Definitions
- the present invention relates to a beverage container holder that sits in between or on a cushion.
- Regular beverage container holders are meant for stable surfaces and do not hold the beverage or container securely upright or allow for contact or movement while in use. Users do not always have room for small stable surfaces next to where they are seated on a soft or unstable surface such as a cushion, chair, or couch. Users currently do not have the option for a small single serve beverage or container holder that can be within close proximity and easily relocated. Regular beverage or container holders do not always allow the user to have close proximity to the beverage or container no matter where the user is sitting. Regular beverage or container holders do not keep the beverage or container securely upright on unstable surfaces.
- the present invention seeks to provide a solution to this problem(s) by providing a beverage container holder with a receiver that is attached to an extended base that slides under or between two cushions providing stability, allowing a beverage or container to be held securely upright and in close proximity by the user while being easily relocatable.

Abstract
A beverage container holder configured so that beverage containers with or without handles such as bottles, cups, mugs, cans, or tumblers can easily be placed in the receiver, that is attached to the extended base. The extended base then slides in between two allowing cushions, such as where the seat and back cushion of a sofa or couch meet, thus facilitating stability for the beverage container and allowing ease of relocation to the user.
Description
- The present invention relates to a beverage container holder that sits in between or on a cushion.

Regular beverage or container holders do not keep the beverage or container securely upright on unstable surfaces.
- Presently there is no solution for a single serve beverage or container holder that allows the user to securely place their beverage or container upright with the closest proximity that can be easily relocated while sitting on any soft or unstable surface.
- The present invention seeks to provide a solution to this problem(s) by providing a beverage container holder with a receiver that is attached to an extended base that slides under or between two cushions providing stability, allowing a beverage or container to be held securely upright and in close proximity by the user while being easily relocatable.
