Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a golf tee hat enabled to secure at least one golf tee in its seam and further prevent the scalp of the player wearing the golf tee hat from scratching by the at least one golf tee secured within the golf tee hat.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • A tee is a stand used to support a stationary ball so that the player can strike it, particularly in golf, tee ball, American football and rugby. Tees are small stands that are embedded in the ground to support a golf ball to be struck by a golf club. Golfers often go through many tees during a round of the sport, because tees are often broken or mangled by the club as it strikes the ball, or the tee flies out the ground upon being struck by a club, never to be found. Therefore, golfers often carry many tees with them when they play, to replace broken or lost tees. Golf tee ball, American football, and rugby is a mentally intense sport, where it is important to minimize distractions. One such distraction can be searching for tees. Also, golf tees can be easily lost or broken when carried loosely in a golf bag, and they can poke and distract a player when carried in a pant pocket.
  • Sometime carrying these tees loose inside a golf bag may lead poking a player hand when the player inserts his/her bare hand inside the bag. Extra tees are often kept loose, or sometimes in the plastic bag in which tees are often sold, in the player's golf bag. It can be bothersome to have to rummage around in a golf bag to pick out a tee. Sometimes loose extra tees are damaged from being stored loosely. Although products exist for storing tees safely, there remains an unmet need to provide a convenient and amusing article for storing and retrieving extra tees.
  • Therefore, there remains a need to overcome the above-mentioned problem and our invention is a perfect solution for the same.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a golf tee hat enabled to secure at least one golf tee in its seam and further prevent the scalp of the player wearing the golf tee hat from scratching by the at least one golf tee secured within the golf tee hat.
  • The golf tee hat herein comprises the at least one hollow loop in form of one or more holes or the pockets. The at least one hollow loop is positioned on the either side of the golf tee hat to receive the at least one golf tee and keep the received at least one golf tee secured within the at least one hollow loop. The at least one hollow loop in form of a pocket is prepared by seaming an upper layer of material of the golf tee hat with the lower layer of material (in touch with the player's head) of the golf tee hat which further prevents the at least one golf tee tip from scratching the scalp or poking the player's head.
  • Further the at least one hollow loop herein is like a stitch lined holes that are positioned on the side of the golf tee hat above the ear to receive the at least one golf tee. The at least one hollow loop is formed by an elastic strip, wherein the elastic strip retains the at least one golf tee in place to prevent the at least one golf tee from falling out. Furthermore, the elastic strip prevents the at least one golf tee from angling out and poking the players head. The one or more hollow loops, traverses through the golf tee hat, enabling the golf tee pegs to be inserted into the at least one hollow loop. Also, the at least one hollow loop is enabled to be positioned in various locations in different embodiments
