Abstract
A detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard, comprising a hoop, a swing article, a bridge board, a marking plate and a self-adhesive repeated patch, where the hoop joins the swing article, and the swing article is attached fixedly to the bridge board. By exploiting the characteristic of swinging back and forth of the swing article resulted from its self-elasticity nature, the hoop thus presents pliability which features eliminating vibration, absorbing effectively shock load, avoiding stress concentration which results in breaking of the hoop that hurts players and prolonging effectively the years of usage. With the aid of the self-adhesive repeated patch, the backboard is adhered directly to any desired surface to be fixed when using, which achieves the purpose of repeated use, free of the constraint by a mounting location.
Description
- The present invention generally relates to backboards, and more particularly to a backboard capable of being detachable and repeatedly adhering.
- Basketball is an athletic sport through cooperation among team members to shot the basketball into the opposite team's hoop. To be one of the popular recreations as well as physical exercises, the basketball has been widely accepted by the civilians, schools, and the internationals The existing hoop structures are made up mostly of a hoop and an L-shaped rigid frame connected to one end of the hoop, where the frame is further attached fixedly on a backboard or a wall. Since the frame is a rigid body without featuring shock absorption through swinging back and forth, it tends easily to stress concentration at the welding spot between the hoop and the frame, subject to a violent slam dunk. And the frame is easy to be fractured as a result of longtime use, which for sure hurts players. Moreover, the direct screw connection of the frame to the backboard or the wall makes the hoop structure fail to dismount and mount somewhere else at will, which couldn't meet the demand of players that call for flexible use.
- The objective of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the aforesaid conventional technique by providing a pliable hoop, capable of eliminating vibration and absorbing shock load; and a detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard, capable of being detachable at will and adhering to any desired surface to be fixed at will.
- In order to achieve the above objectives, an object of the present invention is to provide with a detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard, especially comprising a hoop, a swing article, a bridge board, a marking plate and a self-adhesive repeated patch, where the hoop joins the swing article at its one end, and the swing article is attached fixedly to the bridge board by means of a fastening device. The bridge board is affixed with a self-adhesive repeated patch on its backside, and the marking plate joins the bridge board firmly by means of a linking device.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide with a detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard, especially for the hoop that connects to the swing article at its one end, and the swing article is attached fixedly to the bridge board by means of a fastening device. - A still further object of the present invention is to provide with a detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard, which further means that the bridge board is provided with an elevated stand on its front side, and the elevated stand tapers off from its center toward all-around to form plural tapered surfaces. By tearing down the self-adhesive repeated patch upward, the self-adhesive repeated patch caters to the greater curvature formed from the edges to the center, which enables the sticky substance to form an angle with respect to the attached surface that makes the patch to be stripped gradually and won't destroy the attached surface.
- A still further object of the present invention is to provide with a detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard, which further means that the length and the width of the bridge board are not longer than 1.2 times of the diameter of the hoop. Since the actual supporting strength is at the center of the bridge board, the curved-surface stress of smaller area is larger than that of the bigger area for the bridge board as long as they are in same thickness. Therefore, the bridge board contracts in size to support the shaking movement of the swing, and further to enhance the ability of absorbing the shock load.
- A still further object of the present invention is to provide with a detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard, which further means that the fastening device is a swayable slot having a threaded hole at its bottom part, where the threaded hole corresponds to two position holes at its both sides respectively which are disposed at two position bars, and the position bars are protruded from the surface of the bridge board. Two U-shaped springs are clamped by the two position holes and fixed by a screw penetrated through them and the threaded hole, with which the swinging back and forth of the slot can be achieved, and the deformation of an L-shaped swing article can be declined.

