Abstract
The disclosure relates to an assembled Christmas tree, comprising a plurality of trunk units that can be assembled and the trunk units are hollow tubular body, when two adjacent trunk units are connected, the low end of the tubular body located above is coupled with the upper end of the tubular body located below; further comprising a power connector, including the female end connecting portion and the male end connecting portion, which are arranged at both ends of the tubular body respectively; the female end connecting portion is electrically connected with the male end connecting portion; when two adjacent trunk units are connected, the male end connecting portion of the power connector of one trunk unit is electrically connected with the female end connecting portion of the power connector of another trunk unit; a power port, the trunk unit surface is provided with a mounting hole, and the power port is embedded in the mounting hole, and the power port is electrically connected with the corresponding power connector. The disclosure adopts assembled trunk unit and power connector. The power connector is also assembled during the assembly of a trunk unit, and wireless wiring is added. It is simple in structure and easy to maintain.
Description
- This application claims foreign priority benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 201521093345.2 with a filing date of Dec. 25, 2015. The content of the aforementioned applications, including any intervening amendments thereto, are incorporated herein by reference.
- This disclosure relates to a decorative tree, and in particular, to an assembled Christmas tree.
- Christmas tree, as a Christmas decoration, is essential. Christmas tree is significant for decoration; environmentally, the industrial decorative tree is mainly used. Since the Christmas tree is large, usually separate structures are adopted for Christmas tree in order to facilitate the transport and handling. When used, it is assembled; and during decoration, festoon lamps can be used in the Christmas tree to make it eye-catching. At present, the Christmas trees adopt outside lead, and such lead way will complicate the wiring; once faults occur, the entire circuit should be dismantled and inspected, which is very inconvenient.
- The object of this disclosure is to solve the problem of prior art and provide an assembled Christmas decoration. The assembled Christmas tree adopts the assembled truck and its circuit is also assembled; it is simple in structure and easy to maintain.
- In order to achieve the object, an assembled Christmas tree can be provided in this disclosure, which can include a plurality of trunk units that can be assembled, a power connector and a power port that is embedded in a mounting hole provided on a surface of the trunk unit(s).
- Each of the trunk units may include a hollow tubular body, where when two adjacent trunk units are connected, a low end of the tubular body of the trunk unit located above may be coupled with an upper end of the tubular body of the trunk unit located below. The power port may be electrically connected with the corresponding power connector.
- The power connector may include a female end connecting portion and a male end connecting portion, which two are arranged at both ends of each tubular body respectively. The female end connecting portion can be electrically connected with the male end connecting portion; when the two adjacent trunk units are connected, the male end connecting portion of the power connector of one trunk unit may be electrically connected with the female end connecting portion of the power connector of another trunk unit.
- Further, the female end connecting portion may include a plug hole which is equipped with two electrodes arranged separately, and the male end connecting portion may include two concentrically arranged connecting terminals which are coupled to each other with an insulating layer between them. When the two adjacent trunks are connected, the two connecting terminals of the male end connecting portion of the power connector of one trunk unit are abutted against the two electrodes at the female end connecting portion of the power connector of another trunk unit respectively.
- Further, the female end connecting portion may include two plug holes, which are equipped with an electrode respectively, and the male end connecting portion may include two connecting terminals. When the two adjacent trunk units are connected, the two connecting terminals of the male end connecting portion of the power connector of one trunk unit may be abutted against the two electrodes at the female end connecting portion of the power connector of another trunk unit respectively.
- Further, the power port is surrounded by an annular protector, and two opposite sides of the power port are equipped with a clamp respectively. An outside of the power port may be provided with a flange, where one end of the protector can be abutted against the flange, and the other end of the protector can be provided with a supporting leg abutted against the clamp. An outer end face of the supporting leg can be provided with undercut.
- Further, the lower end of the truck unit located above may be coupled to the upper end of the trunk unit located below, and the upper end of the trunk unit may be provided with a fixed ring.
- Further, among the two adjacent trunk units, a lower end surface of the trunk unit located above may be provided with a guide block, and the upper end surface of the trunk unit located below may be provided with a guide groove matching with the guide block.
- This disclosure can achieve the following beneficial effects: this disclosure adopts assembled trunk unit and power connector. The power connector is also assembled during the assembly of the trunk unit, and wireless wiring is added. It is simple in structure and easy to maintain.

