Description
- This application is a continuation application, claiming the benefit under §365(c), of an international application serial number PCT/KR2014/003221, filed on Apr. 15, 2014, which claimed the benefit of a Korean patent application filed on May 22, 2013 in the Korean Intellectual Property Office and assigned Serial number 10-2013-0057943, the entire disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference.
- The present invention relates to a long wallet capable of keeping paper money without folding the paper money, and more particularly, to a long wallet which is capable of keeping various types and sizes of smart phones and exposing a camera of a smart phone without forming a through-hole thereon such that the easiness in use and convenience in carrying are improved.
- Currently, a wallet for carrying a credit card as well as paper money or an identification card is classified into a half or middle wallet for keeping paper money while the paper money is folded and a long wallet for keeping paper money while the paper money is unfolded. Although the middle wallet is easy to be carried, the middle wallet is folded for carrying so that the appearance is not neat.
- Thus, when a long wallet is used to solve the defect of the middle wallet, although the long wallet may neatly keep paper money or a credit card, the long wallet is too easily unfolded.
- Therefore, in recent years, a long wallet has been provided with hook means for preventing the long wallet from being open (Korean utility model unexamined publication No. 2010-0011329).
- Since the hook means is more effective in thickly keeping paper money or various receipts in the long wallet, such long wallets have been used specifically by housewives or women.
- Meanwhile, when going out, most of people carry long wallets together with smart phones, which are recently enlarged, mounted on separated cases. Thus, it is inconvenient to simultaneously carry a long wallet as well as a smart phone embedded in a case (Korean utility model registration No. 20-0263614).
- In recent years, a portable phone case is provided with means capable of keeping paper money or credit cards to provide a wallet function such that the portability of the portable phone case is improved, but the case cannot sufficiently exhibit the typical functions of a wallet. In addition, since various kinds of cases must be provided according to various types or sizes of smart phones, it is not greatly economical in productivity. Further, since a through-hole for using a camera is formed in the case, the concept of a portable phone case rather than a wallet is predominate so that most people do not use the case as a wallet (Korean utility model registration No. 20-0464767).
- That is, since the through-hole is formed in the wallet-type case according to a position of a camera or speaker of a smart phone, the concept of a case rather than a wallet is predominate so that paper money is conventionally kept in a separated wallet.
- In addition, since the through-hole for the camera and speaker of a smart phone and an additional receiving part for fixing the smart phone are formed in cases due to various types and sizes of smart phones, it is difficult to produce various types of cases.
- Therefore, according to a long wallet of the present invention, an adhesive surface having a predetermined area is provided to an opposite side surface to one inner side surface of the long wallet in order to allow a rear surface of a smart phone to adhere to the adhesive surface, so that the long wallet can be portable while being folded up. In addition, the smart phone may be used after the long wallet is unfolded and the screen locking is released. Since the adhesive surface to which the smart phone is attached is able to slide up or down, when the smart phone is allowed to move up to use the camera of the smart phone, the camera can be exposed. Thus, it is possible to solve the problems without forming any through-holes.
- To this end, according to the present invention, a receiving part for keeping paper money or a card is provided to one side surface of a foldable long wallet and an adhesive surface having a predetermined area is provided to an opposite side surface of the long wallet. In addition, a slide plate which can move up or down is attached to the adhesive surface, so that the slide plate can move up or down in a slide space.
- In addition, the slide plate has longitudinal and traversal widths larger than those of the adhesive surface exposed to the opposite side surface of the wallet, so that the slide plate is prevented from escaping from a base sheet while the slide plate moves up or down. An opening part is formed in consideration of a movable width of adhesive surface when the adhesive surface moves up or down.
- In addition, the slide space is formed to allow the slide plate to be guided by a sewing line, so that the slide plate exactly move up or down.
- In addition, auxiliary elevating units are formed on both sides of the slide plate to minimize the friction with the sewing line for guiding the slide plate, so that the slide plate is allowed to easily move up or down.
- In addition, a rim, which serves as a sliding rail, is formed to the base sheet located on the opposite side surface of the wallet in order to allow the slide plate to smoothly move up or down, so that the slide plate slides smoothly and exactly along the rim of the base sheet.
- Therefore, the wallet is portable without being separated from the smart phone, so that the function of a smart phone case is maintained while the function of a wallet is excellently performed. In this state, if the smart phone attached to the adhesive surface is pushed to move up in order to use the camera of the smart phone, the smart phone slides up to expose the camera so that the camera can be used without being damaged.
- In addition, due to the property of the long wallet keeping paper money unfolded, the size of the long wallet is greater than that of the smart phone, so that the long wallet having such a large size surrounds the portable phone kept in the long wallet. Thus, even when the wallet falls down, impact is not directly transferred to the smart phone, so that the smart phone is prevented from being damaged.
- In addition, since a portion on which the adhesive surface is formed on the slide plate which is attached closely to the base sheet giving strength to the wallet, the wallet has strength due to the base sheet and the slide plate so that the wallet is prevented from being bent. Thus, the slide plate is exactly operated to move up or down without bending the adhesive surface attached to the slide plate, so that the smart phone is prevented from being unintentionally separated from the wallet.

