Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a mobile air conditioner and, more particularly, to a mobile air conditioner with a circulation device.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • A conventional mobile air conditioning apparatus 1 in accordance with the prior art shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and a refrigerant controller which are connected by lines to form a closed cooling circulation system. The conventional mobile air conditioning apparatus 1 further comprises an air blower 10 provided with an air drain port 11. The conventional mobile air conditioning apparatus 1 produces wasted water and hot wasted air during operation. The hot wasted air is forced by the air blower 10 and is drained outward from the air drain port 11. The air drain port 11 is connected with an air draining pipe 12 which extends through a vent hole formed in a window, so that the hot wasted air is delivered through the air draining pipe 12 and is drained outward from the vent hole into the ambient environment. However, the hot wasted air is directly drained into the ambient environment to increase the temperature of the global world, thereby causing a warming problem of the earth, and easily causing an environmental pollution. In addition, the hot wasted air increases the inner temperature of the conventional mobile air conditioning apparatus 1, so that the inner parts are kept at a state with a high temperature, thereby decreasing the working efficiency. Further, the air draining pipe 12 limits the movement range of the conventional mobile air conditioning apparatus 1, so that the conventional mobile air conditioning apparatus 1 cannot be moved freely to the desired position according to the user's requirement.
  • Another conventional mobile air conditioner was disclosed in the applicant's Chinese Patent application serial No. 201621102787.3, Japanese Patent application serial No. 2016-5559, German Patent application serial No. 20201606472 and Australian Patent application serial No. 2017100009. Such a mobile air conditioner comprises a circulation device for collecting hot wasted air and wasted water produced by the mobile air conditioner. The hot wasted air from an air blower is introduced by an air drain pipe into the bottom of the circulation device. The wasted water is collected in the circulation device to cool and reduce the temperature of the hot wasted air. However, when the hot wasted air is delivered from the air blower, the air blower does not apply any pressure to force the hot wasted air, so that the hot wasted air cannot be introduced smoothly into the wasted water of the circulation device.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a mobile air conditioner with a circulation device having environmental protection and energy-saving.

  • FIG. 8 is a schematic operational view of the mobile air conditioner of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring to the drawings and initially to FIGS. 3-6, a mobile air conditioner 2 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a control switch 20, a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator (or expansion valve) and a refrigerant, which are conventional arrangements and will not be further described in detail.
  • The design point of the present invention is in that, the mobile air conditioner 2 further comprises a circulation device 3. The circulation device 3 includes a water tank 31 and a radiating pipe 32 mounted in the water tank 31. The water tank 31 has a top provided with an opening 310. The radiating pipe 32 has a first end provided with an entrance 321 connected to an air outlet 50 of an air blower 5 and a second end connected to an air draining device 322. The hot wasted air produced by the mobile air conditioner 2 passes through the entrance 321 into the radiating pipe 32. The air draining device 322 has an outlet provided with an active carbon 4.
  • The air draining device 322 is provided with an oblique cooling plate 3220 that is inclined downward. The wasted water (cold water) produced by the mobile air conditioner 2 passes through a drain pipe, drops onto the cooling plate 3220 and is guided by the cooling plate 3220 into the water tank 31, so that the wasted water is collected in the water tank 31. The water tank 31 has a determined water level. The radiating pipe 32 has a bottom placed on a bottom of the water tank 31 and is immersed into the water of the water tank 31.
  • In operation, when the mobile air conditioner 2 is started, the refrigerator is compressed by the compressor to have high temperature and high pressure. Then, the refrigerator is condensed into a liquid by the condenser. Then, the refrigerator is evaporated by the evaporator to achieve a heat-absorbing effect, and to deliver a cold air to cool down the indoor room gradually. At this time, hot wasted air and wasted water are produced during operation of the mobile air conditioner 2. The circulation device 3 is used to collect, filter, purify and return the hot wasted air and the wasted water produced by the mobile air conditioner 2. The wasted water passes through the drain pipe, drops onto the cooling plate 3220 and is guided by the cooling plate 3220 into the water tank 31, so that the wasted water is collected in the water tank 31 of the circulation device 3. The hot wasted air from the air blower 5 is delivered through the radiating pipe 32 of the circulation device 3 so that the hot wasted air is cooled by the radiating pipe 32. When the hot wasted air flows in the radiating pipe 32 to reach the bottom of the water tank 31, the hot wasted air is cooled by the radiating pipe 32 and by the water in the water tank 31. Then, the hot wasted air continues to flow through the radiating pipe 32 and is cooled by the radiating pipe 32 successively. Then, the hot wasted air is drained from the radiating pipe 32 into the air draining device 322. Then, the hot wasted air is filtered by the active carbon 4 and is revived into a clean air under a normal temperature. Then, the clean air is drained from the air draining device 322. The active carbon 4 filters impurities contained in the hot wasted air and drains the clean air, thereby preventing the hot wasted air from causing an air pollution.
