Abstract
Disclosed is an inflatable packaging for single unit gifts which comprises a compartment that houses the gift until which is joined a three-dimensional inflatable figure, the gift being placed in the compartment and, upon inflation of the three-dimensional figure, fitting therein and being packaged.
Description
- Currently there are packages for wrapping objects in paper material, cardboard, plastic, wood, paper bags, cardboard bags, boxes; these packages according to their use, can be for protection, transfer or packaging to give more emphasis to the content, that is, give the object a better presentation.
- We are responsible for the packaging to wrap a gift and make it more colorful, more visually appealing, newest in its presentation; a new way to wrap a gift.
- The current technique for packaging gifts consists of wrapping gifts on gift wrap considering the shape of the same and gluing it with adhesive tape to hold the paper in place and adding a ribbon on it.
- A second way is to make a bag with the gift wrap (envelope type), insert the gift, close and put a ribbon.
- A third way, is to put the gift in a bag of printed dúblex cardboard, with handles of string.
- However, these methods, especially the first two, if not executed by a trained person, do not always turn out as expected, leaving the sensation that could be better, also the packaging takes too much time, which on festive dates cause long queues.
- The third, being an open decorative bag, gives the impression of being a simple packaging and does not always fit the type and size of the gift because of such bags have a predetermined volume.
- Finally, according to the document US2013186796 (Grift Packaging container) which shows the state of the art is an ornament not a packaging.
- In order to overcome the aforementioned problems, the inflatable gift packaging for single unit gifts; consisting of one (1) compartment where the gift is housed, has been invented and attached thereto; where it is shown a three-dimensional inflatable
FIG. 2 ) in different positions. - The inflatable gift for single unit gifts comprises one compartment (1) where the gift is housed (5), a lid or cover (4) which becomes the cover of the compartment (1), and joined to this, is housed the inflatable three-dimensional
FIG. 2 ) and, in said figure, the air inlet (3) having an air valve, that together with the compartment and the three-dimensional inflatableFIG. 2 ) allows entering the air to said three-dimensional figure that will also enter the compartment so that the three-dimensional figure and the compartment are simultaneously inflated (FIG. 1d ) - The packing is done by inflating the three-dimensional figure that will fit the gift inside the compartment by the same fact of inflation of the three-dimensional figure, leaving the packaging ready.
- The inflatable packaging for single unit gifts, according to the three-dimensional
FIG. 2 ), alludes to the holiday or gift purpose, where the inflatable packaging material is able to expand with inflation; the packaging material may be: plastic, paper, aluminized plastic, aluminized paper, or any other material that is capable of expanding with inflation. - The inflatable packaging for single unit gifts, where the compartment (1) housing the gift, is also inflatable.
- This is an improvement in the state of the art, because the package has a compartment (1) where the gift will be accommodated, which, upon inflating the three-dimensional
FIG. 2 ) and the compartment, will fit the size of the gift which allows the gift to maintain a stable position within the package, caused by the pressure of the compressed air in said package. It would also be a novelty because of its inflatable packaging. All this makes the packaging faster and more attractive to the eye, easy to transport and safe, since you can pack gifts of delicate materials like crystal, glass among others, without fear of breaking and/or damaging it, and is suitable for people of all ages or conditions, including children, as it is the packaging of a flexible and therefore light material. - In order to complete the description and in order to facilitate the compression of the technical characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is attached to this specification in which, with an illustrative and non-limiting character, the following has been presented:
-
FIG. 1 .a. The inflatable packaging for single unit gifts, with the gift compartment 1, below the three-dimensionalFIG. 2 , comprises a compartment 1 where the gift 5 will be housed, a lip (4) which becomes the cover of the compartment (1), and attached to it, the three-dimensional inflatableFIG. 2 ) is located and in said figure, the air intake (3) is optionally provided by an air valve. -
FIG. 1 .b. Shows a view of the inflatable package for single unit gifts, deflated, with the gift (5) inside the Compartment (1), in a position to be wrapped and with the cover or lid (4) open. -
FIG. 1 .c. Shows a view of the inflatable packaging for single unit gifts, semi-inflated, with the gift (5) semi-fitted and the cover or lid (4) opened. -
FIG. 1 .d. Shows a view of the inflatable packaging for single unit gifts, where the fully inflated three-dimensionalFIG. 2 ) and cover (4) is shown, closing the compartment (1) where the gift is housed. -
FIG. 2 . Shows a view of the inflatable packaging for single unit gifts, with the gift compartment (1), in front of the three-dimensionalFIG. 2 ). -
FIG. 3 . Shows a view of the inflatable packaging for single unit gifts, with the compartment (1) for the gift, behind the three-dimensionalFIG. 2 ). -
FIG. 4 . Shows a view of the inflatable packaging for single unit gifts, with the compartment (1) for the gift, at right side of the three-dimensionalFIG. 2 ). -
FIG. 5 . Shows a view of the inflatable packaging for single unit gifts, with the compartment (1) for the gift, to the left side of the three-dimensionalFIG. 2 ). -
FIG. 6 . Shows a view of the inflatable packaging for single unit gifts, with the compartment (1) for the gift, above the three-dimensionalFIG. 2 ). - Just to exemplify, the invention was produced by a prototype with the following characteristics:
- The prototype was made of aluminized plastic material from a three-dimensional Christmas
FIG. 2 ), where a compartment (1) was attached to the lower part of a compartment, the three-dimensional inflatableFIG. 2 ) constituting the compartment (1) which houses the gift, in a single unit.FIG. 1
