Abstract
The present invention is to provide an accessory assembled by first and second members, wherein the first member includes a body formed with two openings corresponding to each other, two sleeves each having one end inserted into the body via the corresponding opening and having a through hole therein, two pressing members movably positioned in the through holes, and a resilient component positioned in the through holes and abutted against the two pressing members respectively, so that one end of each pressing member is movably protruded out of the corresponding opening; and the second member includes a containing space therein and two engagement holes recessed thereon corresponding to the containing space. When the first member is assembled into the containing space, the resilient component forces the ends of the two pressing members to insert into the corresponding engagement holes for combining the first and second members together as a whole.
Description
- The present invention relates to an accessory, more particularly to a fashion accessory having a first member and a second member capable of being integrally assembled together as a whole, or being departed from each other and then assembled with another second member or another first member, to accomplish the operation of quickly changing the style of the accessory and improve the diversification and the convenience of the accessory.
- People usually wear the various accessories, such as necklaces, rings, earrings and wristlets, to attend parties or in daily life to show the personal style thereof. Thus, the businessman has released the accessories with various modeling to attract the people's attentions.
- In general, the accessory is used for decorative purpose. The style of the accessory usually relates to the popular products and the style of the accessory usually has a specific fashion cycle. Therefore, when the style of the accessory is out of fashion, generally the sale of the foregoing accessory is decreased greatly, and the businessman's costs for the accessory on hand must be increased as well. Besides, the user may wear the accessory with different style or structure for different occasion or the wearing, but the existing accessory has a fixed pattern only, so several problems may be generated as below.
- (1) The user needs to buy various accessories with different styles, so as to match with the different occasions or wearing.
- (2) When the style of the accessory is out of fashion, the accessory may be abandoned and cannot be reused via others manners.
- (3) If the user prefers a specific pattern of a cat and buys a ring with an accessory decorative of the cat pattern, when the user wants to wear a necklace, the accessory decorative of the cat pattern on the ring cannot be disassembled from the ring to be mounted on the necklace. So the user needs to buy a new necklace with the accessory decorative of the cat pattern.
- To sum up, the style of the existing accessory cannot be changed easily to meet the user's demands. Thus, the businessman's cost for the accessory on hand may be increased, and the user must still spend more money in the accessories. Thus, how to design an accessory structure whose entire style can be changed easily and quickly by the users is an important issue to be solved of the present disclosure.
- The existing accessory does not have arbitrarily-changeable style, so lots of the accessories may be abandoned when the styles of the accessories are out of fashion, which results in the problem of a wasting of resources. In order to improve the foregoing problems, the applicant develops and designs an accessory with a resilient assembly part of the present disclosure after a long effort to make the study and experiment.
- One objective of the present disclosure is to provide an accessory with a resilient assembly part. The accessory is assembled by a first member and a second member, whereby a user may change the pattern of the first member or the second member upon demand, to generate another accessory with different appearance. The first member has a body, two sleeves, two pressing members and a resilient component. The body is formed with two openings corresponding to each other on an outer surface thereof, and the two openings are in communication with each other. An outer diameter of one end of each of the sleeves is larger than an inner diameter of the opening corresponding thereto, and the outer diameter of the rest of each of the sleeves is smaller than the inner diameter of the opening corresponding thereto, to enable the other end of each of the sleeves to be inserted into the body via the corresponding opening. A through hole is disposed in each of the sleeves, and a hole diameter of one end of the through hole is smaller than that of the other end of the through hole. Besides, the pressing members are movably positioned in the through holes respectively, and only one end of each of the pressing members is exposed out of the opening. The resilient component is positioned in the through holes. When the other ends of the sleeves are integrally combined with each other, two ends of the resilient component are abutted against the other ends of the two pressing members respectively, so that each of the pressing members is movably protruded out of the corresponding opening. Furthermore, the second member includes a containing space inside for containing the first member. Two engagement holes are recessed on the second member correspondingly in position to two side surface of the containing space. When the first member is assembled into the containing space, the resilient component forces the one end of each of the two pressing members to insert into the corresponding engagement hole, so as to combine the first member and the second member integrally. Thus, with the resilient assembly part composed of the sleeves, the pressing members and the resilient component, when the user wants to change the first member or second member with different pattern, the user may just exert a force to the first member or the second member correspondingly, each of the pressing members may compress the resilient component and be retracted into each of the through holes, so as to be departed from the corresponding engagement hole. Besides, after the user disassembles the first member from the second member, the user may assemble another first member into the second member or assemble another second member into the first member, to accomplish the operation of quickly changing the style of the accessory and improve the diversification and the convenience of the accessory.
