Abstract
The present invention, for the sake of a shoe sole having an improved effect of acupressure on the user's sole and enhanced durability and a shoe having the same, provides a shoe sole and a shoe having the same, the shoe sole comprising: a base; a protrusion positioned on the base; and a plurality of small protrusions positioned on the surface of the protrusion, wherein points at which the protrusion and the plurality of small protrusions meet have circular shapes with a diameter of a, and the distance b between the protrusion and the farthest points of the plurality of small protrusions from the protrusion is larger than a/2.
Description
- (a) Technical Field
- The present invention relates to a shoe sole and a shoe having the same, and in more detail, to the shoe sole and the shoe having the same, which raises an effect of acupressure on the user's sole and having an enhanced durability.
- (b) Background Art
- In general, the shoe has a shoe sole. This shoe sole can be specified into an insole abutting the foot of the user by being arranged in the shoe and an outsole abutting the ground or the like by being positioned at the outside of the shoe, and according to the shoe, the shoe can have a structure in which the insole and the outsole are integral.
- In this shoe, the insole abutting the foot of the user, the insole is being developed for the use for not only giving a simple feeling of cushion but also for giving the acupressure to the foot of the user.
- However, in case of the conventional shoe sole, there is a problem that when the shoe sole has the function of giving the acupressure to the foot of the user, the durability is not superior or the effect of acupressure is low.
- The present invention is to solve various problems including the above described problem, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a shoe sole and the shoe having the same which not only raise the effect of acupressure on the user's sole but also enforcing the durability. However, this problem is an exemplary one and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
- According to one aspect of the present invention, a shoe sole is provided which comprises: a base; a protrusion positioned on the base; and a plurality of small protrusions positioned on the surface of the protrusion and having end points being farthest points from the protrusion, wherein an edge of points at which the protrusion and the plurality of small protrusions meet is a closed curve having a length of the longest axis of a1, and a distance b between the protrusion and the farthest points of the plurality of small protrusions from the protrusion is larger than a1/2.
- When taking a line vertical to a surface of the protrusion at the end point of the plurality of small protrusions as the center axis, taking a point where the center axis meets the surface of the protrusion as a center point, taking as a minimum point a point on the closed curve a distance from which point to the center point is a minimum distance a2, and taking as α a distance, upon considering a vector starting from the minimum point and ending at the center point, from the center axis at a point half of the height of the plurality of small protrusions to the surface of the plurality of small protrusions in the vector direction, it can be made that b<2a2+2α.
- The plurality of small protrusions are a form of rotational body having a center axis, and when taking α as the distance from the surface of the plurality of small protrusions at the point half on the height of the plurality of small protrusions to the center axis of the plurality of small protrusions, it can be made that b<a1+2α.
- The plurality of small protrusions include a plurality of first small protrusions positioned at a distance of not 0 from the apex farthest from the base, and a distance from the base to a point farthest from the base of each of the plurality of first small protrusions can be made to be equal to or larger than a distance from the base to the apex.
- At this time, the distances from the base to points farthest from the base of the plurality of first small protrusions can be made to be equal.
- The plurality of first small protrusions can be positioned at equal distance from the apex.
- The plurality of small protrusions can be made not to be positioned at the apex of the protrusion.
- The shoe sole further comprises second small protrusions positioned at the apex of the protrusion, wherein a distance from the base to a point farthest from the base of the second small protrusions is equal to or smaller than the distance from the base to a point farthest from the base of the plurality of first small protrusions.
- In the meantime, the base, the protrusion and the plurality of small protrusions can be integral.
- An angle formed by the surface of the protrusion and a tangential plane tangential to the surface of the small protrusion at a point where the small protrusion and the protrusion meet can be an obtuse angle.
- The surface of the plurality of small protrusions and the surface of the protrusion can be connected without a sharp point.
- In the meantime, the shoe sole further comprises a plurality of protrusions, wherein a distance from the base to an apex of a protrusion corresponding to the center of an arch of the user's sole is longer than a distance from the base to an apex of a protrusion corresponding to a heel of the user.
- A shoe is provided which comprises a shoe sole as described above.
- According to one embodiment of the present invention consisted as described above, it can embody the shoe sole and the shoe having the same which not only raise the effect of acupressure on the user's sole but also enforcing the durability. Of course, the scope of the present invention is not limited by this effect.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below but can be embodied in mutually different various forms, and the below embodiments make the disclosure of the present invention complete and are provided to fully inform those skilled in the art of the scope of the present invention. In addition, the size of constitutional elements may be exaggerated or reduced in the drawings for the sake of convenience of description. For example, the size and thickness of constitutional elements shown in the drawings are arbitrarily shown for the sake of convenience of description, therefore the present invention is not necessarily limited to what have been shown.
