Abstract

Disclosed is a ring shield. The ring shield enables a user to wrap around the ring shield on a body part of the user, such as user's finger to protect a ring comprising a ring stone worn upon the finger of the user. The ring shield comprises a ring shield body adapted to be wrap around the ring shield on the user's finger to protect the ring comprising the ring stone worn upon the finger of the user; at least one anchor hole adapted for putting the ring stone through it; and at least one fitting slot adapted for completing a circle by putting the ring stone through in the selected at least one fitting slot.

Description

    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
  • The present application is related to U.S. provisional patent application No. 62/379,756, filed on Aug. 26, 2016. The entire disclosure of the above patent application is hereby incorporated by reference.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present application generally relates to the field of wearable wrap around. Particularly, the application provides a ring shield. More particularly, the application provides a ring shield, enabling a user to wrap around the ring shield a user's finger to protect a ring worn upon the finger of the user.
  • BACKGROUND
  • In recent time, fashion industry has witnessed a considerable evolution and diversity while focusing on individual users. There has also been a considerable development of various devices and solutions to manage fashion accessories, such as protecting and maintaining fashion accessories, particularly for women. More specifically, finger rings have been known to be a necessity for women users and protecting finger rings is one of the know challenges while working out in the gym or studio.
  • The prior arts disclose various solutions, however, due to the non-attractive nature of such devices; it may not be a suitable option for women users to use such ring protection device. In addition, most of the ring protecting devices disclosed in prior art are also silent on the aesthetics of the ring and ring stone associated with it, while keeping the ring safe from any potential damage.
  • Thus, in the light of the above mentioned background art, it is evident that, there is a need a solution for protecting finger ring. There exists a need for a ring shield, wearable by the users on body part such as finger, while maintaining aesthetics of the ring and ring stone associated with it. A ring shield is desired.
  • SUMMARY
  • Before the present systems and methods, enablement are described, it is to be understood that this application is not limited to the particular systems, and methodologies described, as there can be multiple possible embodiments which are not expressly illustrated in the present disclosures. It is also to be understood that the terminology used in the description is for the purpose of describing the particular versions or embodiments only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
  • In accordance with the present application, the primary objective is to provide a ring shield.
  • Another objective is to provide a ring shield, enabling a user to wrap around the ring shield a user's finger to protect a ring worn upon the finger of the user.
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, a ring shield (100) is provided. The ring shield (100), enabling a user to wrap around the ring shield (100) on a user's finger (106) to protect a ring (102) comprising a ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) of the user. The ring shield (100) comprising a ring shield body (108) adapted to be wrap around the ring shield (100) on the user's finger (106) to protect the ring (102) comprising the ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) of the user; at least one anchor hole (110) adapted for putting the ring stone (104) through; and at least one fitting slot (112) adapted for completing a circle by putting the ring stone (104) through in the selected at least one fitting slot (112).
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, a method for enabling a user to wrap around a ring shield (100) on a user's finger (106) to protect a ring (102) comprising a ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) of the user is provided. The method for enabling the user to wrap around the ring shield (100) on the user's finger (106) to protect the ring (102) comprising putting the ring stone (104) through at least one anchor hole (110); wrapping the ring shield (100) around the finger (106); selecting an appropriate at least one fitting slot (112); completing a circle by putting the ring stone (104) in the selected at least one fitting slot (112); and cutting remaining length of the ring shield (100) with scissors.
  • The ring shield disclosed herein may be implemented in any means for achieving various aspects and may be implemented to perform in various ways. Other features will be apparent from the accompanying drawings and from the detailed description that follow.

  • The foregoing summary, as well as the following detailed description of preferred embodiments, is better understood when read in conjunction with the appended drawings. There is shown in the drawings example embodiments, however, the application is not limited to the specific system and method disclosed in the drawings.

