Abstract

The present Invention is an aesthetic cover to superimpose on and combine with a pillow, with a suitable and specific universal-type structure and based on the integration by fitting of a support/aesthetic cover in the top portion which molds uniformly on an ordinary pillow at the bottom, aligning comfort and support to the concept of anti-wrinkling, aiming to practically, safely and precisely enable a full optimization of the set of procedures for absorbing the pressure and shaping the anatomy or contours of the users' faces directly based on contact and pressure, preventing or attenuating face wrinkles and having as a basis an aesthetic cover with great resistance, safety and versatility, easily adaptable to a wide range of faces, users and places in general.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention refers to pillows in general, more specifically, to an aesthetic cover which, according to its general characteristics, features the basic principle of providing the formation of an aesthetic cover to superimpose on and combine with a pillow.
The state of the art features a wide range of ordinary pillow models, based on a general parallelepiped-shaped block with rounded edges. This situation is the result of the excellent characteristics that these pillows bring together, both in their shapes and in the types of uses thereof, as well as of the excellent acceptance by pillow users in general, especially because it prevents headaches and shoulder pain, that is, for improving the comfort and wellness sensation and ensuring the users a fully restorative sleep.
However, the current state of the art does not feature pillows with the capacity, even if reduced, to directly prevent or attenuate the existence of undesired aesthetic effects on pillow users' faces. Ordinary pillows press the user's skin, that is, they facilitate skin kneading which may cause undesired aesthetic effects in users' skin due to the constant and prolonged contact of the face with the pillow, such as, for instance, the feared and undesired wrinkles, since they have neither a differentiated structure or composition which allows absorbing the efforts that the face generates on the pillow surface nor a smoother coating which allows reducing the friction that the face generates on the pillow surface.
In this line of action, the structuring of a versatile, practical, safe and ergonomic pillow or similar which is largely able to prevent or attenuate the undesired aesthetic effects on pillows users' faces, acting when these are resting, has become indispensable for pillow users, especially for those who are overly concerned with the aesthetics of their faces, which every day becomes more common in both men and women.
In a wide literature analysis aiming to establishing the current state of the art on pillows or covers with an aesthetic effect on users' faces in general, which is the subject matter of the present invention, no relevant prior art documents disclosing the specific subject matter claimed in the present patent were found, that is, no document disclosing a modular and universal aesthetic cover which integrates by fitting a top support and aesthetic coating with a bottom pillow, in order to form a single block which prevents or attenuates wrinkling in users' faces.
Therefore, the general idea of the present aesthetic cover that constitutes the subject matter of the present invention, is totally based on a simple and robust structure with a required minimum of components and extremely simplified, safe and optimized applicability, combined with the very practical manufacturing procedures so as to produce a practical and efficient aesthetic cover able to integrate by manual fitting in a single block of universal type a coating, a support or handle and a filling which is molded entirely on top of a traditional fiber, viscose, latex and feathers pillow, inter alia, and provide excellent comfort and support to the user, combined with a better skin blood circulation, and with pressure absorption, distribution and relief on the pillow.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention seeks to provide an aesthetic cover to superimpose on and combine with a pillow, with a suitable and specific universal-type structure and based on the integration by fitting of a coating/support in the top portion, which molds uniformly on an ordinary pillow at the bottom, aligning comfort and support to the concept of anti-wrinkle. The cover aims to practically, safely and precisely enable a full optimization of the set of procedures for absorbing the pressure and shaping the anatomy or contours of the users' faces directly in conformity with the contact thereof and pressure, preventing or attenuating face wrinkles and having as a base an aesthetic cover with great resistance, safety and versatility. The present invention features a specific design and format and ease of access for a better users' fit and safety, convenience characteristics in its handling and functionality, it is quite affordable and, due to its general characteristics and sizes, it is easily adaptable to a wide range of faces, users and places in general, regardless of the characteristics the same may present.
The differentiated structure of the aesthetic cover is highly elastic which is symmetrically molded by means of a coating on an entire ordinary pillow, regardless of its manufacturing material, and is fitted or secured by means of a bottom support, handle, glove, wristband or belt. The aesthetic pillow of the present invention attains the novel and essential characteristic of absorbing the pressure and reducing wrinkle formation during sleep or rest as a shock absorber; uniformly distributes all the weight of the face on the pillow or mattress; relieves the pressure on a localized wrinkle formation point; and allows a better blood circulation along the skin, without kneading it during rest. This structure fully meets the prevention or attenuation of wrinkles on the skin of pillow users, along with a great comfort to the users.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The present invention combines components and processes in a differentiated conception, which will meet the various requirements relating to the nature of the use, that is, aligning in a single pillow block both comfort and anti-wrinkle support. This conception ensures a highly efficient, functional, resistant, durable, safe, versatile, hygienic and ergonomic pillow due to the excellent aggregate technical qualities, which provides advantages and improvements in the constant and prolonged use of pillows and whose general characteristics differ from other shapes and models of pillows well known in the current state of the art.
