  • Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can realize the present invention. As those skilled in the art would realize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention.
  • With reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a portable device in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a first flow chart of a portable device in accordance with the present invention. FIG. 3 is a second flow chart of a portable device in accordance with the present invention. FIG. 4 is a third flow chart of a portable device in accordance with the present invention. FIG. 5 is a practical manipulation chart of a portable device in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a schematic view of a portable device in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a schematic view of a connector connecting to a pressing portion of a portable device in accordance with the present invention. As can been seen through the FIGS., the portable device 1 of the present invention comprises a pressing portion 11, a bending portion 12 and a second bending portion 13.
  • In addition, in the first embodiment, the pressing portion 11 of the present invention bends in a direction toward both ends thereof to form a first pressing portion 111 and a second pressing portion 112 and is U-shaped or hippocrepiform in whole. The first bending portion 12 is formed opposite to the bending direction of the first pressing portion 111 and curvedly extends from the end of the first pressing portion 111, and has a groove 120. The second bending portion 13 is formed corresponding to the first bending portion 12 and opposite to the bending direction of the second pressing portion 112 and curvedly extends from the end of the second pressing portion, the second bending portion 13 is located at a side A of the first bending portion 12 and is able to penetrate the side A and other side B of the first bending portion 12 back and forth through the groove 120, and wherein when the second bending portion 13 is located at the other side B of the first bending portion 12, the end of the first bending portion 12 and the end of the second bending portion 13 are connected with each other. Noteworthily, it is necessary that the width of the groove 120 is correspondingly bigger than the width of the second bending portion 13, so that the second bending portion 13 is able to penetrate back and forth smoothly.
  • Furthermore, the portable device 1 of the present invention is one-piece, and preferably, is composed of elastic material, but shall not subject to this restriction.
  • From the above said, the end of the first bending portion 12 may include a first connection portion 121 and the end of the second bending portion 13 may include a second connection portion 131 corresponding to the first connection portion 121, and when the second bending portion 13 is located at the side of the first bending portion 12, the first connection portion 121 is disposed at a direction opposite to that of the second connection portion 131; furthermore, in order to perform a more stable connection, the first connection portion 121 may be a convex structure and the second connection portion 131 may be a concave structure corresponding to the convex structure so as to engage with each other. However, the aspects referred in aforementioned description do not encompass all examples, and vice versa, and do not limit to the structure thereof.
  • For the sake of benefiting the user to press the pressing portion 11 of the portable device 1, a side C of the first pressing portion 111 and a side D of the second pressing portion 112 may dispose with a plurality of projections 110, respectively, so as to increase its frictional force.
  • In addition, an intersection of the first pressing portion 111 and the second pressing portion 112 may dispose a connection portion 113 to connect to the other devices.
  • The practical application to the portable device 1 of the present invention will be elaborated upon next paragraph.
  • Firstly, the portable device 1 can be worn on a certain part of user, preferably, on holes of belt 3 of trouser, or the article 2 can be connected with the device in advance, and it is noteworthy that the article 2 with a penetrating structure is necessary, if without, the article 2 can also be placed in a container with penetrating structure, such as a bag. In the present embodiment, after the portable device 1 is penetrated the holes of belt 3 of trouser, the article 2 can be placed adjacent to the other side B of the first bending portion 12; in the meanwhile, the user presses toward the side C of the first pressing portion 111 and the side D of the second pressing portion 112 to deform the pressing portion 11, so that the first bending portion 12 and the second bending portion 13 approach with each other as the deformation, and the second bending portion 13 further penetrates the groove 120 of the first bending portion 12 and moves from the side A of the first bending portion 12 to the other side B of the first bending portion 12. Finally, the end of the first bending portion 12 and the end of the second bending portion 13 connect with each other, at the same time; the portable device 1 is shaped as 8-shape slightly so as to form two hanging areas to hang the holes of belt 3 of trouser and the article 2, respectively.
  • On the other hand, as the aforementioned way of usage, in case the article 2 is penetrated in advance, the other side B of the first bending portion 13 is adjacent to the holes of belt 3, and the second bending portion 13 penetrates the groove 120 and connects with the end of the first bending portion 12, so as to hang the holes of belt 3 and the article 2. However, the above description is merely an example and shall not subject to this restriction.
  • A portable device 1 is further provided in a second embodiment in the present invention. The portable device 1 also comprises the pressing portion 11, the first bending portion 12, the second bending portion 13 and a connector 14, and the intersection of the first pressing portion 111 and the second pressing portion 112 being disposed with the connection portion 113; furthermore, one end of the connector 14 can penetrate and connect to the connection portion 113, and another end thereof penetrates and connects to the connection portion of another portable device 1′; in other words, the portable device 1 and another portable device 1′ can connect with each other by the connector 14.
  • Moreover, the connector 14 is elastic and can moveably penetrate and connect with the connection portion 113, and the two ends of the connector 14 have a penetration portion 141 and a stopping portion 142 respectively, and when the penetration portion 141 penetrates the connection portion 113 of the pressing portion 11, the connector 14 stops and fixes the pressing portion 11 by the penetration portion 141 and the stopping portion 142 which respectively disposed between both sides of the connection portion 113.
  • Regarding the practical application to the present invention, the other side B of the first bending portion 12 is placed adjacent to the holes of belt 3, and after the second bending portion 13 penetrated the groove 120 and connected to the end of the first bending portion 12, the portable device 1 can therefore penetrate and connect to the holes of belt 3. The other side B of the first bending portion 12 of another portable device 1′ is placed adjacent to the desirable article 2, similarly, when the second bending portion 13 penetrates the groove 120 and connects to the end of the first bending portion 12, the article 2 is thus hanged. Because the portable device 1 and another portable device 1′ connect with each other by the connector 14, hence it is equivalent to the goal of the first embodiment which is able to carry the article 2 without using hands.
  • While the means of specific embodiments in present invention has been described by reference drawings, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims. The modifications and variations should in a range limited by the specification of the present invention.