- In the meantime, when various constitutional elements such as layer, film, area and plate are said to be positioned “on” different constitutional elements, it not only includes case of “directly on” different constitutional elements but also includes case where another constitutional elements are interposed between the constitutional elements.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a shoe sole 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention and a part of the shoe sole, andFIG. 2 is a sectional view schematically showing a part of theshoe sole 100 ofFIG. 1 . - The
shoe sole 100 according to the present invention comprises: abase 10; aprotrusion 20 positioned on thebase 10; and a plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 positioned on the surface of theprotrusion 20. Of course, theshoe sole 100 may have a constitution where a plurality ofprotrusions 20 are arranged on thebase 10 as shown inFIG. 1 , and at this time, a plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 may be positioned on each surface of the plurality ofprotrusions 20. InFIG. 2 , only one of plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 is shown for the sake of convenience of presentation. - By positioning only the plurality of
protrusions 20 in the shoe sole 100, effect of acupressure can be generated on the surface of user's sole. However, in case where the size (breadth at the bottom inFIG. 2 ) of theprotrusions 20 is large, there is a problem of low effect of acupressure, and when theprotrusions 20 are sharp to increase the effect of acupressure, that is, an aspect ratio of theprotrusions 20 is large, there is a problem that durability is weak such as theprotrusions 20 on which whole body weight is applied is easily broken. - However, in case of the shoe sole 100 according to the present embodiments, by providing the plurality of
protrusions 20 in the shoe sole 100, by arranging the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 on each of the plurality ofprotrusions 20, and by increasing the aspect ratio of thesmall protrusions 30 to an appropriate level, the effect of acupressure is raised, and skin of the user's sole abuts not only thesmall protrusions 30 but also theprotrusions 20, therefore the weight is distributed on theprotrusions 20 of small aspect ratio so that excessive weight is not applied to thesmall protrusions 30 which increase the effect of acupressure by increasing the aspect ratio, therefore thesmall protrusions 30 are not easily broken and even theprotrusions 20 of small aspect ratio are not broken so as to be able to dramatically raise the durability of theshoe sole 100. - Below, for the sake of convenience, one
protrusion 20 and the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 on theprotrusion 20 will be described. - The points at which the
small protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet may have circular shape with a diameter of al. And when the distance between the protrusion and the farthest point of the small protrusion from the protrusion is taken as b, that is, when the height of thesmall protrusion 30 is taken as b, then b can be made to be larger than a1/2. Here, since the size of thesmall protrusion 30 is relatively very small in comparison to that of theprotrusion 20, the portion which thesmall protrusion 30 takes on the surface of theprotrusion 20 can be approximately understood to be roughly plane on the view point of thesmall protrusion 30. - The acupressure is one which stimulates a meridian point by pressing the skin in a direction vertical to the skin, and to raise the effect of acupressure, it is necessary to make the force of pressing the skin in the direction vertical to the skin stronger than the force of pressing the skin in a direction not vertical to the skin. When the shoe sole shown in
FIG. 1 is used, skin of the user's sole wrap the surface of thesmall protrusion 30. In that condition, when b=a1/2, thesmall protrusion 30 has the same shape as a half circle, and accordingly the force applied by thesmall protrusion 30 to the skin of the user's sole abutting the surface of thesmall protrusion 30 is same in the direction vertical to the skin (under the condition before the skin abuts the small protrusion 30) and in the direction not vertical to the skin (under the condition before the skin abuts the small protrusion 30). Therefore, to raise the effect of acupressure by making the force of pressing the skin in the direction vertical to the skin (under the condition before the skin abuts the small protrusion 30) relatively strong than the force of pressing in the direction not vertical to the skin (under the condition before the skin abuts the small protrusion 30), it is preferable to make b lager than a1/2. - An edge of the point at which the
small protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet may be a circle with diameter of a1 as shown in (a) ofFIG. 3 , and the above description can be understood for a case having this shape. In the meantime, the edge of the point at which thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet may be an ellipse with a length of the longest axis of a1 as shown in (b) ofFIG. 3 . In this case, too, to raise the effect of acupressure by making the force of pressing the skin in the direction vertical to the skin (under the condition before the skin abuts the small protrusion 30) relatively strong than the force of pressing in the direction not vertical to the skin (under the condition before the skin abuts the small protrusion 30), it is preferable to make b lager than a1/2. It is because, for example, in case of b=a1/2, the section of thesmall protrusion 30 which passes the longest axis has the same shape as the half circle. Of course, the edge of the point at which thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet may be a polygon as shown in (c) ofFIG. 3 , and in this case, too, to raise the effect of acupressure, it is preferable to make b lager than a1/2. - In the meantime, as shown in
