FIG. 3 , putting thepre-formed shoe nails 20 in afirst mold 30. Thefirst mold 30 has ashaping chamber 31. Theshaping chamber 31 has an opening 311. Theshaping chamber 31 has therein a plurality of positioningportions 312. Eachpositioning portion 312 is a concave structure formed by denting theshaping chamber 31. The concave outline of eachpositioning portion 312 matches thehead 21 of a corresponding one of theshoe nails 20. Theshoe nails 20 are received at the positioningportions 312 of theshaping chamber 31, respectively. Theheads 21 of theshoe nails 20 abut against the positioningportions 312 of theshaping chamber 31, respectively. After theshoe nails 20 have been received in theshaping chamber 31, a shaping space S1 is defined by and between theshoe nails 20 and the opening 311 of theshaping chamber 31. - Die closing step (III): referring to
FIG. 3 , closing asecond mold 40 and thefirst mold 30. Thesecond mold 40 has a corresponding formingportion 41. The corresponding formingportion 41 protrudes to form a plurality of expandingpins 42. The expandingpins 42 each have an expandingsegment 421 and a guidingsegment 422 connected to the expandingsegment 421. The expandingsegment 421 has an expanding segment outer diameter D2. The expanding segment outer diameter D2 is larger than the slot inner diameter D1. The guidingsegment 422 is a conic structure which tapers away from the expandingsegment 421. A guidingend 423 is disposed at an end of the guidingsegment 422 and extends away from the expandingsegment 421. The guidingend 423 has a guiding end outer diameter D3. The guiding end outer diameter D3 equals the slot inner diameter D1. Afeeding passage 43 is formed to penetrate the corresponding formingportion 41 of thesecond mold 40. The corresponding formingportion 41 of thesecond mold 40 faces the shapingchamber 31, so as to close thesecond mold 40 and thefirst mold 30, seal theopening 311, and enable communication between the feedingpassage 43 and the shaping space S1. As soon as the corresponding formingportion 41 seals theopening 311 exactly, not only are the guiding ends 423 of the expandingpins 42 inserted into theslots 221 of the shoe nails 20, respectively, but the guiding ends 423 of the expandingpins 42 also guide the guidingsegments 422 into theslots 221 to abut against theslots 221 and thus allow theslots 221 to expand, respectively, wherein a feeding space S2 is defined by and between the guidingend 423 and theslot bottom 222 of theslot 221. - Sole material injecting step (IV): referring to
FIG. 4 , heating and melting a sole material M to a liquid state, followed by injecting the molten sole material M into the space between thefirst mold 30 and thesecond mold 40 via thefeeding passage 43, wherein the sole material M is different from the material of which the shoe nails 20 are made.