  • FIGS. 2a ; 2 b; 2 c; 2 d; and 2 e: illustrates a ring shield wrapped around a user's finger, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter; and
  • FIG. 3 illustrates a ring shield with an inner channel groove, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • In the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present subject matter, references are made to the accompanying drawings that form a part hereof, and in which are shown by way of illustration specific embodiments in which the present subject matter may be practiced. These embodiments are described in sufficient detail to enable those skilled in the art to practice the present subject matter, and it is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and that changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present subject matter. The following detailed description is, therefore, not to be taken in a limiting sense, and the scope of the present subject matter is defined by the appended claims.
  • Some embodiments, illustrating its features, will now be discussed in detail. The words “comprising,” “having,” “containing,” and “including,” and other forms thereof, are intended to be equivalent in meaning and be open ended in that an item or items following any one of these words is not meant to be an exhaustive listing of such item or items, or meant to be limited to only the listed item or items. It must also be noted that as used herein and in the appended claims, the singular forms “a,” “an,” and “the” include plural references unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. Although any methods, and systems similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used in the practice or testing of embodiments, the preferred methods, and systems are now described. The disclosed embodiments are merely exemplary.
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, a ring shield is provided. In another embodiment of the present invention, the ring shield (100) is provided, enabling a user to wrap around the ring shield (100) on a body part of the user, such as a finger (106) to protect a ring (102) comprising a ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) of the user. The ring shield (100) may comprise of ring shield body (108); at least one anchor hole (110); and at least one fitting slot (112).
  • Referring to FIGS. 1a ; and 1 b illustrates a ring shield without and with a ring stone, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter.
  • In another embodiment of the present invention, the ring shield (100) is provided, enabling a user to wrap around the ring shield (100) on the body part of the user, such as the finger (106) (not shown in FIGS. 1a ; and 1 b) to protect the ring (102) (not shown in FIGS. 1a ; and 1 b) comprising the ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) (not shown in FIG. 1a ; and 1 b) of the user. The ring shield (100) may comprise of ring shield body (108); at least one anchor hole (110); and at least one fitting slot (112). The ring shield body (108) may be adapted to be wrap around the ring shield (100) on the user's finger (106) to protect the ring (102) comprising the ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) of the user. The at least one anchor hole (110) may be adapted for putting the ring stone (104) through it. The at least one fitting slot (112) may be adapted for completing a circle by putting the ring stone (104) through in the selected at least one fitting slot (112). FIG. 1a illustrates the ring shield (100) without the ring stone (104), while FIG. 1b illustrates the ring shield (100) with the ring stone (104). The ring shield (100) may be manufactured from a material selected from a group comprising but not limited to silicone rubber, co-polymer, elastomers, and alike.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2a ; 2 b; 2 c; 2 d; and 2 e: illustrates a ring shield wrapped around a user's finger, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter.
  • In another embodiment of the present invention, according to the FIG. 2a the ring stone (104) may be put through the at least one anchor hole (110). According to the FIG. 2b the ring shield (100) may be wrapped around the finger (106). According to the FIG. 2c an appropriate at least one fitting slot (112) may be selected. According to the FIG. 2d circle may be completes by putting the ring stone (104) in the selected at least one fitting slot (112). According to the FIG. 2e remaining length of the ring shield (100) may be cut with scissors.
  • In another embodiment of the present invention, a method for enabling the user to wrap around the ring shield (100) on the user's finger (106) to protect the ring (102) comprising the ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) of the user is provided. The method for enabling the user to wrap around the ring shield (100) on the user's finger (106) to protect the ring (102) may comprises steps of putting the ring stone (104) through at least one anchor hole (110) first. The ring shield (100) may be wrapped around the finger (106). An appropriate at least one fitting slot (112) may be selected. A circle may be completed by putting the ring stone (104) in the selected at least one fitting slot (112). The remaining length of the ring shield (100) may be cut with scissors.
  • Referring to FIG. 3 illustrates a ring shield with an inner channel groove, in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter.
  • In another embodiment of the present invention, according to the ring shield (100) is provided, enabling a user to wrap around the ring shield (100) on the body part of the user, such as the finger (106) (not shown in FIGS. 1a ; and 1 b) to protect the ring (102) (not shown in FIGS. 1a ; and 1 b) comprising the ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) (not shown in FIGS. 1a ; and 1 b) of the user. The ring shield body (108) of the ring shield (100) may further comprise of an inner side; wherein the inner side may have structural variation in different parts of the ring shield body (108). The inner side of the ring shield body (108) located behind the at least one fitting slot (112) may be flat (114). The inner side located behind rest of the ring shield body (108) including at least one anchor hole (110) may have an inner channel groove (116). The inner channel groove (116) may be adapted to capture the ring (102) (not shown in FIG. 3) and prevents the ring (102) (not shown in FIG. 3) from sliding out of the ring shield (100).

Claims (7)

What is claimed is:
1. A ring shield (100), enabling a user to wrap around the ring shield (100) on a user's finger (106) to protect a ring (102) comprising a ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) of the user, the ring shield (100) comprising a ring shield body (108); at least one anchor hole (110); and at least one fitting slot (112).
2. The ring shield (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ring shield body (108) is adapted to be wrap around the ring shield (100) on the user's finger (106) to protect the ring (102) comprising the ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) of the user.
3. The ring shield (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ring shield body (108) further comprise of a flat (114) inner side located behind the at least one fitting slot (112) and an inner channel groove (116) located behind rest of the ring shield body (108) including at least one anchor hole (110) adapted to capture the ring (102) and prevents the ring (102) from sliding out of the ring shield (100).
4. The ring shield (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one anchor hole (110) is adapted for putting the ring stone (104) through it.
5. The ring shield (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one fitting slot (112) is adapted for completing a circle by putting the ring stone (104) through in the selected at least one fitting slot (112).
6. The ring shield (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ring shield (100) is manufactured from a material selected from a group comprising silicone, rubber, co-polymer, and elastomers.
7. A method for enabling a user to wrap around a ring shield (100) on a user's finger (106) to protect a ring (102) comprising a ring stone (104) worn upon the finger (106) of the user, the method for enabling the user to wrap around the ring shield (100) on the user's finger (106) to protect the ring (102) comprising:
a. putting the ring stone (104) through at least one anchor hole (110);
b. wrapping the ring shield (100) around the finger (106);
c. selecting an appropriate at least one fitting slot (112);
d. completing a circle by putting the ring stone (104) in the selected at least one fitting slot (112); and
e. cutting remaining length of the ring shield (100) with scissors.
