Description
- The present invention relates to a portable cleaner which is manufactured to have a size suitable to be inserted into a pocket or a bag, is able to remove unwanted substances such as dust on clothes or surroundings, etc., and includes an adhesive sheet that is used to remove the unwanted substances such as dust, etc., and is reusable by being washed with water.
- Unwanted substances such as dust, hair, etc., which occur in everyday life, deteriorate an aesthetic appearance and have a bad influence on hygiene. However, it is not possible to completely prevent the occurrence of unwanted substances. Therefore, it is best to thoroughly clean when pollution such as dust, etc., is caused.
- For this reason, not only traditional cleaning tools such as a broom, rag, vacuum cleaner, etc., but also various cleaning tools such as a steam cleaner, non-woven fabric cleaning tools, a roll cleaner, etc. are being developed and used. Also, in some cases, through use of adhesion of a roll-type adhesive tape, i.e., a kind of household goods, dust or hair on the floor or clothes are removed.
- It can be seen that “Roll type cleaner using polymer gel” disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1101228, “A rolling cleaner having lug” disclosed in Korean Utility Model No. 20-0463212, etc., have been developed based on the fact that unwanted substances are removed by using the roll-type adhesive tape.
- However, since most of the above-described cleaning tools are too big to be inserted into a pocket or a bag, they are not suitable to be carried.
- Meanwhile, for the purpose of removing unwanted substances on clothes or the like while carrying a cleaning tool in a pocket or a bag, many attempts have been made to develop a variety of portable cleaning tools such as “Dust remover” disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 10-2004-0058580, “Clothes cleaner” disclosed in Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-1993-0007487, “Tape type cleaner” disclosed in Korean Utility Model No. 20-0324293, “Portable dust removal tape” disclosed in Korean Utility Model No. 20-0348580, “Tag having adhesive sheets for removing the fluff” disclosed in Korean Utility Model No. 20-0419405, and “The visiting card dust remover which is provided with the advertisement sales promotion” disclosed in Korean Utility Application No. 20-2011-0002697, etc.
- However, most of the above-described portable cleaning tools are made to be used only one time. Here, regarding the “Clothes cleaner” disclosed in Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-1993-0008229, in order that the cleaner can be used a plurality of times, adhesive rubber is used which maintains adhesion even when the cleaner is washed with water. However, it is difficult to apply the adhesive rubber with a certain thickness on a fixed plate. Since a cover for covering the adhesive rubber at the time of not using the cleaner is hinge-coupled, the cleaner is inconvenient to use.
- The present invention is to provide a portable cleaner which is conveniently carry by being inserted into user's pocket or bag, is able to easily remove unwanted substances such as dust on user's clothes or surroundings, etc., and can be used many times by washing an adhesive portion covered with unwanted substances with water.
- The present invention provides means for achieving the above purposes and is composed as follows.
- The portable cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a base which has a size suitable to be gripped by user's hand; an adhesive sheet which is attached to a front side of the base; a front case which is formed to have a size corresponding to the base in such a manner as to cover the surface of the adhesive sheet at the time of not using the cleaner; a rear case which extends from one side of the front case and is attached to a rear surface of the base, wherein an attachment point with respect to the base is formed apart from a back side of the base by a gap into which user's finger is inserted; and an attachment prevention member which is made of a material that does not stick to the adhesive sheet and which has a size corresponding to the adhesive sheet and is attached to an inner surface of the front case.
- In the portable cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention, in order that the front case and the rear case are integrally formed through the intermediation of a folded portion having a width corresponding to a thickness obtained by stacking the base and the adhesive sheet, the front case and the rear case may be made of the same fabric material and the outer edges of the front case and the rear case may be cut.
- The base of the portable cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention is made of a transparent or translucent soft PVC. The outer surface of the base may be formed to have a color through a silk printing process.
- In the portable cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention, a surface of the attachment prevention member, which contacts the adhesive sheet, is composed of a silicon-coated release paper.
- In the portable cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention, the attachment prevention member may include a reflective surface.