- The accompanying drawings are included to provide a further understanding of the present disclosure, and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification. The drawings illustrate exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the present disclosure.

- It will be understood that, although the terms ‘first’, ‘second’, ‘third’, etc., may be used herein to describe various elements, these elements should not be limited by these terms. The terms are used only for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another component. Thus, a first element discussed below could be termed a second element without departing from the teachings of embodiments. As used herein, the term “or” includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
- The present disclosure relates to an accessory with a resilient assembly part. Please refer to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 . For convenience of explanation, the upper portion in theFIG. 1 is the top direction of an element, the lower portion in theFIG. 1 is the bottom direction of the element, the top left in theFIG. 1 is the left direction of the element, the bottom right in theFIG. 1 is the right direction of the element, the bottom left in theFIG. 1 is the front direction of left the element and the top right in theFIG. 1 is the rear direction of the element. Besides, in one embodiment, the accessory A includes afirst member 1 and asecond member 2. Thefirst member 1 includes abody 11, aright sleeve 12, a right pressingmember 13, aleft sleeve 14, a left pressingmember 15 and aresilient component 16. Thebody 11 is in a sphere shape, and has aright opening 111 and aleft opening 113 formed on an outer surface thereof. Theright opening 111 corresponds to the left opening 113 and they are in communication with each other, so as to form apassageway 115 within thebody 11. It is worth mentioning that in others embodiment of the present disclosure, the user may change the shape of thebody 11 arbitrarily to meet their design or production demands. And, that must be explained first. - Please refer back to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 . The outer diameter of one end of theright sleeve 12 is larger than the inner diameter of theright opening 111, and the outer diameter of the rest of the right sleeve is smaller than the inner diameter of theright opening 111. When theright sleeve 12 is assembled into thebody 11, the other end of theright sleeve 12 is inserted into thepassageway 115 via theright opening 111, and one end of theright sleeve 12 is exposed out of thebody 11. Besides, a right throughhole 121 is disposed in theright sleeve 12, and a hole diameter of one end of the right throughhole 121 is smaller than that of the other end of the right throughhole 121. In addition, the right pressingmember 13 is movably positioned in the right throughhole 121. Furthermore, a diameter of the one end of the right pressingmember 13 is smaller than the hole diameter of the one end of the right throughhole 121, and the diameter of the middle portion of the right pressingmember 13 is larger than the hole diameter of the one end of the right throughhole 121, such that only one end of the right pressing member is exposed out of theright opening 111. It is worth mentioning that in others embodiment of the present disclosure, the pattern of the right pressingmember 13 is not limited to the pattern shown inFIG. 1 . Theright pressing member 13 having at least a part (such as the other end of the right pressing member 13) with diameter larger than the hole diameter of the one end of the right throughhole 121, may be used in the present disclosure, and that must be explained first. - Please refer back to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 . The outer diameter of one end of theleft sleeve 14 is larger than the inner diameter of theleft opening 113, and the outer diameter of the rest of theleft sleeve 14 is smaller than the inner diameter of theleft opening 113. When theleft sleeve 14 is assembled into thebody 11, the other end of theleft sleeve 14 is inserted into thepassageway 115 via theleft opening 113. A left throughhole 141 is disposed in theleft sleeve 14. A hole diameter of one end of the right throughhole 141 is smaller than a hole diameter of the other end of the right through hole, and the other end of theleft sleeve 14 and the other end of theright sleeve 12 are integrally combined with each other. In the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the other end of theright sleeve 12 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the other end of theleft sleeve 14. Therefore, when the user rivets (or tightly fit) theright sleeve 12 and theleft sleeve 14 on thebody 11, the other end of theright sleeve 12 will be deformed to be inserted into the other end of theleft sleeve 14. Then, the outer side of the other end of theright sleeve 12 is abutted tightly with the inner side of the other end of theleft sleeve 14, to rivet (or tightly fit) theright sleeve 12 with theleft sleeve 14. It is worth mentioning that in others embodiment of the present disclosure, the user may apply others manners to combine theright sleeve 12 and theleft sleeve 14 with each other, where the manners may include the screw manner or the engagement manner. In addition, theleft pressing member 15 may be positioned movably in the left throughhole 141. In the