- Please refer to
FIGS. 1 through 3 which show a first embodiment of a step movement training device. The step movement training device includes a firstmain body 1 and a secondmain body 2 which are long bar plates and abutted with each other by sides thereof. In this embodiment, a bottom side of the firstmain body 1 is stacked on a top side of the secondmain body 2. The firstmain body 1 has throughholes 11 formed at left and right ends thereof to fix ropes, and the secondmain body 2 also has a throughhole 21 at a left end thereof to fix the rope. Theropes 3 are respectively inserted through the throughholes FIG. 4 . - The sides of the first
main body 1 and the secondmain body 2 are abutted with and not deviated from each other by a combination manner. In this embodiment, the combination manner includes at least one pair ofhook parts 12 integrally formed with and extended from both sides of the firstmain body 1 and downwardly crossed the secondmain body 2. Each pair of thehook parts 12 has twoend portions 121 extended towards each other under the secondmain body 2, so that thehook parts 12 can clasp the secondmain body 2 to avoid the secondmain body 2 from deviating from the firstmain body 1. - Apart from the restraining function for the second
main body 2, each pair of thehook parts 12 can be used as a track for sliding of the secondmain body 2. In detail, each pair ofhook parts 12 is disposed along an extension direction of the firstmain body 1, and the secondmain body 2 is disposed across and between the pair of thehook parts 12, thereby forming a track extended along a straight direction D to enable the secondmain body 2 movable along the track relative to the firstmain body 1. In addition, the firstmain body 1 has ablocking bump 13 disposed at a bottom side of the left end thereof, and the secondmain body 2 has ablocking bump 22 disposed at a top side of the right end thereof, and theblocking bumps main body 2 from moving out of the firstmain body 1. - By aforesaid structure, after the
rope 3 is fixed into the throughholes main body 1 and the secondmain body 2, and multiple training devices of the present invention are connected in series by therope 3, the combined training devices can be used to train step movements. Please refer toFIG. 5 which shows a first usage type of the present invention. In the first usage type, the secondmain body 2 is received under the firstmain body 1, that is, the firstmain body 1 is stacked on the secondmain body 2, so that a grid region having two grids adjacent to each other is formed between the training devices and theropes 3 to provide a sportsman to train step movements in the straight-direction. - When the sportsman needs to train oblique step movements, the second
main body 2 is pulled out from the firstmain body 1 to increase a total length of the training device. In this type, a grid region which has four grids arranged in an array with two rows and two columns is formed between the training devices and theropes 3 to provide a sportsman to act obliquely step movements towards left or right directions, thereby achieving the training effect. - To receive the training devices after the training is finished, the second
main body 2 is received under the firstmain body 1, as shown inFIG. 5 , thereby reduce a size of the training device and an occupied space for receiving the training devices. - Please refer to
FIGS. 7 through 9 which show a second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is the manner of combining the firstmain body 1 and the secondmain body 2. In this embodiment, the firstmain body 1 and the secondmain body 2 are combined by hooking of at least one extrahook fastening member 4. In detail, thehook fastening member 4 is an individual member, mounted on the firstmain body 1 and the secondmain body 2 to clasp the secondmain body 2 byhook parts 41 of end portions thereof, thereby combining the secondmain body 2 and the firstmain body 1. Thehook fastening members 4 are disposed along the extension direction of the firstmain body 1, and the secondmain body 2 is disposed across and between thehook fastening members 4, so as to form the track extended along the straight direction D to enable the secondmain body 2 movable along the track relative to the firstmain body 1. By aforesaid structure, the second embodiment can provide functions and effects equal to that of the first embodiment. - Please refer to
FIG. 10 which shows a third embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the third embodiment and the previous embodiments is also the manner of combining the firstmain body 1 and the secondmain body 2. In the third embodiment, the firstmain body 1 has agroove 14 extended along the straight direction D, and the secondmain body 2 has a restrainingpin 23 protruded at the top side thereof and upwardly inserted into thegroove 14. In addition, the restrainingpin 23 is formed with ahook part 24 having an outer diameter larger than that of thegroove 14, and thehook part 24 is inserted through thegroove 14 to clasp the firstmain body 1, thereby combining the firstmain body 1 and the secondmain body 2. Thehook part 24 includes a plurality of elastic blocks disposed in interval. While being applied a pressure, the elastic blocks are deformed to reduce the interval between the elastic blocks, and the extension range of thehook part 24 is decreased to form an elastic force for restoring. After the pressure is gone, the extension range of thehook part 24 is restored. By aforesaid structure, thehook part 24 of the restrainingpin 23 can be deformed to pass through thegroove 14, and then restores the original extension state to clasp the firstmain body 1 after passing thegroove 14. - The restraining
pin 23 is slidable in thegroove 14 of the firstmain body 1 along the straight direction D, so the secondmain body 2 is movable relative to the firstmain body 1 and provides the functions and effects equal to that of the first embodiment. - The above-mentioned descriptions represent merely the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, without any intention to limit the scope of the present disclosure thereto. Various equivalent changes, alternations or modifications based on the claims of present disclosure are all consequently viewed as being embraced by the scope of the present disclosure.