- The portable cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention is formed to have a size suitable to be inserted into a user's pocket or bag and have a light weight. Also, since the portable cleaner is conveniently carried, it is possible to easily remove unwanted substances such as dust on clothes or surroundings, etc., while the user is outside.
- Also, the adhesive sheet of the portable cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention is made of polyurethane elastomer, so that a portion of the adhesive sheet polluted by the unwanted substances such as dust, etc., is washed with water and the adhesive sheet is reused.

FIG. 5 is a view for describing a state where the portable cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention is in use. - Hereinafter, a portable cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to drawings showing embodiments. A
reference numeral 100 shown in the drawings indicates the portable cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention. - The
portable cleaner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has, as shown inFIG. 1 , has a size suitable to be inserted into a user's pocket or bag with being folded and has a light weight. That is, theportable cleaner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention allows the user to remove unwanted substances such as dust or hair on user's clothes or surroundings by using adhesion of a gel-typeadhesive sheet 120 while the user conveniently carries the portable cleaner. In other words, when being in use, the portable cleaner is, as shown inFIG. 2 , is configured to unfold afront case 130 with respect to arear case 140. Thefront case 130 and therear case 140 are integrally formed with each other. - An adhesive sheet fabric material which is used in the
portable cleaner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a predetermined area and a predetermined thickness. A product which is supplied to the market in the form of a plate or roll can be used as the fabric material. Particularly, it is desirable that the adhesive sheet fabric material should be made of polyurethane elastomer in order that a surface of the adhesive sheet fabric material polluted by the unwanted substances is washed with water and the adhesive sheet is reused. A polysilicon based adhesive sheet may be used. However, since the polyurethane based adhesive sheet is reused by washing the polluted surface of the polyurethane based adhesive sheet with water and is reused, the polyurethane based adhesive sheet is relatively more advantageous than the polysilicon based adhesive sheet. - The above-described adhesive sheet fabric material is cut in the form of a circle or a quadrangle whose four corners are rounded in a separate cutting process. The thus cut
adhesive sheet 120 is attached on abase 110 through the intermediation of an adhesive, etc. Thebase 110 of theportable cleaner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be formed in the form of a circle or a quadrangle plate whose four corners are rounded. Thebase 110 is formed of a transparent or translucent soft PVC plate having a thickness of 0.5 mm to 2 mm. The outer surface of thebase 110, to which theadhesive sheet 120 is not attached has a structure having a color through a silk printing process. During the silk printing process, trademarks or advertising copies may be printed on the outer surface. According to the cutting of thebase 100 in the manufacturing process of theportable cleaner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, a soft PVC fabric material which, as described above, has a transparent or translucent plate shape and one side on which a color has been printed is cut to have a size suitable to be gripped by user's hand and to have four rounded corners. - Meanwhile, the
front case 130 is provided to prevent other belongings or unwanted substances from sticking to the surface of the gel-typeadhesive sheet 120 having permanent adhesion when the user does not use theportable cleaner 100. - The
front case 130 is formed to have a size corresponding to thebase 110 or at least to have a size enough to cover theadhesive sheet 120. The outer shape of thefront case 130 is formed by a press molding process. In this case, PVC, DS, artificial leather, etc., may be used as the fabric material of thefront case 130. - The
rear case 140 which functions to not only maintain a state where thefront case 130 is attached to thebase 110 but also allow, as shown inFIG. 5 , the user to insert his/her finger at the time of using theportable cleaner 150 is integrally formed with thefront case 130 through the intermediation of a foldedportion 150. That is, thefront case 130 and therear case 140 are integrally formed of the same fabric material through a cutting process using a press mold. When thefront case 130 and therear case 140 are folded around the foldedportion 150, thefront case 130 and therear case 140 may have a structure in which they are overlapped with each other. Particularly, therear case 140 may have a size smaller than that of thefront case 130. In other words, as shown inFIG. 4 , on the basis of the foldedportion 150, while thefront case 130 and therear case 140 are formed to have the same width “w”, a distance “d” of therear case 140 may be less than a distance “D” of thefront case 130. - The press molding process of manufacturing the case such that the