FIG. 4 which is a section schematically showing a portion of the shoe sole according to another embodiment of the present invention, the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 may be a form of rotational body having a center axis RA. At this time, when taking α as the distance from the surface P1 of thesmall protrusion 30 at the point half on the height b of thesmall protrusion 30 to the center axis RA of thesmall protrusion 30, it can be that b<a1+2α. - When the user wears the shoe sole and walks, the force F is applied to the
small protrusion 30 upon the walk of the user. Such force F, as shown inFIG. 4 , at a surface P1 of thesmall protrusion 30 at a point half of the height b of thesmall protrusion 30, forms an angle θ of approximately 45 degree about a plane at which thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet. At this time, if an end point P3 of the force F which starts at the surface P1 of thesmall protrusion 30 at a point half of the height b of thesmall protrusion 30 escapes the bottom surface of thesmall protrusion 30, that is, the surface at which thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet, then a damage such as the break of thesmall protrusion 30 is caused by the force acting on thesmall protrusion 30 when the user wears the shoe sole and walks. - When the end point P3 of the force F which starts at the surface P1 of the
small protrusion 30 at a point half of the height b of thesmall protrusion 30 starts to escape the surface at which thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet, the end point P3 becomes same with the point P3′. At such condition, since the angle θ is 45 degree, at this time a triangle having the point P1 and point P3′ as two apexes and having the point P2 where a line vertical to the surface of theprotrusion 20 at the point P1 meets the surface of theprotrusion 20 as the last apex becomes an isosceles right triangle, and at this time the distance connecting the point P1 and the point P2 and the distance connecting the point P2 and the point P3′ become equal. That is, at this time b/2=a1/2+α, that is, b=a1+2α. Therefore, by making the end point P3 of the force F not to escape the point P3′ by making b<a1+2α, a damage such as the break of thesmall protrusion 30 caused by the force acting on thesmall protrusion 30 when the user wears the shoe sole and walks can be minimized. - In the meantime, the
small protrusion 30, different fromFIG. 4 , can be other than a form of rotational body. For example, in thesmall protrusion 30, as shown inFIG. 5 which is a sectional view schematically showing a part of the shoe sole according to another embodiment of the present invention, when taking a line vertical to a surface of theprotrusion 20 at the end point of thesmall protrusion 30 as the center axis RA and taking a point where the center axis RA meets the surface of theprotrusion 20 as a center point CP, this center point CP can be positioned other than a center point of a closed curve which is an edge of a point where thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet. - In this case, when taking as a minimum point P3′ a point on the closed curve a distance from which point to the center point CP becomes a minimum distance, the closed curve being the edge of the point where the
small protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet, taking the minimum distance at this time as a2, and taking as α a distance, upon considering a vector starting from the minimum point P3′ and ending at the center point CP, from the center axis RA at a point half of the height of thesmall protrusion 30 to the surface of thesmall protrusion 30 in the vector direction, it can be that b<2a2+2α. - As described above referring to
FIG. 4 , when the user wears the shoe sole and walks, the force is applied to thesmall protrusion 30 upon the walk of the user. Such force, at a surface of thesmall protrusion 30 at a point half of the height b of thesmall protrusion 30, forms an angle θ of approximately 45 degree about a plane at which thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet. By making an end point of the force not to escape a surface at which thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet, a damage such as the break of thesmall protrusion 30 can be prevented or minimized. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , thesmall protrusion 30 can be other than a form of rotational body. In this case, a case of minimum possibility with which the end points P3, P4 of the force F1, F2, at a surface of thesmall protrusion 30 at a point half of the height b of thesmall protrusion 30, forming an angle θ of approximately 45 degree about a plane at which thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet, escape a plane at which thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet, is not the moment when the end point P4 of the force F2 reaches the point P4′ on the edge of the plane at which thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet on the side opposite to the minimum point P3′ about center point CP, but the moment when the end point P3 of the force F1 reaches the minimum point P3′. At this time, it becomes that b/2=a2+α, that is, b=2a2+2α. Therefore, by making b<2a2+2α, a damage such as the break of thesmall protrusion 30 by the force F1, F2 acting on thesmall protrusion 30 can be minimized when the user wears the shoe sole and walks. - In the meantime, the plurality of
