The bag cloth, the bottom ring, the top ring, the annular member and the bracing rods can be flattened and packaged to save space, and assembled when in use, thus can save storing and transportation costs, and fabrication and assembly can be done easily at a lower cost to meet lower cost requirement.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a golf bag and particularly to a golf bag assembly structure.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Golf is a sport requires skills. It does not demand great physical strength, but mainly require players to walk on the grassland of varying terrains and swing golf clubs. It is now one of major sports worldwide, and suitable for people in a wide range of age, from youths to middle age and old age.
  • Most golfers generally prepare many different types of golf clubs to meet varying striking requirements, hence also need a golf bag 1, referring to FIG. 1, to carry those golf clubs. A conventional golf bag 1 includes a main structure formed via a PE sheet 2 in a barrel shape with an outer cloth 3 stitched on the exterior, and a top divider 4 (organizer top) at the upper side. The top divider 4 has a plurality of insertion slots 5 for multiple golf clubs to be inserted.
  • However, the main structure of the barrel shaped PE sheet 2 of the conventional golf bag 1 is bulky, and inconvenient in storing and costly in transportation. Stitching the outer cloth 3 over the barrel shaped PE sheet 2 has to be done manually through a specialized sewing machine, which also increases labor cost. All this makes the production cost higher. Hence the conventional golf bag 1 usually is quite expensive. This has adverse effect on sales and also increases the entry cost of people who want to enjoy the golf sport.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Therefore the primary object of the present invention is to provide a golf bag assembly structure that can be flattened and packaged, and assembled prior to use, hence can save storing and transportation costs, and also reduce production and assembly costs to meet lower cost requirement.
  • The golf bag assembly structure of the invention includes a plurality of bracing rods, a bottom ring, a top ring, at least one annular member and a bag cloth. The bottom ring has a plurality of bottom anchor blades located thereon annularly corresponding to the bracing rods. The top ring has a plurality of top anchor blades located thereon annularly corresponding to the bracing rods. The bracing rods have respectively two ends anchored on the bottom anchor plates and the top anchor plates to form a housing space. The annular member is fastened to the bracing rods between the bottom ring and the top ring. The housing space is shrouded by the bag cloth to form a golf bag.
  • Thus, the bracing rods, the bottom ring, the top ring, the annular member and the bag cloth can be unfolded and spread flatly for packaging, thereby significantly shrink the size, not only the storing and transportation costs can be reduced, it also can be easily assembled when in use, hence can meet the lower cost requirement.
  • The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a conventional golf bag.
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the main structure of the invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the invention with the bag cloth installed.
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the invention for installing the top divider.
  • FIG. 5 is a schematic view of another embodiment of the invention.
  • FIGS. 6A through 6C are schematic views of another embodiment of the invention showing movements of pulling the top ring to extend the bracing rods.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Please referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the present invention aims to provide a golf bag assembly structure which includes a plurality of bracing rods 10, a bottom ring 20, a top ring 30, at least one annular member 40 and a bag cloth 50. The bottom ring 20 has a plurality of bottom anchor blades 21 located thereon annularly corresponding to the bracing rods 10. The top ring 30 has a plurality of top anchor blades 31 located thereon annularly corresponding to the bracing rods 10. The bracing rods 10 have respectively two ends anchored on the bottom anchor blades 21 and the top anchor blades 31 to form a housing space 60.
  • In practice, the two ends of each bracing rod 10 can be fastened respectively to one of the bottom anchor blades 21 and one of the top anchor blades 31 through a screw fastener 70 so that the bracing rods 10, the bottom anchor blades 21 and the top anchor blades 31 can be assembled and extended to form the housing space 60. Furthermore, the bracing rods 10 include respectively an expanded support portion 11 extended outward below the bottom ring 20 to enhance steadiness of the bracing rods 10 when they are standing.
  • The annular member 40 is fastened to the bracing rods 10 between the bottom ring 20 and the top ring 30, and has a plurality of latch notches 41 corresponding to and latched by the bracing rods 10 to enhance structural strength.
  • The housing space 60 is shrouded by the bag cloth 50 to form a golf bag 100. The bag cloth 50 can have a fastening structure 51 located thereon. The fastening structure 51 can be Velcro bands, zippers, buttons or the like. Velcro bands are shown in the drawings as an example. The bag cloth 50 is fastened via the fastening structure 51 to shroud over the housing space 60.
  • Also referring to FIG. 4, the invention also can include a top divider 80 (organizer top) mounted onto the top ring 30. The top divider 80 can be made from rubber, or plastic shrouded by textile fiber to improve appeal and practicality, and also enhance the added value of the golf bag 100.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 5, 6A through 6C for another embodiment of the invention. In order to speed up assembly and improve usability a plurality of rings 90 can be provided and deployed on the bracing rods 10 at same elevations, and the bottom ring 20, the top ring 30 and the annular member 40 have respectively a plurality of binding rings 91 located thereon to mate the rings 90 for coupling with each other in an one-on-one manner. Thus, as shown in FIG. 6A, in which the bracing rods 10 are not yet in an extended condition; by pulling the top ring 30 all the bracing rods 10, the bottom ring 20 and the annular member 40 can be unfolded and extended fully to form the housing space 60 (as shown in FIG. 6C). Thus, by pulling the top ring 30 the housing space 60 can be formed easily and quickly to hold golf clubs to meet use requirement, and the assembly speed also is faster.
  • As a conclusion, through invention, the bracing rods, the bottom ring, the top ring, the annular member and the bag cloth can be flattened and packaged to significantly shrink the total size, therefore can save storing and transportation costs. The structure consists of tubes, hence can be fabricated simply at a lower production cost. When in use, it can be assembled quickly and easily, thus can meet lower cost requirement and make the golf bag less expensive, and can help promotion and sales of the finished products.