FIG. 1 , the present invention provides with a detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard, comprising ahoop 1, aswing article 12, abridge board 2, amarking plate 3 and a self-adhesive repeatedpatch 5, where thehoop 1 joins theswing article 12 at its one end, and theswing article 12 is a one-piece L-shaped structure havingplural position holes 122, can be attached fixedly to thebridge board 2 through theposition holes 122 by means of a fastening device such as a screw. Thebridge board 2 is affixed with a self-adhesive repeat patch 5 on its backside, and is provided with an elevatedstand 22 at the center of its front side. And agroove 23 is disposed at the top of thebridge board 2. Themarking plate 3 is shaped with aprotruded insert piece 32 at its bottom, which is for inserting firmly in thegroove 23, to achieve the goal of swiftness in inserting and plucking, fixing and changing themarking plate 3, characterizing for sure as the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. - With reference to
FIGS. 2 and 3 , once the present invention is employed, a user can attach the self-adhesive repeat patch 5 to any desired surface to be fixed according to the demand. By exploiting the characteristic of its self-elasticity nature of theswing article 12 during an external force exertion, thehoop 1 thus presents pliability and features effectively absorbing shock load, and prolonging the years of usage. Since the actual supporting strength is positioned at the center of thebridge board 2, the curved-surface stress of smaller area is larger than that of the bigger area for the bridge board as long as they are in same thickness. Therefore, the length and the width of thebridge board 2 are set not greater than 1.2 times of the diameter of thehoop 1, and the area of thebridge board 2 is thus contracted so as to support the shaking movement of the swing, and further to enhance the ability of absorbing the shock load. Once tearing down the self-adhesive repeatedpatch 5, owing to the elevatedstand 22 tapering off from its center toward all-around to form plural tapered surfaces, where the thinner portions characterize pliability which lowers the stress. The self-adhesive repeatedpatch 5 caters to the greater curvature from the edges to the center, which enables thesticky substance 51 to form an angle with respect to the attached surface that makes it to be stripped gradually and won't destroy the attached surface. - The second embodiment of the present invention is shown in
FIG. 4 . The differentiation between this embodiment and the first embodiment lies in: thebridge board 2, at its bottom portion, is provided with a -shaped slot 21 which is for holding the inserted vertical section of theswing article 12, to achieve the goal of immobilization. - The third embodiment of the present invention is shown in
FIG. 5 . The differentiation between this embodiment and the first embodiment lies in: thebridge board 2 is provided with agap 231 corresponding to theinsert piece 32, and theinsert piece 32 is provided with a self-adhesive film 320 on its backside, where theinsert piece 32 is inserted into thegap 231, followed by the aid of the self-adhesive film 320, to achieve the goal of changing the marking plate, same as the first embodiment does. - The fourth embodiment of the present invention is shown in
FIGS. 6 and 7 . The differentiation between this embodiment and the second embodiment lies in: the original -shaped slot 21 at the bottom of thebridge board 2 is replaced by aswayable slot 21A, which has a threadedhole 211 at the protruded part of its bottom, where the threadedhole 221 is located between twoposition holes position bars bars bridge board 2. A position screw is used to penetrate orderly through theposition hole 2211, the U-shapedspring 212, the threadedhole 211, the U-shapedspring 212A and theposition hole 2211A, which achieves swinging back and forth of the slot with the support of threaded fixing. As the L-shaped swing article 12 is heavily punched, the deformation of it can be diminished through the stress absorption by theU-shaped springs
Claims (4)
1. A detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard, comprising:
a hoop, round in shape, joining a swing article at an end therein;
a bridge board, the swing article being attached fixedly to a front side therein by a fastening device;
a self-adhesive repeated patch, having repeated stickiness at a backside therein, and said bridge board being attached to a front side therein; and
a marking plate, being attached to a top portion of said bridge board by means of a linking device.
2. The detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard as recited in claim 1 , wherein said bridge board is provided with an elevated stand on the front side therein, and the elevated stand tapers off from its center toward all-around to form a plurality of tapered surfaces.
3. The detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard as recited in claim 1 , wherein the length and the width of said bridge board are not longer than 1.2 times of the diameter of said hoop.
4. The detachable and repeatedly adhering backboard as recited in claim 1 , wherein the fastening device is a rectangular-opening slot having a threaded hole at its bottom protruded part, both ends of the threaded hole corresponding to two position bars which are protruded from said bridge board, and two position holes disposed at the bottom of the position bars corresponding to the threaded hole, where two U-shaped springs are disposed between the two position holes and the threaded hole, and a position screw being used to penetrate orderly through the position bars and the slot to enable the slot to swing back and forth.