small protrusions 30 can be arranged as shown inFIG. 6 which is a top view schematically showing a part of the shoe sole according to another embodiment of the present invention andFIG. 7 which is a sectional view taken along a line VII-VII ofFIG. 6 . That is, when taking a point farthest from the base 10 as the apex C, the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 include a plurality of firstsmall protrusions protrusion 20 and the surface of theprotrusion 20 meet. At this time, thesmall protrusions 30 can be made not to be positioned at the apex C. In addition, a distance h31 from the base 10 to a point farthest from thebase 10 of each of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions FIG. 7 , the distance h20 from the base 10 to the apex C of theprotrusion 20 is shown to be smaller than a distance h31 from the base 10 to a point farthest from thebase 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions - If the distance h20 from the base 10 to the apex C of the
protrusion 20 is further than a distance h31 from the base 10 to a point farthest from thebase 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions protrusion 20 abuts the user's sole surface before the plurality of firstsmall protrusions shoe sole 100. In addition, the weight of the user is applied more to theprotrusion 20 than to the plurality of firstsmall protrusions protrusion 20 is generated rather than the effect of acupressure due to the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30, so that eventually the effect of acupressure due to theshoe sole 100 is reduced. - However, in case of the shoe sole 100 according to the present invention, by making the distance h20 from the base 10 to the apex C of the
protrusion 20 to be equal to or smaller than the distance h31 from the base 10 to a point farthest from thebase 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions small protrusions small protrusions protrusion 20 having small aspect ratio or at least at the same time with theprotrusion 20, the effect of acupressure can be dramatically raised. - In the meantime, furthermore, the distances h31 from the base 10 to points farthest from the
base 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions - When the user uses the shoe sole 100 according to the present embodiment, the
small protrusions 30 abut the user's sole surface, and therefore, the weight of user is applied to thesmall protrusions 30. In particular, the first small protrusion of which the distances from the base 10 to points farthest from thebase 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions protrusion 20 first abuts the user's sole surface, and the weight of user is applied mostly on the first small protrusions. Therefore, the first small protrusions have the possibility of being damaged among the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 upon repeated use. - However, in case of the shoe sole according to the present embodiment, since the first
small protrusions base 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions small protrusions small protrusions small protrusions small protrusions small protrusions protrusion 20 to be approximately 120 degree, the weight of user can be effectively distributed. In case where the number of the first small protrusions is four, by making the angle (on the top view) formed by lines connecting the four small protrusions and the center axis CA passing the apex C of theprotrusion 20 to be approximately 90 degree, the effective distribution of weight is possible. Of course, in case of raising the ease in manufacture, reducing the manufacturing cost and raising the weight distribution effect by minimizing the number of the first small protrusions, the number of the first small protrusions is preferably three. - In
FIG. 6 , three firstsmall protrusions protrusion 20. Of course,small protrusions 32 in addition to the firstsmall protrusions protrusion 20. - In the meantime, as shown in
FIG. 8 which is a top view schematically showing a part of the shoe sole according to another embodiment of the present invention, three firstsmall protrusions protrusion 20 and can be nearest to the apex C of theprotrusion 20. Of course,small protrusions 32 in addition to the firstsmall protrusions protrusion 20, however, in this case, the distance from the apex C of theprotrusion 20 to thesmall protrusions 32 is further than the distance da, db, dc from the apex C of theprotrusion 20 to the firstsmall protrusions - When the distances h31 from the base 10 to points farthest from the
base 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions small protrusions protrusion 20, the size of the firstsmall protrusions small protrusions small protrusions - In the meantime, as shown in
FIGS. 6 to 8 , the small protrusions can be made not to exist at the apex C of theprotrusion 20. This is to secure the effect of acupressure of the user's sole surface due to the plurality of firstsmall protrusions FIG. 9 which is a sectional view schematically showing a part of the shoe sole according to another embodiment of the present invention, the shoe sole 100 can further have secondsmall protrusions 33 positioned at the apex C of theprotrusion 20. In this case, distance h33 from the base 10 to a point farthest from thebase 10 of the secondsmall protrusions 33 can be made to be equal to or smaller than the distance h31 from the base 10 to a point farthest from thebase 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions FIG. 9 , the distance h33 from the base 10 to a point farthest from thebase 10 of the secondsmall protrusions 33 is shown to be smaller than the distance h31 from the base 10 to a point farthest from thebase 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions - If the distance h33 from the base 10 to a point farthest from the