The present invention consists of the use of a modern, efficient, safe and functional aesthetic cover comprising a set of properly incorporated physical-chemical and ergonomic solutions., forming a complete and differentiated cover, having an exclusive design, excellent finishing details, beautiful aesthetics and unique characteristics. The aesthetic pillow incorporates a suitable and specific structure of high durability and resistance, has a general “T-like” shape, and contains, perfectly integrated and symmetrically arranged between them, a coating—as an element which fully fills the top of the ordinary pillow and contacts users' faces, and a support—as a fitting and fastening element of the set in an ordinary pillow, in order to enable the formation of a single, complete and safe set, whose internal and external shapes and arrangements allow the perfect adaptation to a wide range of pillows and users' faces in general, being specially designed for these purposes.
As it can be inferred in the attached figures the aesthetic cover is shown in FIG. (3.1) in a general manner, as consisting of an aesthetic cover (1) complete and having unique characteristics, which incorporates a unique and specific structure of high durability and resistance, having a general T-like shape, internal and external shapes and arrangements adaptable to a wide range of pillows (A) in general, and which contains, perfectly integrated and symmetrically arranged between them, a coating (2) with a general parallelepiped shape, horizontally parallel and symmetrically arranged throughout the top part of the aesthetic cover (1) and having a filling with a general parallelepiped shape horizontally parallel and symmetrically arranged throughout the inner part of the coating (2), whose main function is that of covering all the length of the top part of the pillow (A); and a support (3) with a general U-like shape vertically, perpendicularly and symmetrically-centered and transversely arranged between the bottom front and the rear bottom edges of the coating (2), whose main function is that of fitting and fastening the pillow (A).
According to the application needs, the aesthetic cover (1) may comprise a filling which may be foam or similar, maintaining all the other characteristics of the aesthetic cover (1).
Since it features a universal structure, the aesthetic cover (1)—mainly through its coating (2) and support (3), may be integrated with any type of pillow (A) fitted between the coating (2) and the support (3), such as, for instance, material and thickness.
The application of said aesthetic cover (1) is based on the perfect and safe manual fitting between its parts and those of the pillow (A). Firstly, the top side of the coating (2) is positioned upwards, to allow the support (3) to stay lose in the bottom part—“U”-like shape. After that, the support (3) is fully opened in order to position itself beneath the bottom side of the coating (2) and to maintain the “U”-shape. Lastly, the pillow (A) is fitted in parallel beneath and throughout the bottom side of the coating (2) and enclosed by the support (3) in its central portion in order to remain secured inside the aesthetic cover (1).
Since the components of the aesthetic cover (1)—coating (2) and support (3), are fully integrated between them, nothing unfastens and breaks or tears, attaining a high level of performance and efficiency, combined with high durability and absolute safety. Once the components are fully integrated between them, they are maintained fitted and cohesive to prevent detachment when in use, the set being fully available for procedures designed to prevent or mitigate wrinkle formation on the faces, as well as to absorb the pressure and shape the anatomy or contours of users' faces directly in conformity with their contact and pressure. Therefore, the aesthetic cover (1) can be used without concern of any nature, especially regarding the durability and safety of its components, as well as the users' safety.
Considering the foregoing, the present invention refers to an aesthetic cover (1) which will be well-received by pillow (A) users which are concerned with the aesthetics of their faces in general, since the aesthetic cover has several advantages, such as: great safety, reliability and ease of application; great efficiency and performance in its application due to its general conception; high comfort, convenience and safety to users; extremely high general resistance and durability, coupled with a low or absent wear of the set as a whole; completely affordable costs which provides an excellent cost/benefit ratio; practical and safe use by any user; wide reach range; high capacity of preventing or attenuating face wrinkles; perfect and direct adaptation to a wide range of places and users; high mobility and flexibility of the set; high ergonomics; high hygiene; excellent and uniform capacity of distributing the weight on the pillow (A); high aesthetic benefits; and the certainty of having an aesthetic cover (1) which fully meet the law and regulations in force necessary to its application for providing comfort.
Due to its features the aesthetic cover (1) is totally versatile, efficient, practical and safe to be applied directly in the prevention or attenuation of a wide variety of wrinkles directly on the most diverse types of faces of a wide variety of pillow (A) users in general and in the most diverse type of places, regardless of the general characteristics these may present; it is also characterized by a great ease of application and handling, combined with great performance and excellent general characteristics; however, the measures, sizes and quantities may vary according to the needs.

Claims

1. An aesthetic cover comprising a cover which incorporates a structure having a general T-like shape and containing, integrated and symmetrically arranged between them, a coating of a general parallelepiped shape, horizontally parallel and symmetrically arranged throughout the upper portion of the aesthetic cover and having a filling of a general parallelepiped shape and horizontally, parallel and symmetrically arranged throughout the inside of the coating; and a support with a U-like shape and vertically, perpendicularly and symmetrically-centered and transversally arranged between the front-bottom and rear-bottom edges of the coating.

2. The aesthetic cover according to claim 1, further comprising a filling (2C) of foam or similar, maintaining all the other characteristics of the aesthetic cover (1).
