Abstract

The present invention is provided an interesting container cap with toy decoration that not only can prevent the beverage from out of the cup, but also can catch anyone's eyes with effects of entertainment and decoration, the technical scheme of the present invention is a container cap with toy decoration comprises a cap matched with a container; a concave part positioned at a circle center of the cap; a seat corresponding to the concave part; and a toy disposed on a surface of the seat and connected therewith; the seat is provided with a plurality of convex blocks arranged on outside while the concave part is provided with a vertical slot and a horizontal slot, which are arranged in the wall of concave part corresponding to the convex blocks and connected with each other; the seat is fixed in the concave part by inserting and moving the convex blocks from the vertical slot into the horizontal slot and vice versa.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The utility model relates to a container cap, especially to a container cap with toy decoration.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, the coffee shops or other stores always use paper cups or plastic cups with a cap to hold the beverage, the caps usually have a hole that anyone can insert into the hole with a sucker, so as to drink the beverage.
However, the only one function for these caps is to prevent the liquid from out of the cup, the caps have no effect of entertainment and decoration, so these products cannot catch the people's eyes.
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the utility model is to overcome defects of the prior art and develop a special container cap that not only can prevent the liquid from out of the cup, but also can catch is anyone's eyes with effects of entertainment and decoration.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

The present invention is provided an interesting container enough to attract anyone's attention, and prevented the beverage from out of the container and dust.
In order to solve the above problems, the technical scheme of the present invention is a container cap with toy decoration comprises
a cap (1) matched with a container (10);
a concave part (2) positioned at a circle center of the cap (1);
a seat (3) corresponding to the concave part (2); and
a toy (4) disposed on a surface of the seat (3) and connected therewith;
the seat (3) is provided with a plurality of convex blocks (31) arranged on outside while the concave part (2) is provided with a vertical slot (21) and a horizontal slot (22), which are arranged in the wall of concave part (2) corresponding to the convex blocks (31) and connected with each other; the seat (3) is fixed in the concave part (2) by inserting and moving the convex blocks (31) from the vertical slot (21) into the horizontal slot (22) and vice versa.
More preferably, wherein the cap (1) whereof surface is further provided with a hole (11) used for communicated with inside of the container (10).
More preferably, wherein the seat (3) whereof top is provided with an aperture (32) while the toy (4) corresponding to the aperture (32) is further provided with a pin (41) used for fixing the toy (4) at the top surface of the seat (3).
More preferably, wherein the seat (3) around the periphery of the top is provided with a ring (33) while the concave part (2) corresponding to the ring (33) is further provided with a ring recess (23) for the top surface being uniformly flat while the seat (3) combined with the cap (1).
According to above technical scheme, the advantages of the present invention are

- 1. The concave part positioned at a circle center of the cap is provided with a seat which have a toy arranged thereon, so that the container provides an interesting product enough to catch people's eyes, which in turn is linked to increased willingness to buy.
- 2. When the convex block inserts into the horizontal slot, the seat can be fixed at concave part for avoiding the loosening, and vice versa. Therefore, the seat and the toy can be an individual toy for consumers.
- 3. The toy can be remove from the seat, the producer can replace the toy easily according to the current popular subject, so as to increase the applicability and the value.

1. A container cap with toy decoration comprises

a cap (1) matched with a container (10);

a concave part (2) positioned at a circle center of the cap (1);

a seat (3) corresponding to the concave part); and

a toy (4) disposed on a surface of the seat (3) a Id connected therewith;

the seat (3) is provided with a plurality of convex blocks (31) arranged on outside while the concave part (2) is provided with a vertical slot (21) and a horizontal slot (22), which are arranged in a wall of concave part (2) corresponding to the convex blocks (31) and connected with each other; the seat (3) is fixed in the concave part (2) by inserting and moving the convex blocks (31) from the vertical slot (21) into the horizontal slot (22) and vice versa;

wherein the seat (3) around the periphery of a top is provided with a ring (33) while he concave part (2) corresponding to the ring (33) is further provided with a ring recess (23) for a top surface being uniformly flat while the seat (3) combined with the cap (1).

2. A container cap with toy decoration according to claim 1, wherein the cap (1) is further provided with a hole (11) arranged in its surface and configured to communicate with inside of the container (10).

3. A container cap with toy decoration according to claim 1, wherein the seat (3) is provided with an aperture (32) arranged on it top surface while the toy (4) corresponding to the aperture (32) is further provided with a pin (41) used for fixing the toy (4) at a top surface of the seat (3).