base 10 of the secondsmall protrusions 33 is further than the distance h31 from the base 10 to a point farthest from thebase 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions small protrusions 33 abut the user's sole surface before the plurality of firstsmall protrusions shoe sole 100. In addition, during the use, the weight of user is more applied on the secondsmall protrusions 33 than on the plurality of firstsmall protrusions small protrusions 33 can be easily damaged by the weight of user focused on one secondsmall protrusion 33. In addition, since the weight of user is focused on one secondsmall protrusion 33, there is caused a problem that user feels an excessive acupressure so to feel inconvenience in use. - However, in case of the shoe sole 100 according to the present embodiment, by making the distance h33 from the base 10 to a point farthest from the
base 10 of the secondsmall protrusions 33 to be equal to or smaller than the distance h31 from the base 10 to a point farthest from thebase 10 of the plurality of firstsmall protrusions small protrusions FIG. 10 is a sectional view schematically showing a part of the shoe sole according to another embodiment of the present invention.FIG. 10 shows theprotrusion 20 and only onesmall protrusion 30 for the sake of convenience. As shown inFIG. 10 , an angle θ′ formed by theprotrusion 20 and a tangential plane tangential to the surface of thesmall protrusion 30 at a point where thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet can be made to be an obtuse angle. - As can be seen by referring to
FIG. 1 , the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 are closely arranged at thebase 10, and therefore foreign materials can be interposed between the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 in the process of use. However, by making the angle θ′ formed by theprotrusion 20 and a tangential plane tangential to the surface of thesmall protrusion 30 at a point where thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet to be an obtuse angle, although the foreign materials are interposed between the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30, they can be easily escape. If the angle θ′ formed by theprotrusion 20 and a tangential plane tangential to the surface of thesmall protrusion 30 at a point where thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20 meet becomes a right angle or an acute angle, the volume between thesmall protrusion 30 and thesmall protrusion 30 is reduced so that the foreign materials positioned at that space cannot be easily removed so as to give an adverse effect on the sanitation of user. p Furthermore, as shown inFIG. 11 which is a sectional view schematically showing a part of the shoe sole according to another embodiment of the present invention, the surface of each of the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 and the surface of theprotrusion 20 can be made to be connected without a sharp point as shown by B inFIG. 11 . Through this, the foreign materials are effectively prevented from being interposed at a point of folding between thesmall protrusion 30 and theprotrusion 20. -
FIG. 12 is a conception drawing schematically showing the shoe sole according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown inFIG. 12 , the plurality ofprotrusions 20 of the shoe sole according to the present embodiments have different sizes. That is, a distance from the base 10 to an apex of a protrusion corresponding to the center of an arch of the user's sole of the foot F among the plurality ofprotrusions 20 is longer than a distance from the base 10 to an apex of a protrusion corresponding to a heel of the user's foot F among the plurality ofprotrusions 20. Of course, the distances from the base 10 to apexes of the plurality ofprotrusions 20 may be adjusted in various ways to correspond to the curve of the user's sole of the foot F of user at other points, too. - Typically, the user's sole surface of human is not flat but curved. Therefore, if the distances from the base 10 to apexes of the
protrusions 20 are constant, the user's sole surface does not uniformly experience the acupressure by thesmall protrusions 30, but the concentrated effect of acupressure is generated on the protruded portions of the foot such as the heel. In this case, there can be caused problems that the total effect of acupressure on the user's sole surface cannot be anticipated, certain user can even feel pain due to the concentrated effect of acupressure, and theprotrusion 20 and/or thesmall protrusions 30 at the portions corresponding to the heel of shoe sole is damaged before theprotrusion 20 and/or thesmall protrusions 30 at other portions. - However, in case of the shoe sole according to the present embodiment, by adjusting the distances from the base 10 to apexes of the plurality of
protrusions 20 in various ways to correspond to the curve of the user's sole of the foot F of user, the total effect of acupressure of the user's sole surface can be raised and the durability of the shoe sole can be dramatically raised. - Of course, different from the above, an
