Abstract
The present invention discloses a collapsible container comprising a first cap with a container nozzle, a second cap, and a collapsible container body, connected to the first cap and the second cap in a sealable manner respectively to fix it on the first cap together with the second cap after it is collapsed. The collapsible container of the present invention is a breakthrough to the prior art of containers. The container body may be collapsed and contracted to reduce container volume and realize the purpose of convenient carriage.
Description
- The present invention relates to the field of daily life, particularly to a collapsible container.
- Containers, such as plastic bottles containing beverage, are daily necessities. For example, drinking ware and water cups often used by people may solve people's need for drinking water at any time. However, due to the cubage requirement of drinking ware and water cups, it is not convenient to carry them after use. Disposable water containers may be discarded after use, but they will increase use cost and do harm to environment.
- In the prior art, some technologies have addressed the issue of convenient carriage. For example, Chinese patent CN201286441 Y discloses an innovative portable container, comprising a container body, a container opening, a container cap, and a sling, wherein a buckle is provided on the sling. Although the container of this patented technology can be carried conveniently, make for repeated use of the container and raise people's life quality, its volume is not changeable and the issue of convenient carriage is still not properly solved.
- Therefore, given the foregoing problem in the prior art, it is in urgent need for a portable container with a small volume to make for people's daily life and not do any harm to the environment.
- The object of the present invention is to solve the foregoing technical problem and provide a novel collapsible container that adopts unique structural design enabling free collapsing of the container body to make for carriage of the container body and significantly improve the portability of the container.
- In order to realize the foregoing object, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:
- a collapsible container, comprising:
- a first cap with a container nozzle;
- a second cap; and
- a collapsible container body, connected to the first cap and the second cap in a sealable manner respectively to fix it on the first cap together with the second cap after it is collapsed.
- According to an embodiment of the collapsible container of the present invention, the collapsible container body is welded with the first cap and the second cap respectively into an integral body. Preferably, the container body is made of PE, PP or TPU.
- According to an embodiment of the collapsible container of the present invention, the body of the collapsible container is made up of a collapsible membrane.
- Preferably, the first cap and the second cap are coupled with each other through a fastening component or a fastening member after the collapsible container body is collapsed. In an embodiment, the fastening component comprises a buckle arranged on the inner side of the first cap and a fastener arranged on the outer side of the second cap accordingly. Further, the fastening member is configured to be a bendable fastener, which is arranged on the container nozzle of the first cap so that it bypasses the second cap and fixes the second cap and the container body on the first cap after the container body is collapsed. Preferably, one end of the bendable fastener is provided with a clasp portion and the other end is provided with a buckle position matching the clasp portion.
- According to an embodiment of the collapsible container of the present invention, the collapsible container comprises a container cap, which is connected to the container nozzle in a detachable manner.
- Further, the first cap of the collapsible container is larger than the second cap.
- The collapsible container of the present invention is a breakthrough to the traditional concept of containers, and holds various kinds of liquid by using a uniquely designed and manufactured collapsible container body. By adopting different container bodies, containers in different volumes may be made and can be collapsed and contracted regardless of the volume of the container body to significantly reduce container volume, realize the purpose of convenient carriage and truly solve the problem of inconvenient carriage. Further, the collapsible container of the present invention is made of food-grade material and is environment friendly and safe.
- The structure of the collapsible container of the present invention will be described by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:

FIG. 8 is a schematic view of a collapsible container of an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and shows an alternative structure of a fastening member; and -
FIG. 9 is a schematic view of the collapsible container shown inFIG. 8 after collapse. - As shown in
FIG. 1 ˜FIG. 4 , according to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides acollapsible container 10, comprising afirst cap 110, asecond cap 120 and acollapsible container body 130. - A
container nozzle 112 is arranged on thefirst cap 110, and acontainer cap 140 is arranged on thecontainer nozzle 112 so that the liquid in thecollapsible container 10 won't overflow. Further, thecontainer nozzle 112 is combined with thecontainer cap 140 by means of thread rotation to make for unscrewing or screwing during use. Alternatively, thecontainer nozzle 112 may be combined with thecontainer cap 140 by other common means in the art. - The
collapsible container body 130 is connected to thefirst cap 110 and thesecond cap 120 respectively in a sealable manner. Preferably, thecontainer body 130 is made of self-leakproof material, PE, PP or TPU for example. These materials may be freely collapsed without damage. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , thecollapsible container body 130 is a membrane cut from any of the foregoing materials. The two lateral ends of the membrane are curled face to face. After theirend margins end 132 and a second openingend 133 is formed by means of welding. The firstopening end 132 of the barrel is combined with thefirst cap 110, and thesecond opening end 133 is combined with thesecond cap 120. - As shown in
FIG. 4 , welding points are arranged atlocation 111 where thefirst cap 110 contacts the margin of the first opening end of thecontainer body 130 and atlocation 121 where thesecond cap 120 contacts the margin of the second opening end of thecontainer body 130 respectively. Thecontainer body 130 is fixed and sealed with thefirst cap 110 and thesecond cap 120 by means of welding. In this way, acollapsible container 10 may be obtained. - As shown in
