to couple to thefirst coupler 14 to adjustably couple thebelt 12 to the torso of the user. Thebelt 12 is positioned over the presternal region and the inframammary regions of the torso. In one embodiment, thefirst coupler 14 and thesecond coupler 20 comprises a hook andloop fastener 26. In another embodiment, thefirst end 18 and thesecond end 24 of thebelt 12 are arcuate. - A plurality of
straps 28 is coupled to and extends from thebelt 12. In one embodiment, the plurality ofstraps 28 comprises fourstraps 28. The fourstraps 28 are positioned on thebelt 12 so that twostraps 28 are positioned on a front of the user and twostraps 28 are positioned on a back of the user when thebelt 12 is coupled to the torso of the user. In another embodiment, thestraps 28 are resilient. In yet another embodiment, thestraps 28 comprises elastic. In still yet another embodiment, thestraps 28 are stitchedly coupled to thebelt 12. - Each of a plurality of
connectors 30 is coupled to arespective strap 28 distal from thebelt 12. Theconnectors 30 are configured to selectively couple to a waistband of trousers that are positioned on the user. The trousers are coupled to thebelt 12 so that thebelt 12 is configured to suspend the trousers in a desired position on the user. In one embodiment, eachconnector 30 comprises aclip 32. Eachclip 32 is positioned to selectively couple to the waistband of the trousers so that the trousers are coupled to thebelt 12. Thebelt 12 is configured to suspend the trousers in the desired position on the user. - In one embodiment, each of a plurality of
rings 34 is coupled to and extends between arespective connector 30 and an associatedstrap 28. Thering 34 is pivotally coupled to therespective connector 30. Therespective connector 30 is pivotable relative to the associatedstrap 28. In another embodiment, the associatedstrap 28 is stitchedly coupled to the associatedstrap 28 distal from thebelt 12 to define aloop 36. Thering 34 is positioned through theloop 36 so that thering 34 is coupled to the associatedstrap 28. - In use, the
second coupler 20 positioned to couple to thefirst coupler 14 to adjustably couple thebelt 12 to the torso of the user. Thebelt 12 is positioned over the presternal region and the inframammary regions of the torso. Theclips 32 are positioned on thestraps 28 so that eachclip 32 is positioned to selectively couple to the waistband of the trousers. The trousers are coupled to thebelt 12 so that thebelt 12 is configured to suspend the trousers in the desired position on the user. - With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
- Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
