Abstract
A kraft sack is disclosed for products to be packed and stored in dust and granule forms such as chemical, food, mine, construction and building industry products. The kraft sack was manufactured to prevent from possible odour transition and humidity creation from and into package inside and outside of dust and granule raw materials, and provides protection thereof in order to maintain physical and chemical features of product against interior and exterior factors, against dusting that could occur during evacuation of air through perforation holes over kraft sacks during process of filling the kraft sack.
Description
- Not applicable.
- Not applicable.
- Not applicable.
- The invention that is subject of the present application is the developed state of patent application with code no. 2015/12911, which was developed to use in all scopes comprising products to be packed and stored in dust and granule forms such as chemical (able to use for chemical products in all kind of dust and granule forms), food (able to use for food products in all kind of dust and granule forms), mine (able to use for mining products in all kind of dust and granule forms), construction and building industry (able to use for products such as lime, cement, building chemicals in all kind of dust and granule forms that are used in construction industry), was manufactured to store products made of dust and granules in order to keep their physical and chemical features and is related to progressions to packaging materials used in its manufacture.
- In examination of previously known techniques, it is seen that micron sized dusts locating inside the package went out of air evacuation holes over surfaces made of kraft paper materials that are employed by upper, intermediate layer and the most interior layer of packaging materials that are manufactured for filling, storing of all kind of dust and granule materials such as flour, starch, cement, lime, building chemicals, micronized mine, chemical industries and that they caused efflorescence, dusting on package surfaces. Such efflorescence occurring on package surface caused difficulty of carriage and storage processes and in addition creating no hygienic appearance.
- In patent document no. TR200809886, disclosed is are strength-increased packaging, storing, protection, coating material. The invention consists of packaging, protection, conservation, coating products comprising strength increasing fibre materials between the first and second layer, which was selected from paper, nylon, aluminium folio. Layers and fibre materials in products that are subject of this invention are combined via application of heat treatment or adhesive. Products of the invention may be used for instance as cement sack and greenhouse nylon.
- In patent document no. TR201100122, disclosed is sack production with the appearance of a single layer, the structure of which was strengthened. The invention is concerned with manufacture of a structurally reinforced sack which was used in packaging of powder products such as all cement, lime, building chemicals, mine and has an appearance of single layer, and its feature is involved in, related to finding environmental and economic solutions on basis of sacks made as a result of 4 layers or more kraft papers with sizes between 60 gr/m2 and 110 gr/m2 and/or structure with polyethylene was reduced to a structure of/with 2-3 layers.
- In patent document no. TR201112683, disclosed are insulated packaging materials. The invention is involved in a package or container comprising a side wall. The side wall has one interior surface and one exterior surface. At least one of interior surface or exterior surface on the side wall may be partially coated with a layer of insulation material. Material may be proper to expansion for providing thermal insulation.
- For failures occurring using the previous technique such as effloresce occurring over exterior surface of package where filling was made, failure to provide resistance to humidity, deterioration of products during storage, a need to create a new package that shall provide new and qualified filling, conversation and storage has arisen. Therefore, the package of the present invention was developed.
- The invention is involved in improvements made on kraft sacks that are used to store industrial-purpose dust and granule product, it aims at:
-
- protecting the product against odour transition that could occur from the package interior to outside or from outside to package inside of dust or granule raw materials, and against humidity, interior and exterior factors consequentially in order to keep physical and chemical features of products unchanged;
- providing reduction in filling time;
- during process of filling of raw materials inside kraft sack, against dusting that occurred during evacuation of air through perforation holes over kraft sacks, further to providing prevention of dusts that are emitted from perforation holes of kraft sacks during product filling from appearance over kraft sack.
- The interior structure comprises 1-6 layers, rapidly evacuation of Kraft papers with PE lamination, aluminium folio and Kraft papers made of PE and its varieties with no perforation that's with no requirement to air evacuation holes and it functions as barrier against humidity.
- Such layers are positioned as follows:
-
-
Layer 1 in sacks of 1 Layer consisted of only kraft of polyethylene lamination, Kraft with aluminium folio and similar items. - In multilayer of 2 to 6, the most exterior layer, paper/kraft paper with PE (polyethylene) and its varieties (hdpe (high density polyethylene) ldpe (low density polyethylene), mdpe (medium density polyethylene), polypropylene (pp) etc . . . ), paper with PE lamination/kraft paper, Kraft with Aluminium Folio Lamination and Kraft paper in similar structures may be employed, which may be positioned anywhere at the most exterior layer or the most interior layer. Layers other than such layers may consist of all range of Kraft paper.
-
- This invention furthermore intends to become an environmentally friendly product.
- This invention intends further to provide usage facility at packaging materials.
-
FIG. 1 —General appearance of product of invention subject. -
FIG. 2 —Detailed appearance of subject product of invention. - Parts appeared on the figure are separately enumerated, considerations of such numbers were provided as follows:
-
- (1) Inlet to Fill Product
- (2) Air Outlet/Evacuation Section
- (3) Lower and Upper Bases
- (4) Sack exterior layer consisting of Kraft paper (All kind of Kraft paper is able to apply.), Kraft paper with rapid air permeability, Kraft Paper with PE Lamination, Kraft Paper with Aluminium Folio (are able to use this layer at both single layer and multilayer sacks.)
- (5) Sack interior layer consisting of Kraft paper (All kind of Kraft paper is able to apply.), Kraft paper with rapid air permeability, Kraft Paper with PE (hdpe, ldpe, mdpe, pp etc.), PE Lamination, Kraft Paper with Aluminium Folio (are able to use at only multilayer sacks.)
- Positioning as set out below may be made within 1-6 layers employed by the package of the present invention.
-
Layer 1 in sacks with 1 layer consists of only kraft with polyethylene lamination, Kraft with aluminium folio and similar items. - In other layers, at the most exterior layer, there is employed Kraft Paper/Kraft paper with rapid air permeability/ paper with PE (polyethylene) lamination/Kraft paper with Aluminium lamination, which may be positioned at anywhere.
- At layer 2-6, there is employed paper with PE Lamination/Kraft paper/Kraft paper with rapid air permeability/PE and its varieties (hdpe, ldpe, mdpe, pp etc.)/aluminium folio or paper with aluminium folio, which may be positioned anywhere,
- Such layers other than them consist of all range of Kraft papers.
- Locations and positions of papers may vary.
- Air outlet section (2) positions at the layer or layers over the space existing at lower base where inlet to fill product (1) located or at upper base (3).
- Within the frame of such fundamental concepts, it is possible to develop various practices relevant with invention subject of “progressions made to kraft sacks that are used to preserve industrial-purpose dust and granule product”, and the invention may not be limited to samples as set out here and it is basically as set out in the claims.
