Abstract

Mat anti-spatter with micro tubes for urinals flat base and distributed tubes throughout this, counting the micro tubes with holes for drainage of liquid, each micro tube has an edge for breaking the liquid avoiding splashing the liquid to the sides the urinal, the floor mat was created thinking splatter liquid urinals and durability of the mats by having a fast and effective drainage of urine avoiding odors in bathrooms. This mat is made of a resilient material which plastic not have corrosion problems by the accumulation of fluids.

Description

    RELATED APPLICATIONS
  • The present application claims a priority benefit to Mexico Patent Application No. MX/u/2015/000133 filed on March, 2015, which is incorporated herein by reference.
  • OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to an anti-splash mat with micro tubes for urinals which is composed of small tubes which have holes that go straight to drain urinals, these micro tubes cut the fail of the liquid avoiding splashing back to the person. This mat was manufactured in order to prevent odor by fluid accumulation in the urinals and cut the drop of the liquid and prevent rust bounce towards people.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • There on the floor mats market for urinals which consist of filaments that its function is to stop the urine that can splash sideways, but no leads. Urine stays in the bottom of the mat and empty holes that at the base of the mat. These holes are not enough to drain the fluid building up in the base thereof, laying off odors and causing the accumulation of rust rapid wear of these mats.
  • In order to eliminate the drawbacks of the rugs that exist in the market to change them constantly changing due to wear by the accumulation of fluid and these cause bad odors it was decided to create a mat with durability and avoid the bad odors bathrooms by the accumulation of fluid in the base of the mat and the spatter that could cause a mat that does not have that function. These mats do not have to be changed frequently as they do with the mats that do not have micro tubes that serve as drain for rust, the duration of these is greater than the existing market.
  • This mat was created thinking splatter liquid urinals and durability of the mats by having a fast and effective urine drained. This mat is made of a resilient material which plastic not have corrosion problems by the accumulation of fluids.
  • To complement the description being made and in order to aid a better understanding of the invention's characteristics, the present description is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, the drawings in an illustrative and non-limiting it shows the following:
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the top of an anti-splash mat which contains micro tubes which prevent splatter liquid drains effectively and rust.
  • FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the bottom of anti-spatter mat which reveals the micro holes tubes through which direct fluid is drained to the drain.
  • FIG. 3 shows a front perspective view where you can see the edges of the micro tubes whose function is to break the liquid and fall straight to drain through the holes of said micro tubes avoiding rust building up on the basis of rug.
  • FIG. 4 shows a side view of anti-splash mat where the legs of the mat will give you strain showing high enough to occur if the minimum accumulation of fluid in the base of the mat, rust can go by through the edge of the mat slope to drain urinal.
  • PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
  • The characteristic details of this mat are shown clearly in the following description and the accompanying drawings, and an illustration of that and following the same reference signs to indicate the parts and figures shown.
  • In view of these figures one can see how it is structured mat anti-splash with micro tubes for urinals which is provided with micro tubes (1) which have holes (2) for quick drainage and direct the liquid to drain the urinal. Each of these micro tubes (1) scattered throughout the base (4) of the mat has edges (6) for breaking the liquid splattering avoiding rust on the sides of urinals.
  • The holes (2) are so scattered that go straight to the urinal drain.
  • The base (4) anti splash mat with microtubules has sunken edges (3) to occur if the minimum accumulation of rust this could be drained to the urinal drain.
  • In the base (4) of the mat at the bottom has some legs (5) whose function is that if the accumulation of rust on the top of the base (4) can give a small height to the mat so letting the minimum accumulation of liquid.

Claims (1)

1. Mat anti-splash with micro tubes for urinals, consisting of a flat base (4); a series of micro tubes (1), distributed on the upper face of the base (4), as they are mention these micro tubes (1) have a series of holes (2) for the direct and rapid draining of liquid to the drain of the urinal; likewise each micro tube (1) presents at its top an edge (6) for breaking the liquid, preventing it from splashing sides urinal; said body plan (4) has a series of split-level perimeter edges (3), to dislodge the accumulation of liquid from the surface of the flat body (4); a series of legs (5), distributed over the underside of the base (4) to allow free passage of fluid accumulation to drain.