FIG. 5 ˜FIG. 7 , thefirst cap 110 and thesecond cap 120 are coupled with each other through a fastening component after thecontainer body 130 is compressed and collapsed to reduce volume and make for carriage. In an embodiment, the fastening component comprises abuckle 150 arranged on the inner wall of thefirst cap 110 and a strip-type fastener 160 arranged in a corresponding position on the outer wall of thesecond cap 120 and matched with thebuckle 150, wherein thebuckle 150 is designed in an L shape, abuckling position 151 is arranged on thebuckle 150 and acorresponding fastening position 161 is arranged on thefastener 160. Alternatively, the buckle and the fastener may be in any other appropriate shape. - During use, after the
container body 130 is compressed and collapsed, the user holds thefirst cap 110 with one hand, and rotates thesecond cap 120 by the other hand in a direction indicated by the arrow shown inFIG. 5 till thefastening position 161 on thefastener 160 of thesecond cap 120 is aligned and fastened with the L-shaped buckling position 151 of the L-shaped buckle 150 on thefirst cap 110, thereby thefirst cap 110 and thesecond cap 120 are closed and fixed to receive the entirecollapsible container body 130 to between them. Typically, in order to maintain stable fixation and combination between thefirst cap 110 and thesecond cap 120, two L-shaped buckles 150 and twofasteners 160 are provided to maintain the balance and stability of pulling force. - As shown in
FIG. 8 andFIG. 9 , in an alternative embodiment, thefirst cap 110 and thesecond cap 120 are coupled with each other through a fastening member after thecontainer body 130 is compressed and collapsed to reduce volume and make for carriage. For example, the fastening member is configured to be abendable fastener 170 arranged on thecontainer nozzle 111 of thefirst cap 110. For example, an opening is provided at one end of thebendable fastener 170, and put on the bottom ofscrew thread 112 of thefirst cap 110 in a sleeved manner. After thecontainer body 130 is collapsed, thebendable fastener 170 is pulled downwards and bypasses thesecond cap 120 to fix thesecond cap 120 and thecontainer body 130 on thefirst cap 110. Specifically, one end of thebendable fastener 170 is provided with aclasp portion 171 and the other end is provided with a bucklingposition 172 matching theclasp portion 171, and after bypassing thesecond cap 120, theclasp portion 171 is directly fastened on the foregoing bucklingposition 172 to realize stable fixation. - Further, the
first cap 110 of the container is larger than thesecond cap 120 so as to receive thesecond cap 120 and reduce volume after collapse. - The collapsible container of the present invention is a breakthrough to the traditional concept of containers, and holds various kinds of liquid by using a uniquely designed and manufactured collapsible container body. By adopting different container bodies, containers in different volumes may be made and can be collapsed and contracted regardless of the volume of the container body to significantly reduce container volume, realize the purpose of convenient carriage and truly solve the problem of inconvenient carriage.
- The present invention is illustrated by referring to embodiments and accompanying drawings. After reading the foregoing content, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and changes to the present invention without departing from the spirit and principle of the present invention. For example, a feature shown or described as a part of an embodiment may be used in another embodiment to obtain a third embodiment. It should be understood that all the modifications and changes made by using the content of the Description and accompanying drawings of the present invention are within the scope of claims of the present invention.
Claims (13)
1. A collapsible container comprising:
a first cap with a container nozzle;
a second cap;
a collapsible container body connected to the first cap and the second cap in a sealable manner respectively to fix the collapsible container body together with the second cap on the first cap after the collapsible container body is collapsed;
wherein the first cap and the second cap are coupled with each other through a fastening member after the collapsible container body is collapsed; and wherein the fastening member is configured to be a bendable fastener, which is arranged on the container nozzle of the first cap so that it bypasses the second cap and fixes the second cap and the container body on the first cap after the container body is collapsed.
2. The collapsible container according to claim 1 , wherein the container body is welded with the first cap and the second cap into an integral body.
3. The collapsible container according to claim 2 , wherein the container body is made up of a collapsible membrane.
4. The collapsible container according to claim 1 , wherein one end of the fastener is provided with a clasp portion and the other end is provided with a buckle position matching the clasp portion.
5. The collapsible container according to claim 1 , wherein the collapsible container comprises a container cap, which is connected to the container nozzle in a detachable manner.
6. The collapsible container according to claim 1 , wherein the collapsible container body is made of TPU, PE or PP.
7. The collapsible container according to claim 1 , wherein the first cap of the collapsible container is larger than the second cap.
8. A collapsible container comprising:
a first cap with a container nozzle;
a second cap;
a collapsible container body connected to the first cap and the second cap in a sealable manner respectively to fix the collapsible container body together with the second cap on the first cap after the collapsible container body is collapsed;
wherein the first cap and the second cap are coupled with each other through a fastening component after the collapsible container body is collapsed; and wherein the fastening component comprises a buckle arranged on the inner wall of the first cap and a fastener arranged on the outer wall of the second cap accordingly.
9. The collapsible container according to claim 8 , wherein the container body is welded with the first cap and the second cap into an integral body.
10. The collapsible container according to claim 9 , wherein the container body is made up of a collapsible membrane.
11. The collapsible container according to claim 8 , wherein the collapsible container comprises a container cap, which is connected to the container nozzle in a detachable manner.
12. The collapsible container according to claim 8 , wherein the collapsible container body is made of TPU, PE or PP.
13. The collapsible container according to claim 8 , wherein the first cap of the collapsible container is larger than the second cap.
