A storage basket, having a frame body and a base plate, wherein the frame body has a screen plate main body; the screen plate main body is a weldless stamping stretching screen plate; the screen plate main body has a screen plate in the middle and side edges on two sides, with one side bent towards a direction vertical to the screen plate to form an outer side edge, and the other side bent towards an opposite direction to form an inner side edge; two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate main body are connected from nose to tail to form the frame body; the screen plate main body is an integral structure without the need of welding; the base plate is arranged on the inner side edge of the bottom of the frame body.
Description
- The disclosure pertains to the technical field of daily living articles, and specifically relates to a storage basket for storing goods by adopting a weldless stamping stretching screen plate.
- Storage baskets are widely applied to houses and homes, office spaces and leisure spaces, and are storage baskets particularly applicable for office supplies and living articles. A storage basket is formed by welding a storage basket base plate and a storage basket frame body. A traditional storage basket is formed by repeatedly welding a plurality of screen plates, the welding cost is high, the production efficiency is low, and the product is not attractive in appearance and has a hand stabbing condition; at present, there is no storage basket which can realize the functions of reducing the welding cost, improving the production efficiency and enabling the product to be attractive in appearance, practical and safe, and thus a technical problem to be solved by the persons skilled in the art is to design a storage basket which can realize the functions of reducing the welding cost, improving the production efficiency and enabling the product to be attractive in appearance.
- The disclosure aims to disclose a storage basket, and compared with a traditional storage basket, the storage basket has the advantages of low welding cost, high production efficiency, attractive appearance, practicability and safety.
- The disclosed storage basket used for storing goods comprises a storage basket frame body and a storage basket base plate; the storage basket frame body is composed of a screen plate main body; the screen plate main body is a weldless stamping stretching screen plate; the screen plate main body comprises a screen plate in the middle part of the screen plate main body and side edges on two sides of the screen plate main body; for the side edges on two sides of the screen plate main body, one side is bent towards a direction vertical to the screen plate to form an outer side edge, and the other side is bent towards an opposite direction to form an inner side edge; two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate main body are connected from nose to tail to form the storage basket frame body; the screen plate main body is an integral structure without the need of welding; the storage basket base plate is arranged on the inner side edge of the bottom of the storage basket frame body; and therefore, the storage basket is formed.
- Optionally, the weldless stamping stretching screen plate is rectangular, square, round, rhombic or fan-shaped.
- Optionally, a plurality of screen holes are formed in the screen plate in the middle part of the screen plate main body.
- Optionally, the screen holes are rhombic.
- Optionally, the storage basket base plate is the weldless stamping stretching screen plate; and protective side edges are arranged on two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate so as to prevent sharp portions at two ends of the screen plate from hurting people.
- Optionally, the screen plate main body is arranged to be a metal screen plate main body.
- Optionally, two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate main body are connected and welded from nose to tail to form the storage basket frame body.
- Optionally, the storage basket base plate is fixed on the inner side edge of the bottom of the storage basket frame body through screws.
- Optionally, two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate main body are fastened from nose to tail to form the storage basket frame body.
- Compared with the prior art, the storage basket has the advantages that the screen plate in the middle part of the screen plate main body and the side edges on two sides of the screen plate main body are of an integral stretching structure without the need of welding; the storage basket frame body is formed through butting and once welding of two ends, without side edges, of the screen plate main body, and is welded with the storage basket base plate to form the storage basket; there is only one welding line on the storage basket frame body; and thus, the functions of reducing the welding cost, improving the production efficiency and enabling the product to be attractive in appearance are realized.

It needs to be noted that, in the specification, components with same names or same mark numbers represent similar or same structures, and are limited to the purpose of hinting.