The long wallet includes one side surface (10) and an opposite side surface (20),
- wherein the one side surface (10) comprises a paper money receiving part (11) for receiving paper money, card receiving parts (12 a, 12 b and 12 c) multi-layered on the paper money receiving part (11) to secure spaces for receiving cards, and an identification card receiving part (13) formed on the multi-layered card receiving parts (12 a, 12 b and 12 c),
- the opposite side surface (20) is spaced apart from the one side surface (10) by a constant width of a folding surface (30) in consideration with a thickness of a smart phone (200) and is formed of a flat plate,
- an adhesive surface (21) is formed on a central portion of the opposite side surface (20) formed of the plate and has a predetermined area,
- the adhesive surface (21) adheres to a slide plate (22) which moves up or down in a slide space (23) and has an opening part (24) for allowing the adhesive surface (21) to move up or down, and
- a release paper (25) to be released in use is attached to a top surface of the adhesive surface (21).
- Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 6 , along wallet 100 according to the present invention includes oneside surface 10 and anopposite side surface 20. In addition, the oneside surface 10 is formed with a papermoney receiving part 11 for receiving paper money as necessary, card receiving parts money receiving part 11 to secure spaces for receiving cards, and an identificationcard receiving part 13 formed on a top surface of the multi-layered card receiving parts (12 a and 12 b) as necessary. The identificationcard receiving part 13 is provided with anopening part 13 a formed by cutting a central portion of the identificationcard receiving part 13 such that an identification card is easily taken out therefrom. Theopposite side surface 20 is spaced apart from the oneside surface 10 by a constant width of afolding surface 30 in consideration with a thickness of asmart phone 200 and is formed of a plate. Anadhesive surface 21 is formed on a central portion of theopposite side surface 20 formed of the plate at a predetermined area. In addition, theadhesive surface 21 adheres to aslide plate 22 which moves up or down in aslide space 23 and has anopening part 24 for allowing theadhesive surface 21 to move up or down. - In addition, a release paper 25 to be released in use is attached onto a top surface of the
adhesive surface 21. - In addition, the
adhesive surface 21, which is attached to theslide plate 22 of theopposite side surface 20 is formed at such a position that the camera of the smart phone attached to theadhesive surface 21 can be exposed, as shown inFIG. 3 , when theadhesive surface 21 is located at the uppermost position in state that theopening part 24 is open. - In addition, the
slide space 23, in which theslide plate 22 slides, is formed by asewing line 26 and arim sewing line 26 a, and abase sheet 27 formed in theslide space 23 is fixed by thesewing lines slide plate 22, to which thebase sheet 27 is fixed, to easily slide. - The
slide plate 22 has an area to be tightly close to thesewing lines slide space 23 such that theslide plate 22 is prevented from being inclined when theslide plate 22 moves up or down. In this case, according to the present invention, theslide plate 22 is formed of a plastic plate material having a predetermined strength to increase friction with thebase sheet 27 flexible and formed of paper. However, theslide plate 22 may be formed of various kinds of materials having the properties. - In addition, when the
slide plate 22 slides while tightly closing to thesewing lines sewing lines slide plate 22, so that the width is narrowed to increase the friction, whereby the slide plate (22) does not easily move up or down. For this reason, auxiliary elevatingunits 28 are formed on both sides of theslide plate 22. - According to the present invention, the auxiliary elevating
units 28 are formed to both sides of theslide plate 22 in arail band 28 a, so that the friction is minimized to allow theslide plate 22 to easily move up or down. - In addition, there may be used various schemes well known in the art in order to improve easy of elevation, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
- In addition, according to the present invention, after the

FIGS. 9 and 10 , after asupport 22 c is formed between theslide plates 22, theadhesive surface 21 is formed to expose anupper slide plate 22 a of theslide plates 22, and acutting line 29 is formed only on theopposite side surface 20 after alow slide plate 22 b is inserted into theslide space 23, so that thesupport 22 c moves up or down along the cuttingline 29, thereby allowing theadhesive surface 21 to move up or down. - In this case, cover surfaces 20 a and 20 b, which are formed of leather at both sides about the cutting
line 29, are firmly supported by therim sewing line 26 a formed to the upper and lower sides of the long wallet in a strip shape, so that thelow slide plate 22 b may not be released in theslide space 23, thereby preventing thelower slide plate 22 b from being delaminated. - In this case, as shown in
FIGS. 11 and 12 , the slide space (23) is formed by arim part 27 a which is cut toward an inner side surface of thebase sheet 27 combined and sewed in the cover surfaces 20 a and 20 b at which thesmart phone 200 is located. Theslide plate 22 is placed in theslide space 23 inside therim part 27 a. Theadhesive surface 21 is only exposed to theslide plate 22 through the openingpart 24 formed on the front cover surface 20 a, so that thesmart phone 200 can adhere to theadhesive surface 21. In addition. theslide plate 22 is guided in theslide space 23 defined by the cut rimpart 27 a of thebase sheet 27 so that theslide plate 22 can easily and slidably move up or down. - That is, the
slide space 23 is formed in therim part 27 a formed inside thebase sheet 27 in a rectangular shape. Thus, theslide plate 22 is exactly guided by therim part 27 a in stat that theslide plate 22 is inserted into theslide space 23 of therim part 27 a. In this case, when theslide plate 22 moves up or down, the friction of theslide plate 22 is minimized so that the sliding operation can be easily performed. - In addition, the base sheet is interposed between the
cover papers cover papers cover papers part 27 a, so that thebase sheet 27 does not move and theslide plate 22 located in theslide space 23 formed by cutting thebase sheet 27 does not escape by thesewing line 26 a. - In addition, in state that the smart phone is attached to the
adhesive surface 21, the openingpart 24 is prevented from being exposed. Further, since theslide plate 22 is closely attached in theslide space 23 and the cover surfaces 20 a and 20 are wide, the smart phone is prevented from being swung while theslide plate 22 is raised.