- This disclosure is further described in combination with drawings and specific embodiments.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 6 , an assembled Christmas tree may include a plurality oftrunk units 1 that can be assembled, and thetrunk units 1 are hollow tubular body. When twoadjacent trunk units 1 are connected, the low end of the tubular body of thetrunk unit 1 located above is coupled with the upper end of the tubular body of thetrunk unit 1 located below. - The Christmas tree can further include: a
power connector 2, including the femaleend connecting portion 21 and the maleend connecting portion 22, which are arranged at both ends of the tubular body respectively. The femaleend connecting portion 21 is electrically connected with the maleend connecting portion 22. When the twoadjacent trunk units 1 are connected, the maleend connecting portion 22 of thepower connector 2 of onetrunk unit 1 is electrically connected with the femaleend connecting portion 21 of thepower connector 2 of anothertrunk unit 1. - The Christmas tree can further include a
power port 4. The surface of thetrunk unit 1 is provided with a mounting hole, and thepower port 4 is embedded in the mounting hole. Thepower port 4 is electrically connected with thecorresponding power connector 2. - In the technical solutions, the
power connector 2 is arranged in the tubular body. When the trunk is assembled, itsinterior power connector 2 is also connected; besides, thepower port 4 is provided at the trunk side, which can provide power supply for lamps on the corresponding branches. When a lain fails, the line can be directly cut off. It is easy to replace and maintain. The femaleend connecting portion 21 and the maleend connecting portion 22 of thepower connector 2 can be integrated as a whole, or can be separated to form two single units. - Further, the female
end connecting portion 21 includes aplug hole 212, which is equipped with twoelectrodes 211 arranged separately; the maleend connecting portion 22 includes two concentrically arranged connectingterminals 221 which are coupled to each other with an insulating layer between them. When the twoadjacent trunks 1 are connected, the two connectingterminals 221 of the maleend connecting portion 22 of thepower connector 2 of onetrunk unit 1 are abutted against the twoelectrodes 211 at the femaleend connecting portion 21 of thepower connector 2 of anothertrunk unit 1 respectively. - When a single hole plug mode is used, the female
end connecting portion 21, and the maleend connecting portion 22 are arranged at the axis of thetrunk unit 1. Therefore, when twotrunk units 1 are connected, they can rotate relative to each other, without affecting the direction of the current of the lines and it is easy to adjust. This connection way is usually used in low voltage decorative lamps; the voltage between twoelectrodes 211 is low, which will not produce electric arcs. - Further, the female
end connecting portion 21 may include twoplug holes 212, which are equipped with anelectrode 211 respectively; the maleend connecting portion 22 includes two connectingterminals 221. When the twoadjacent trunk units 1 are connected, the two connectingterminals 221 of the maleend connecting portion 22 of thepower connector 2 of thetrunk unit 1 are abutted against the twoelectrodes 221 at the femaleend connecting portion 21 of thepower connector 2 of anothertrunk unit 1 respectively. - The two connecting
terminals 221 are connected to the twoelectrodes 211 respectively, thus ensuring a secure line connection. This connection way can be used in all decorative lamps without producing arc or leakage caused by high voltage between two electrodes. - Further, a periphery of the
power port 4 is provided with anannular protector 3, and two opposite sides of thepower port 4 are equipped with aclamp 41 respectively. An outside of thepower port 4 is provided with aflange 42, where one end of theprotector 3 is abutted against theflange 42, and the other end of theprotector 3 is provided with a supportingleg 31 abutted against theclamp 41. An outer end face of the supportingleg 31 is provided with an undercut 32. - At present, when the
power port 4 is mounted, one end is connected with thepower connector 2 via wires and then inserted to the mountinghole 12 of thetrunk unit 1, and itsflange 42 is located outside of the mounting hole and fixedly connected with thetrunk unit 1. When theprotector 3 is used and thepower port 4 is inserted to the mounting hole, the undercut 32 of theprotector 3 is squeezed into the mounting hole and clamped with thetrunk unit 1, and the undercut 32 and theflange 42 are located at two sides of the mounting hole respectively, to achieve the clamping effect, which can avoid the use of connecting pieces for fixture and be easy to install. - Further, when the two
adjacent trunk units 1 are connected, the lower end of thetruck unit 1 located above is coupled to the upper end of thetrunk unit 1 located below, and the upper end of thetrunk unit 1 is provided with a fixed ring. - When coupled together, the lower end of the
trunk unit 1 often collides with the upper end of anothertrunk unit 1. After a long time of collision, it will affect its deformation. To avoid such circumstance and extend the service life, a fixed ring is provided at the upper end part. - Further, the lower end surface of the
trunk unit 1 is provided with aguide block 12, and the upper end surface of thetrunk unit 1 is provided with aguide groove 11 matching with theguide block 12. - When two connecting
terminals 221 are used in the maleend connecting portion 22, the twoadjacent trunk units 1 should be coupled at a certain angle. The setting of theguide block 12 and theguide groove 11 makes assembly easier. - The disclosure has been described in detail. Technicians skilled in the art should know that the technical solutions can be modified or substituted equivalently without departing from the spirit and scope of them.
Claims (10)
1. An assembled Christmas tree, comprising:
a plurality of trunk units that can be assembled and each of the trunk units comprises a hollow tubular body, when two adjacent trunk units are connected, a low end of the tubular body of the trunk unit located above is coupled with an upper end of the tubular body of the trunk unit located below;
wherein further comprising:
a power connector that comprises a female end connecting portion and a male end connecting portion, wherein the female end connecting portion and the male end connecting portion are arranged at both ends of each tubular body respectively; the female end connecting portion is electrically connected with the male end connecting portion; when the two adjacent trunk units are connected, the male end connecting portion of the power connector of one trunk unit is electrically connected with the female end connecting portion of the power connector of another trunk unit;
a power port that is embedded in a mounting hole provided on a surface of the trunk unit, the power port is electrically connected with the power connector.
2. The assembled Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein the surface of the trunk unit is provided with the mounting hole, and the power port is embedded in the mounting hole.