auxiliary support 40 can be used as shown inFIG. 13 which is a conception drawing which schematically shows the shoe sole according to another embodiment of the present invention. That is, the shoe sole can further have theauxiliary support 40 positioned on thebase 10, and the plurality ofprotrusions 20 can be positioned on theauxiliary support 40. At this time, a distance from the base 10 to a point farthest from the base 10 at a portion corresponding to the center of the arch of the user's sole of the foot F of theauxiliary support 40 can be made to be longer than a distance from the base 10 to a point farthest from the base 10 at a portion corresponding to a heel of the user's foot F of theauxiliary support 40. That is, the upper surface of theauxiliary support 40 can be made to correspond to the curve of the user's sole surface of the foot F of user. And, in the plurality ofprotrusions 20, all of the distances from theauxiliary support 40 to points farthest from theauxiliary support 40 can be made to be constant. Through this, the total effect of acupressure of the user's sole surface can be raised and the durability of the shoe sole can be dramatically raised. - In the embodiment described up to now, the
base 10, the plurality ofprotrusions 20 and the plurality ofsmall protrusions 30 can be made to be integral. Of course, even theauxiliary support 40 can be formed to be integral. For example, these can be formed through the injection molding method. - And up to now it has been described about the shoe sole, however, this can be an insole of the shoe or the shoe integrated with the shoe. For example, in case of a slipper, it can have a structure in which a portion abutting the ground or the like, a portion which wraps the instep of the user, and the shoe sole as described above are all integrated, and this is included in the scope of the present invention. In addition, it can be said that the shoe including the shoe sole of the structure as described above regardless of the integration or not belongs to the scope of the present invention
- Although the invention has been described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings, this is only exemplary, but those skilled in the art will understand that various changes and equivalent other embodiments are possible. Therefore, the true technical protection scope of the present invention should be defined by the technical thoughts of the appended claims.
- (Availability of the Present Invention)
- The present invention can be used in embodying a shoe sole and the shoe having the same which not only raise the effect of acupressure on the user's sole but also enforcing the durability.
Claims (13)
1. A shoe sole comprising:
a base;
a protrusion positioned on the base; and
a plurality of small protrusions positioned on the surface of the protrusion and having end points being farthest points from the protrusion,
wherein an edge of points at which the protrusion and the plurality of small protrusions meet is a closed curve having a length of the longest axis of al, and a distance b between the protrusion and the farthest points of the plurality of small protrusions from the protrusion is larger than a1/2.
2. The shoe sole of claim 1 , wherein, when taking a line vertical to a surface of the protrusion at the end point of the plurality of small protrusions as the center axis, taking a point where the center axis meets the surface of the protrusion as a center point, taking as a minimum point a point on the closed curve a distance from which point to the center point is a minimum distance a2, and taking as α a distance, upon considering a vector starting from the minimum point and ending at the center point, from the center axis at a point half of the height of the plurality of small protrusions to the surface of the plurality of small protrusions in the vector direction, it is that b<2a2+2α.
3. The shoe sole of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of small protrusions are a form of rotational body having a center axis, and when taking α as the distance from the surface of the plurality of small protrusions at the point half on the height of the plurality of small protrusions to the center axis of the plurality of small protrusions, it is that b<a1+2α.
4. The shoe sole of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of small protrusions include a plurality of first small protrusions positioned at a distance of not 0 from the apex farthest from the base, and a distance from the base to a point farthest from the base of each of the plurality of first small protrusions is equal to or larger than a distance from the base to the apex.
5. The shoe sole of claim 4 , wherein the distances from the base to points farthest from the base of the plurality of first small protrusions are equal.
6. The shoe sole of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of first small protrusions are positioned at equal distance from the apex.
7. The shoe sole of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of small protrusions are not positioned at the apex of the protrusion.
8. The shoe sole of claim 4 further comprising second small protrusions positioned at the apex of the protrusion, wherein a distance from the base to a point farthest from the base of the second small protrusions is equal to or smaller than the distance from the base to a point farthest from the base of the plurality of first small protrusions.
9. The shoe sole of claim 1 , wherein the base, the protrusion and the plurality of small protrusions are integral.
10. The shoe sole of claim 1 , wherein an angle formed by the surface of the protrusion and a tangential plane tangential to the surface of the small protrusion at a point where the small protrusion and the protrusion meet is an obtuse angle.
11. The shoe sole of claim 1 , wherein the surface of the plurality of small protrusions and the surface of the protrusion are connected without a sharp point.
12. The shoe sole of claim 1 further comprising a plurality of protrusions, wherein a distance from the base to an apex of a protrusion corresponding to the center of an arch of the user's sole is longer than a distance from the base to an apex of a protrusion corresponding to a heel of the user.
13. A shoe comprising a shoe sole of claim 1 .
