Abstract

The invention provides a new way to extinguish standard cigarette butts with or without fluid. Ideally each system is kept spun closed while in use to ensure optimal safety in extinguishment and temporary standard cigarette butt disposal or storage. So, as well as potential safe self extinguishment each unit is customized to mask standard cigarette butt odors while still providing cosmetic appeal.

Description

FIG. 1, Front Plain View, to scale prototype, fully operable, safety tested, appropriate use of this innovative system offers the ability to ash one standard cigarette at a time either via the flat usable ashtray face surface or the option to ash a standard cigarette via the snuffer hole. additionally able to easily push standard cigarettes through said hole further described below, system is five and one fourth inches from side front top of standard cigarette snuffer to the bottom of jar two also below once system building known as tier two, bond the center of applicable no less than three inch but not more than four inch centered light metal ashtray meaning the plastic in prototype three fourth inch on all angles snuffer which may vary from not less than on half inch up to not more than one inch is first mounted a top the separate originally and at this point light metal ashtray, once snuffer bonded to the approximately center if possible or as close to center of standard in prototype three and one half inch diameter with visible one fourth horizontal flat front of light metal ashtray so only after waiting the full ten minute or appropriate based on chosen plastic to metal standard bonding fluid used for system, drill hole accordingly by matching drilling area to the already hollow point of standard mounted snuffer only, once hollow through snuffer and metal ashtray, ensure safety to future user by filing drilled through light metal ashtray pieces making the drilled through ashtray, mount tier one which is spun on to it's original top and further described below as the entire system meaning from the mounted as stated top snuffer, to the adhered via metal to hollowed glass jar one or also known now as tier one, hollow tier one to adhere said ashtray correctly and safely to the once wasn't hollow bottom but once hollowed once was the bottom of tier one, literally becomes the now top of the tier one on each system and will remain the top of tier one in the system via use of a standard glass cutter by literally flipping tier one to show glass closed as side up and now the top of tier one is right side up, by use of standard glass cutter remove no less than one fourth inch and no more than one half inch of top section visibly detected on tier one as not quilted, once glass section appropriately cut away, file cut glass area with standard file for glass use on each unit to ensue safe mounting of centered as applicable to now open tier one, dispose of the cut glass, as seen in scale of original prototype the circumference is from two inches but no more than four inches in diameter of each said tier, one and two, additionally ashtray is from three to four inches in diameter, varies by use or size to match approximate centering of tier one in each system, standard is clear in that each unit or each system must have its own approximately centered ashtray, hollowed through both ends tier one and kept as only hollow at one end tier two furthermore the tiers, one and two are spin back on top already removed jar one lid or as notated for system tier one lid but only the outside rim is spun back onto the top of tier two, additional note that tier one and tier two are actually connected by their outside adhered together rim lips only, the lid lips are mounted to each other via adhering the metal to metal centered with jar one lid now known as tier one outside rim lid only to the top of jar two or more specifically referring going forward to all jars as tiers appropriately so tier two's lid rim only is adhered metal to metal, top to top, and set aside literally to wait on bonding metal fluid to mold ensuring unit once set can even be held safely by the top of it's set or mounted ashtray, once system is constructed for cosmetic purposes only must adhere flat faux jewels no more than five per each side and no less than there per each side of not less than one half inch and not more than one inch all added for concealment of visible metal lid rim only bonding area fluid, from there will use accordingly as described, while each system certainly will include the two inner tongue lips seals for each tier as needed closures, for appropriate use the two enclosure seals that are used by removing or spinning tier one off of its spun closure to its lid rim only enclosure applicable also to tier two, note the lid rims are adhered so the system is accessible from both tier one spun open or tier two spun open yet found for optimal final trash disposal of up to help twenty smoked cigarette butts through spun open and removal of tier two to dump into trash or permanent disposal system of users preference, at that point non flammable fluid is refilled, of which is to be used only in tier two, only with lid lip off, only when not in use, only up to three fourths full which is clearly visible on each tier two as the top of each tier two's quilted glass area. Claims

1. The system is comprised of two small mason jars adhered appropriately, attaching one standard tray, one standard snuffer is adhered to top of tray, and both glass mason jar tiers attached appropriately, end result is my system or the two tiered fully functional and nonflammable fluid optional and appropriate for use with the system, Overall system helps neutralize standard cigarette butt odor and provides storage area of cigarette butts ashes, butts themselves, while also providing a fully functional ashtray area and helping eliminate the concerning cigarette butt aftermath. By safely adhering jail only after hollowing jar 1 by removing the bottom glass with a standard glass cutter, applicably using boiling water, and then freezing water to universal simplify separating the glass bottom of Jar 1 by first removing the metal spin lid and lid lip to hold for glass cutting as needed from the originally top of mason jar 1. So, jar 1 after spinning lid 1 off to set aside and removing lid-lip 1 to set aside, then jar 1 is flipped upside down, in turn the bottom of Jar 1 will become the top of jar 1 aka the top of tier 1 for the system, so the original bottom of glass jar 1 is now the new top or top of glass tier 1 because tier 1 must be hollow at each end. Simply apply basic glass cutting knowledge to safely utilize a standard glass cutter at ⅛ inch from closed end of jars to cut glass, thus transforming jar 1 into tier 1 once the bottom of mason jars is cut as needed, let cool and then file cut glass end to ensure glad cut end is perfectly flat so easily able to then adhere the bottom of one standard metal tray to the top of tier 1, take the standard metal tray and adhere correctly to the now top of the hollow jar aka tier 1, allow to set and after set then hold the bottom of tier 1 and replace the spin lid only (not the spin lid-lip) and place to the side, begin on mason jar two now named tier 2, remove spin lid only to open access to removing spin lid lip 2 of tier 2, then replace spin lid only to tier 2, then must center carefully and adhere tier 1 top metal spin lid to tier 2 spin lid thus creating the basic two tier forum once set notice in place is the already set tray, adhere standard snuffer through measurement to the top of metal trey and allow to set. Once set use drill to hollow standard tray through standard snuffer ensuring a standard cigarette butt will drop through the standard cigarette snuffer into tier one now hollow at both ends in turn into the set liquid that is allowable for use as described, the liquid is additionally key in helping neutralize standard cigarette butt odor and overall the system serves many purposes, end result is the first system of its kind.
