Abstract

This application describes a splash-proof odor reducing waterless toilet, a funnel-shaped soft passageway, the passageway material being a high polymer, and a rim. Below said sim, Passageway is connected to rim. The user's excreta fall onto passageway, and the dirt and dirty liquid will not splash, reducing the size of the path for odors, mosquitoes and flies to come out.

Description

    FIELD
  • The contents of this application generally involve waterless toilets, specifically composting toilets and portable toilets.
  • PRIOR ART
  • In the waterless toilet market, it is common to be able to see composting toilets and portable toilets. Both types of waterless toilets have an unpleasant odor and attract mosquitoes and flies, and portable toilets splash dirt and dirty liquid, which is annoying to users. We can make a waterless toilet that is better at reducing odor, flies and mosquitoes, as well as being splash-proof.
  • SUMMARY
  • A splash-proof odor reducing waterless toilet, comprising: a funnel-shaped soft passageway, abbreviated as passageway, the material of said passageway being a high polymer, and a rim, said passageway is connected to said rim, below said rim, the excreta of the user falls onto said passageway, and the dirt and dirty water will not splash, the said funnel-shaped passageway also reduces the size of the path for odors, mosquitoes and flies to come out.

  • SPECIFICATIONS AND EMBODIMENTS
  • This application describes a waterless toilet that is capable of preventing the splashing of dirt and dirty water, as well as reducing odor, mosquitoes and flies.
  • Regarding the funnel-shaped soft passageway made from high polymer material, the top end is large and the bottom end is small, or is of a similar funnel shape. The top end and the rim are connected together, with the other parts hanging below the rim. Before the excreta comes into contact with the dirt and dirty water, it is only able to fall on the said funnel-shaped soft passageway. This is a result of the funnel's limitations. Then, when the excreta fall into the dirt and dirty water, it will not splash, stopping the excreta from directly hitting the dirt and dirty water. The bottom end of the funnel is smaller than the top end, reducing the size of the path for mosquitoes, flies and odor to come out.
  • Step-by-step description of the contents described in this application:
  • The funnel-shaped soft passageway described in this application is soft because dirt does not easily stick to soft material. As everyone knows, if one applies two coats of plaster to a wall, the second coat will not hold and will slide down before the first coat has hardened. Based on the same principle, applying paint to materials of similar quality, such as plastic, rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, soft membranes is more difficult than to a sheet of hard material, even to the point where paint cannot be applied to soft material. We use this principle to explain why dirt do not easily stick to the funnel-shaped soft passageway. In contrast with hard material, the funnel-shaped soft passageway made from material of the same quality will not allow dirt to stick to it easily. The inner wall of the soft funnel-shaped passageway is steep and smooth; dirt will not stick to it easily.
  • The path taken by the excreta occurs in the following order: Rim, top end of passageway inner wall, bottom end of passageway inner wall. From the top end to the bottom end, the speed of the excreta is reduced. Finally, the excreta slides into the dirt and dirty liquid. It should be explained here that the speed of the excreta is reduced; however, the passageway inner wall is soft, steep and smooth, allowing the excreta to pass through easily.
  • The position of connection between said funnel-shaped soft passageway and rim may be the rim inner wall, or the rim outer wall, or it may clamp the rim inner wall and outer wall, with the rim inner wall clamped in place by the rim outer wall. To explain further, the position of connection with the rim may be a portion of the rim outer wall as well as the entire outer wall, and it may be a portion of the inner wall as well as the entire inner wall.
  • The connection method may be adhesive bonding, or thermal fusion, or clamping, or crimping, or adhesive bonding with additional crimping, or thermal fusion with additional crimping, or clamping with additional crimping, or clamping with additional adhesive bonding.
  • Said high polymer material may be soft plastic, or a soft plastic complex, or soft rubber, or a soft rubber complex, or thermoplastic elastomer, or a thermoplastic elastomer complex.
  • Said composite material may have a sandwich layer or surface layer made of reinforcing fibers. Said reinforcing fibers may be a single layer, or multiple layers.