  • It is appreciated that, the wasted water is produced successively during operation of the mobile air conditioner 2 so that the circulation device 3 does not need to replenish the water. In addition, the wasted water is evaporated by the hot wasted air so that the circulation device 3 does not need to drain the water. Thus, the circulation device 3 can reduce the temperature of the air, clean the air and replenish the water to form a cycle circulation so as to recycle the hot wasted air and the wasted water produced by the mobile air conditioner 2. In addition, the hot wasted air directly evaporates the wasted water, so that the water in the water tank 31 will not spill outward under normal operation. Thus, the user only needs to replace the active carbon 4 and to clean the circulation device 3 during a period of time.
  • The hot wasted air is drained from the air blower 5 into the radiating pipe 32 by operation of a fan, so that the air blower 5 does not apply any pressure to drive the hot wasted air. The radiating pipe 32 is used to guide the hot wasted air from the air blower 5 smoothly. The radiating pipe 32 is made of material, such as metal, with greater heat dissipation effect. Preferably, the radiating pipe 32 is made of aluminum. When the hot wasted air flows in the radiating pipe 32, the temperature of the hot wasted air is reduced successively by the radiating pipe 32. The radiating pipe 32 is immersed into the water of the water tank 31, so that when the hot wasted air reaches the bottom of the water tank 31, the hot wasted air is cooled quickly by the water of the water tank 31.
  • The cooling plate 3220 is located under the drain pipe and above the water tank 31. In such a manner, the wasted water from the drain pipe drops onto the cooling plate 3220 successively and is guided downward by the inclined design of the cooling plate 3220 into the water tank 31. Thus, when the wasted air flows from the radiating pipe 32 into the air draining device 322, the wasted air is cooled again by the cooling plate 3220.
  • Referring to FIG. 7, the circulation device 3 further includes a plurality of heatsink plates 323 surrounding the radiating pipe 32 to enhance the heat dissipation effect of the radiating pipe 32. Each of the heatsink plates 323 is made of aluminum.
  • Preferably, sensing devices (not shown) are mounted on upper end lower ends of the water tank 31 to detect the water level in the water tank 31 so that when the sensing devices detects that the water level is too high or too low, the sensing devices transmit a warning signal to the user or directly stops operation of the mobile air conditioner 2.
  • In practice, the length of the radiating pipe 32 is increased to enhance the heat dissipation effect of the radiating pipe 32. Alternatively, the surface area of the radiating pipe 32 is increased to enhance the heat dissipation effect of the radiating pipe 32. Alternatively, the circulation device 3 includes a plurality of radiating pipes 32 to enhance the heat dissipation effect.
  • Another design point of the present invention is in that, when the hot wasted air is cooled, filtered and returned to a clean air under a normal temperature, the wasted water is evaporated by the hot wasted air, so that the clean air contains moisture volatilized by the water, to prevent the user's skin from being dried, and prevent the user from feeling uncomfortable.
  • Referring to FIG. 8, the mobile air conditioner 2 is moved freely in the indoor room to supply the cold air at a specified zone according to the user's requirement.
  • In conclusion, the mobile air conditioner 2 in accordance with the present invention has the following features:
  • (1) high efficiency: By the procedures of living, delivery, guidance and burning, the inner temperature of the mobile air conditioner 2 is reduced, thereby greatly enhancing the air conditioning effect.
  • (2) clean: The circulation device 3 returns the hot wasted air, and the active carbon 4 filters and purifies the hot wasted air, so as to produce the clean air.
  • (3) no installation: The mobile air conditioner 2 does not need to mount lines for draining the hot wasted air and the wasted water.
  • (4) convenience: The hot wasted air directly evaporates the wasted water, to prevent from incurring a water overflow problem.
  • (5) environmental protection: The circulation device 3 transfers two main pollution sources, including the hot wasted air and the wasted water, into the clean air that is necessary for the mankind.
  • (6) comfort: The water in the water tank 31 is evaporated to provide a humidifying effect to the indoor room.
  • Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