present embodiment, the diameter of the one end of theleft pressing member 15 is smaller than the hole diameter of the one end of the left throughhole 141, and the diameter of the middle portion of theleft pressing member 13 is larger than the hole diameter of the one end of the right throughhole 141, such that only one end of the left pressing member is exposed out of theleft opening 113. It is worth mentioning that in others embodiment of the present disclosure, any left pressingmember 15 may be used in the present disclosure as long as the diameter of at least one part (such as the other end) of theleft pressing member 15 is larger than the hole diameter of the one end of the left throughhole 141, and that must be explained first. - Please refer back to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 . Theresilient component 16 is positioned in the left throughhole 141 and the right throughhole 121. When the other end of theleft sleeve 14 and the other end of theright sleeve 12 are combined integrally, two ends of theresilient component 16 are abutted against the other ends of theleft pressing member 15 and theright pressing member 13 respectively; at the same time, theresilient component 16 exerts a force to theleft pressing member 15 and theright pressing member 13, to make ends of theleft pressing member 15 and theright pressing member 13 to movably protrude out of theleft opening 113 and theright opening 111 correspondingly. Thus, the resilient assembly part of the present disclosure is composed of theright sleeve 12, theright pressing member 13, theleft sleeve 14, theleft pressing member 15 and theresilient component 16. Besides, thesecond member 2 includes a containingspace 20 inside for containing thefirst member 1. In the present embodiment, thesecond member 2 is U-shaped. The containingspace 20 is defined by an interval between two arms of thesecond member 2. Two engagement holes 21 are recessed on thesecond member 2 correspondingly in position to two side surfaces of the containingspace 20 respectively, and amount trough 23 is formed on a position close to each of the engagement holes 21 correspondingly. Each of themount troughs 23 is extended from the outer surface of thesecond member 2 towards each of the engagement holes 21 correspondingly. Thus, when the first member is assembled into the containingspace 20, the one end of theright pressing member 13 and the one end of theleft pressing member 15 are mounted into the corresponding engagement holes 21 via thecorresponding mount troughs 23. Then, theresilient component 16 forces the one end of theright pressing member 13 and the one end of theleft pressing member 15 to insert into the corresponding engagement holes 21 respectively, so as to combine thefirst member 1 and thesecond member 2 integrally. In the present embodiment, each of the one end of theright pressing member 13 and the one end of theleft pressing member 15 is in an arc shape, and each of the engagement holes is in the arc shape as well, so thefirst member 1 may use theright pressing member 13 and theleft pressing member 15 as a pivot pin, to rotatably fix on thesecond member 2. It is worth mentioning that in others embodiment of the present disclosure, the users may change the shapes of thepressing members engagement hole 21, so as to meet design demands. Thus, with the resilient assembly part composed of thegrade sleeves pressing members resilient component 16, when the user wants to change thefirst member 1 orsecond member 2 with different patterns, the user may exert a force to thefirst member 1 or thesecond member 2 correspondingly, each of thepressing members resilient component 16 and be retracted into each of the throughholes corresponding engagement hole 21. Besides, the users may disassemble thefirst member 1 from thesecond member 2, and then assemble another first member into thesecond member 2 or assemble another second member into thefirst member 1, so as to accomplish the operation of quickly changing the style of the accessory A and improve the diversification and the convenience of the accessory A. - Besides, the accessory of the present disclosure may be laid out in the form of a ring, a necklace or an earring. For example, the second member may be laid out in the form of a ring seat. Furthermore, when the accessory is laid out in the form of the necklace, please refer to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 3 , at least one hanginghole 3 may be formed on the first member 1 (as shown inFIG. 1 ) or at least one hanging hole 6 may be formed on the second member 5 (as shown inFIG. 3 ), to enable a hangingmember 61, such as the necklace or the collar, to be inserted through the hanging hole 6, and the user is able to wear the accessory B. Besides, in the embodiment ofFIG. 3 , thesecond member 5 is O-shaped and the first member 4 may be assembled into the containingspace 50 of thesecond member 5, so as to combine the first member 4 and thesecond member 5 as the accessory B. As a result, the user may easily change the pattern of thefirst members 1, 4 or thesecond members - It is worth mentioning that “left” and “right” of the left/right opening or the left/right sleeve mentioned in the foregoing embodiments indicate the relative position of these elements. The users may change the left/right opening to the top/bottom opening to meet their demands, and that must be explained first.