front case 130 and therear case 140 are integrally formed may include a process in which trademarks or advertising copies are engraved or embossed on the outer surface of thefront case 130 or therear case 140. According to the cutting of the case in the manufacturing process of theportable cleaner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, thefront case 130 corresponding to the size of thebase 100 and therear case 140 attached to the back of thebase 100 are formed, and thefront case 130 and therear case 140 are, as shown, formed integrally with each other through the intermediation of the foldedportion 150 having a width relatively smaller than those of thefront case 130 and therear case 140. Here, a fabric material for manufacturing the case is made of any one of PVC, DS, or artificial leather and has a plate shape. The fabric material is cut by a pressing process. - During the process of assembling the base 110 to the above-manufactured
rear case 140, only a particular portion of a surface where thebase 110 and therear case 140 are in contact with each other is attached by high frequency adhering or an adhesive. That is, as shown inFIG. 5 , attachment points 200 are formed at a predetermined interval in such a manner as to obtain a space into which user's finger is inserted. The plate-shapedbase 110 and therear case 140 form a space in the attachment process and the attachment points 200 are set. Then, when the user inserts his/her finger between the attachment points 200, both attachment points 200 become closer to each other due to the characteristics of the materials of thebase 110 and therear case 140, and then thebase 110 and the rear case become further from each other. As a result, a space into which the user's finger is inserted is obtained. - According to the high frequency adhering in the manufacturing process of the
portable cleaner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, in a state where therear case 140 is disposed at the back of the above-configuredbase 110, thebase 110 and therear case 140 are attached to each other through the high frequency adhering. Here, the entire surface where thebase 110 and therear case 140 are in contact with each other is not attached. The attachment process is performed such that the attachment point 200 is formed so as to allow the user to insert his/her finger in the direction in which the foldedportion 150 is located. - Also, an
attachment prevention member 160 made of a material that does not stick to theadhesive sheet 120 is attached to an inner surface of thefront case 130 for protecting theadhesive sheet 120 when the user does not use theportable cleaner 100. Theattachment prevention member 160 has at least a size corresponding to theadhesive sheet 120 or a size corresponding to thefront case 130. - A surface of the
attachment prevention member 160, which contacts the adhesive sheet, is composed of a silicon-coated release paper. Also, theattachment prevention member 160 may have a reflective surface such as a metallic mirror. - Each of the above-configured parts is assembled by an assembly process such as attachment using an adhesive or high frequency adhering.
- The base 110 made of a soft PVC and the
rear case 140 made of PVC, DS, or artificial leather, etc., are assembled by high frequency adhering. - The
adhesive sheet 120 cut to have a particular size is attached to the surface of thebase 110, and theattachment prevention member 160 is attached to the inner surface of thefront case 130. That is, in the manufacturing process of theportable cleaner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, theadhesive sheet 120 having a size corresponding to thebase 100 is attached to the front side of the base 110 in a state where thebase 110 is attached to the case in the attaching of the adhesive sheet. In the attaching of theattachment prevention member 160, theattachment prevention member 160 having a size corresponding to thebase 110 is attached to the front side of thefront case 130. - Subsequently, on the basis of the folded
portion 150 provided between thefront case 130 and therear case 140, thefront case 130 and therear case 140 are folded in such a manner as to be overlapped with each other. The portable cleaner including the folded cases is wrapped with vinyl and is distributed as a product. - Meanwhile, for the user's use of the
portable cleaner 100, user's finger is inserted between the base 110 and therear case 140, and then the surface of theadhesive sheet 120 is contacted with clothes or surroundings polluted by the unwanted substances such as dust, hair, etc., so that the unwanted substances on the clothes or surroundings stick to theadhesive sheet 120. - Particularly, the unwanted substances such as dust are removed from the surface of the
adhesive sheet 120 by washing theadhesive sheet 120 with water. When the water is removed, the adhesion of theadhesive sheet 120 is restored, and thus, theadhesive sheet 120 is reusable. - In the foregoing, the embodiments of the portable cleaner according to the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings. These embodiments are included in the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