The assembled Christmas tree according to claim 2 , wherein the power port is surrounded by an annular protector, and two opposite sides of the power port are equipped with a clamp respectively; the power port is further provided with a flange, wherein one end of the protector is abutted against the flange, and the other end of the protector is provided with a supporting leg abutted against the clamp; an outer end face of the supporting leg is provided with an undercut.

The assembled Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein the female end connecting portion comprises a plug hole, which is equipped with two electrodes arranged separately; the male end connecting portion comprises two concentrically arranged connecting terminals which are coupled to each other with an insulating layer between them; when the two adjacent trunk units are connected, the two connecting terminals of the male end connecting portion of the power connector of one trunk unit are abutted against the two electrodes at the female end connecting portion of the power connector of another trunk unit respectively.
5. The assembled Christmas tree according to claim 4 , wherein the power port is surrounded by an annular protector, and two opposite sides of the power port are equipped with a clamp respectively; the power port is further provided with a flange, wherein one end of the protector is abutted against the flange, and the other end of the protector is provided with a supporting leg abutted against the clamp; an outer end face of the supporting leg is provided with an undercut.

The assembled Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein the female end connecting portion comprises two plug holes, which are equipped with an electrode respectively; the male end connecting portion comprises two connecting terminals; when the two adjacent trunk units are connected, the two connecting terminals of the male end connecting portion of the power connector of one trunk unit may be abutted against the two electrodes at the female end connecting portion of the power connector of another trunk unit respectively.

The assembled Christmas tree according to claim 6 , wherein the power port is surrounded by an annular protector, and two opposite sides of the power port are equipped with a clamp respectively; the power port is further provided with a flange, wherein one end of the protector is abutted against the flange, and the other end of the protector is provided with a supporting leg abutted against the clamp; an outer end face of the supporting leg is provided with an undercut.

The assembled Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein the power port is surrounded by an annular protector, and two opposite sides of the power port are equipped with a clamp respectively; the power port is further provided with a flange, wherein one end of the protector is abutted against the flange, and the other end of the protector is provided with a supporting leg abutted against the clamp; an outer end face of the supporting leg is provided with an undercut.
9. The assembled Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein among the two adjacent trunk units, a lower end surface of the trunk unit located above is provided with a guide block, and an upper end surface of the trunk unit located below is provided with a guide groove matching with the guide block.
10. The assembled Christmas tree according to claim 9 , wherein the lower end of the truck unit located above is coupled to the upper end of the trunk unit located below, and the upper end of the trunk unit is provided with a fixed ring.
