A clothing includes a main portion, two sleeves, and two packets. The pockets are provided on the main portion substantially is right under the sleeves. Each pocket has an opening, and a perimeter of the opening is greater than that of a distal end of the sleeve. As a result, a wearer would be easy to put his/her hands into the pockets, and the pockets still are seen to be narrower than the distal ends of the sleeves in the front view.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Technical Field
  • The present invention relates generally to a garment, and more particularly to a clothing having a pocket.
  • 2. Description of Related Art
  • Typically, a conventional clothing includes a main portion and two sleeves connected to left and right of the main portion. Each sleeve has a proximal end connected to the main portion and a distal end opposite to the proximal end. The main portion usually is provided with one or more pockets to keep goods therein. In the design of clothing, the clothing is asked to have a width of the pocket shorter than half of a perimeter of the distal end. Such clothing would have a good looking in visual effect.
  • The size of the sleeve usually is slightly larger than wearer's hand, so that the hand may pass through the cuff when he/she wears the clothing. However, a modern clothing usually has thin sleeves. If such clothing still keep the scale limitation of the pocket and sleeve, the wearer may not put the whole hand into the pocket, and such pocket will loss its original function.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In view of the above, the primary objective of the present invention is to provide a clothing, which is provided with a pocket, and the wearer may put his/her hand into the pocket easily, and the sleeve and pocket still keep the scale limitation.
  • In order to achieve the objective of the present invention, a clothing includes a main portion having a right side and a left side; two sleeves connected to the right side and the left side of the main portion respectively, wherein each of the sleeves has a proximal end connected to the main portion and a distal end opposite to the proximal end; and at least a pocket connected to the main portion and having an opening, wherein the pocket substantially is right under the proximal end of the sleeve, and the opening of the pocket faces the proximal end of the sleeve, and a width of the opening of the pocket is greater than that of the distal end of the sleeve.
  • The present invention further provides a clothing including a main portion having a right side and a left side; two sleeves connected to the right side and the left side of the main portion respectively, wherein each of the sleeves has a proximal end connected to the main portion and a distal end opposite to the proximal end; and at least a pocket connected to the main portion and having an opening, wherein the pocket substantially is right under the proximal end of the sleeve, and the opening of the pocket faces the proximal end of the sleeve, and a perimeter of the opening of the pocket is greater than that of the distal end of the sleeve.
  • Whereby, a wearer would be easy to put his/her hands into the pockets, and the pockets still are seen to be narrower than the distal ends of the sleeves in the front view.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The present invention will be best understood by referring to the following detailed description of some illustrative embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which
  • FIG. 1 is a front view of a first preferred embodiment of the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is a sketch diagram of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, showing a part of the clothing;
  • FIG. 3 is a sketch diagram of a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, showing a part of the clothing; and
  • FIG. 4 is a sketch diagram of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, showing hand in the pocket.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a clothing 1 of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a main portion 10, two sleeves 20, and two pockets 30.
  • The main portion 10 covers a trunk of a wearer, and has a left section 10 a and a right section 10 b corresponding to left and right sides of the trunk. The main portion 10 includes a front fabric 12, a rear fabric 14, and two side fabrics 16, wherein the side fabrics 16 are sewed to opposite ends of the front fabric 12 and the rear fabric 14 respectively. The side fabrics 16 each has a permeability higher than that of the front fabric 12 and the rear fabric 14. In the present embodiment, the side fabrics 16 are provided with meshes for high permeability. In an embodiment, the side fabrics 16 each has a woven density lower than that of the front fabric 12 and the rear fabric 14 to provide the side fabrics 16 with higher permeability.
  • Each sleeve 20 has a distal end 202 and a proximal end 204. The proximal ends of the sleeves 20 are sewed to the left and right sides 10 a, 10 b of the main portion 10. Precisely, the proximal ends 204 of the sleeves 20 are sewed to the front fabric 12, the rear fabric 14, and the side fabrics 16 respectively.
  • The pockets 30 are connected to the left and right sides 10 a, 10 b of the main portion 10, and substantially are right under the proximal ends 204 of the sleeves 20 respectively. In the present embodiment, each pocket 30 is made by a pocket fabric sewed to the main portion 10 at three sides, and a top side unsewed to form an opening 304 for access of the pocket 30. The left and right sides of the pocket fabric are sewed to the rear and front fabrics 14, 12, and the bottom side is sewed to the side fabric 16. The openings 304 of the pockets 30 face the proximal ends 204 of the sleeves 20 respectively, and widths W1 of the openings 304 are greater than a width (half of a perimeter) W2 of the distal ends 202 of the sleeves 20 (FIG. 2). In other words, a perimeter of each opening 304 is longer than that of the distal ends 202 of the sleeves 20.
  • As a result, the openings 304 of the pockets 30 surely are larger than hands of a wearer, and the wearer is easy to put his/her hands into the pockets 30. Although the exact scale of the pocket 30 is larger than the sleeve 20, but the pockets 30 only could be seen half of them in the front view, so the sizes of the pockets 30 still are smaller than the sleeve 20 in the visual effect.
  • The side fabrics 16 extend from armpits to hip that are helpful to perimeability. Furthermore, it is obvious that an inner side of each pocket 30 is the side fabric 16. With the high permeability of the side fabric 16 the permeability of the pockets 30 is higher than the conventional pocket to keep the goods in the pockets 30 in good condition.
  • FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show a clothing 2 of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is similar to the first preferred embodiment, except that a main portion 40 is made by a front fabric 42 and a rear fabric 44 only, and each pocket 50 on the main portion 40 has a tilted opening 52. Precisely, the opening 52 slopes towards a rear side 40 b of the main portion 40 from a front side 40 a. Therefore, a wearer may easily put his/her hands into the pockets 30, as shown in FIG. 4.
  • The above embodiments show the clothing having two pockets, however, the clothing may have one pocket only, or have three or more pockets. The sleeves shown in the drawings are short sleeves. In practices, any length of the sleeve could be incorporated in the present invention. Furthermore, any kind of clothing, such as T-shirt, shirt, jacket, and suit could be incorporated in the present invention as well.
  • It must be pointed out that the embodiments described above are only some preferred embodiments of the present invention. All equivalent methods which employ the concepts disclosed in this specification and the appended claims should fall within the scope of the present invention.