- The above-mentioned descriptions represent merely the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, without any intention to limit the scope of the present disclosure thereto. Various equivalent changes, alternations or modifications based on the claims of present disclosure are all consequently viewed as being embraced by the scope of the present disclosure.
Claims (10)
1. An accessory with a resilient assembly part, comprising:
a first member comprising a body, a right sleeve, a right pressing member, a left sleeve, a left pressing member and a resilient component, wherein a left opening and a right opening are formed on the outer surface of the body, the left opening and the right opening correspond to each other and are in communication with each other to form a passageway within the body; wherein the outer diameter of one end of the right sleeve is larger than the inner diameter of the right opening, an outer diameter of the rest of the right sleeve is smaller than the inner diameter of the right opening, to enable the other end of the right sleeve to be inserted into the passageway via the right opening, a right through hole is disposed in the right sleeve, a hole diameter of one end of the right through hole is smaller than a hole diameter of the other end of the right through hole, the right pressing member is positioned movably in the right through hole, and only one end of the right pressing member is exposed out of the right opening; wherein an outer diameter of one end of the left sleeve is larger than an inner diameter of the left opening, an outer diameter of the rest of the left sleeve is smaller than the inner diameter of the left opening, to enable the other end of the left sleeve to be inserted into the passageway via the left opening, a left through hole is disposed in the left sleeve, a hole diameter of one end of the left through hole is smaller than the hole diameter of the other end of the left through hole, and the other end of the left sleeve and the other end of the right sleeve are integrally combined with each other; wherein the left pressing member is positioned movably in the left through hole, and only one end of the left pressing member is exposed out of the left opening; wherein the resilient component is positioned in the left through hole and the right through hole, two ends of the resilient component are abutted against the other end of the left pressing member and the other end of the right pressing member respectively, and under a condition that the other end of the left sleeve and the other end of the right sleeve are integrally combined, one end of the left pressing member is movably protruded out of the left opening and one end of the right pressing member movably protruded out of the right opening; and
a second member having a containing space inside for containing the first member, wherein two engagement holes are recessed on the second member correspondingly in position to two sides of the containing space respectively, when the first member is assembled into the containing space, the resilient component forces the one end of the right pressing member and the one end of the left pressing member to be inserted into the corresponding engagement holes, respectively, so as to combine the first member and the second member integrally.
2. The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the one end of the right pressing member and the one end of the left pressing member is in an arc shape and each of the engagement holes is in the arc shape as well, and the first member uses the right pressing member and the left pressing member as a pivot pin, to be rotatably fixed on the second member.
3. The accessory of claim 1 , wherein an outer edge of the other end of the right sleeve is inserted into an inner periphery of the other end of the left sleeve, to deform the outer edge of the other end of the right sleeve to mount with the inner periphery of the other end of the left sleeve together.
4. The accessory of claim 2 , wherein an outer edge of the other end of the right sleeve is inserted into an inner periphery of the other end of the left sleeve, to deform the outer edge of the other end of the right sleeve to mount with the inner periphery of the other end of the left sleeve together.
5. The accessory of claim 3 , wherein the second member has mount troughs, and the mount troughs are disposed near the engagement holes respectively, and each of the mount troughs is extended from the outer surface of the second member towards one of the engagement holes corresponding thereto.
6. The accessory of claim 4 , wherein the second member has mount troughs, and the mount troughs are disposed near the engagement holes respectively, and each of the mount troughs is extended from the outer surface of the second member towards one of the engagement holes corresponding thereto.
7. The accessory of claim 5 , further comprising at least one hanging hole disposed on the first member or the second member, so that the accessory is hooked a hanging member via the at least one hanging hole when the first member is combined to the second member.
8. The accessory of claim 6 , further comprising at least one hanging hole disposed on the first member or the second member, so that the accessory is hooked a hanging member via the at least one hanging hole when the first member is combined to the second member.
9. The accessory of claim 7 , wherein the right sleeve is riveted the body by the one end thereof and the left sleeve is riveted the body by the one end thereof.
10. The accessory of claim 8 , wherein the right sleeve is riveted the body by the one end thereof and the left sleeve is riveted the body by the one end thereof.