- A disclosed storage basket used for storing goods comprises a storage basket frame body and a storage basket base plate, the storage basket base plate is arranged at the bottom of the storage basket frame body and is fixed to the bottom of the storage basket frame body through welding, and thus the storage basket is formed. In order to illustrate the embodiment of the application in details,
FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 and corresponding illustration are further referred and combined. - The storage basket is disclosed in the embodiment, and
FIG. 1 illustrates a space diagram of the storage basket. As shown inFIG. 1 , the storage basket comprises a storagebasket frame body 100 and a storagebasket base plate 200. The storagebasket base plate 200 is arranged at the bottom of the storagebasket frame body 100, and the storagebasket base plate 200 is fixed to the bottom of the storagebasket frame body 100 through welding, so that the storage basket is formed. It needs to be noted that, in other embodiments, the storagebasket base plate 200 further can be fixed to the bottom of the storagebasket frame body 100 through screw welding, so that the technological process of welding is further reduced, and the storagebasket base plate 200 is not restricted in the application. - With respect to a storage basket component such as the storage
basket frame body 100, specifically referring toFIG. 2 andFIG. 3 ,FIG. 2 indicates a space diagram of the storage basket component such as the storage basket frame body in the application, andFIG. 3 indicates a diagram of a tiled structure of the storage basket in the application. - The tiled structure of the storage basket frame body is a weldless stamping stretching screen plate forming the storage basket frame body; the weldless stamping stretching screen plate comprises a screen plate
main body 300; the screen platemain body 300 comprises ascreen plate 301 in the middle part of the screen plate main body, afirst side edge 302 on one side of the screen plate main body and asecond side edge 303 arranged oppositely to thefirst side edge 302; a plurality of screen holes 333 are formed in the screen plate in thescreen plate 301; thescreen plate 301 in the middle part of the screen plate main body and thefirst side edge 302 and thesecond side edge 303 on two sides of the screen plate main body are of an integral structure without the need of welding; and thus, the functions of low welding cost, high production efficiency and attractive product appearance are realized. - The
first side edge 302 on one side of the screen plate main body is bent towards a direction vertical to thescreen plate 301 to form anouter side edge 101 of the storage basket frame body, and thesecond side edge 303 arranged oppositely to thefirst side edge 302 on one side of the screen plate main body is bent towards an opposite direction to form aninner side edge 102 of the storage basket frame body, and two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate in the middle part of the screen plate main body abut for once welding forming to form the storagebasket frame body 200. It needs to be noted that, in other embodiments, two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate in the middle part of the screen plate main body further can be overlapped together after abutting to form the storagebasket frame body 100, and the storagebasket base plate 200 is not restricted in the application. - The
outer side edge 101 and theinner side edge 102 are formed in a bent form, and the exposed parts are circular beads formed through bending, so that probability that the external environment is damaged can be effectively reduced. - With respect to the storage basket component such as the storage
basket base plate 200, specifically, referring toFIG. 4 ,FIG. 4 illustrates a structural decomposition schematic diagram of the storage basket component such as the storage basket base plate in the embodiment; the storagebasket base plate 200 consists of the weldless stamping stretching screen plate, and comprises a screen platemain body 400; the screen platemain body 400 comprises ascreen plate 401 in the middle part of the screen plate main body, athird side edge 402 on one side of the screen plate main body, afourth side edge 403 arranged oppositely to thethird side edge 402, a first V-shapedprotective side edge 404 and a second V-shapedprotective side edge 405 arranged on two sides without side edges; and the firstprotective side edge 404 and the secondprotective side edge 405 are used for preventing sharp portions at two ends of the screen plate from hurting people. - The
screen plate 401 in the middle part of the screen plate main body and the firstprotective side edge 402 and the secondprotective side edge 405 on two sides of the screen plate main body are of an integral structure without the need of welding, and the functions of low welding cost, high production efficiency and attractive product appearance, practicability and safety are realized. - Although the content of the disclosure has been described with reference to the preferable embodiments, it will be apparent to one of the ordinary skill in the art that various local modifications to the specific embodiment may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure restricted by the attached claims. Accordingly, the protection scope of the disclosure will be defined by various changes or adjustments in form and in detail.
Claims (9)
1. A storage basket used for storing goods, characterized by comprising a storage basket frame body and a storage basket base plate, wherein the storage basket frame body is composed of a screen plate main body; the screen plate main body is a weldless stamping stretching screen plate; the screen plate main body comprises a screen plate in the middle part of the screen plate main body and side edges on two sides of the screen plate main body; for the side edges on two sides of the screen plate main body, one side is bent towards a direction vertical to the screen plate to form an outer side edge, and the other side is bent towards an opposite direction to form an inner side edge; two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate main body are connected from nose to tail to form the storage basket frame body; the screen plate main body is an integral structure without the need of welding; the storage basket base plate is arranged on the inner side edge of the bottom of the storage basket frame body; and therefore, the storage basket is formed.
2. The storage basket according to claim 1 , characterized in that the weldless stamping stretching screen plate is rectangular, square, round, rhombic or fan-shaped.
3. The storage basket according to claim 1 , characterized in that a plurality of screen holes are formed in the screen plate in the middle part of the screen plate main body.
4. The storage basket according to claim 3 , characterized in that the screen holes are rhombic.
5. The storage basket according to claim 1 , characterized in that the storage basket base plate is the weldless stamping stretching screen plate; and protective side edges are arranged on two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate so as to prevent sharp portions at two ends of the screen plate from hurting people.
6. The storage basket according to claim 1 , characterized in that the screen plate main body is arranged to be a metal screen plate main body.
7. The storage basket according to claim 1 , characterized in that two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate main body are connected and welded from nose to tail to form the storage basket frame body.
8. The storage basket according to claim 1 , characterized in that the storage basket base plate is fixed on the inner side edge of the bottom of the storage basket frame body through screws.
9. The storage basket according to claim 1 , characterized in that two sides, without side edges, of the screen plate main body are fastened from nose to tail to form the storage basket frame body.
