The form boards each have four side edges each forming a connection section, whereby the connection sections are coupled to the top and bottom retention members through projection-and-groove engagement. The connection sections located between the form boards are coupled to each other through projection-and-groove engagement. As such, the form boards can be conveniently and efficiently installed and removed for easy transportation to achieve easy installation, construction, repeated use, and adjustment as an indoor or outdoor partition wall.
Description
- The present invention generally relates to a building partition structure, and more particularly to a faster installation/removal building partition structure.
- To improve the usability of an indoor space of a building, the indoor space is often divided into separate partitioned spaces through the installation of partition walls. The partition walls have the general properties of being easy to install, construct, adjust, and transport and being repeatedly usable. However, the partition walls should also be useful as a partition of an outdoor space. Heretofore, the partition walls are generally of a structure that is not easy to install, construct, and adjust and are incapable of repeated use and transportation.
- Thus, the present invention aims to provide a technical solution that helps eliminate the above-discussed drawbacks of the conventional partition wall.
- The object of the present invention is to provide a fast installation/removal building partition structure that is conveniently and efficiently installable and removable for easy transportation so as to achieve easy installation, construction, repeated use, and adjustment of indoor/outdoor partitions.
- To achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a top retention member, a bottom retention member, and a plurality of form boards, wherein the top retention member is mounted at a top side of an indoor space or an outdoor space and the bottom retention member is mounted on the floor or ground to correspond to and be spaced from the top retention member by a distance. The form boards each comprise two surface panels arranged at two major sides of the form board so that the surface panels define therebetween a receiving chamber. The form boards each has four side edges, each of which comprises a connection sections, so that the connection sections and the top retention member and the bottom retention member are coupled to each other through projection-and-groove engagement. The connection sections located between the form boards are coupled to each other through projection-and-groove engagement. As such, the form boards can be conveniently and efficiently installed and removed for easy transportation to achieve easy installation, construction, repeated use, and adjustment as an indoor or outdoor partition wall.

FIGS. 4 and 5 , the present invention may comprise a vertical post likecoupling member 70 arranged among a plurality ofform boards 50 to increase the number of the partitioned spaces. In the instant embodiment, a structure that forms a 90-degree corner and jointed to two partition walls is taken as an example of embodying the present invention, wherein, generally, a vertical post likecoupling member 70 is arranged between twoform boards 50. Thecoupling member 70 has a horizontal cross-section that is of an L-shape having two lateral sides each forming aninsertion slot 71, whereby the twoform boards 50 haveconnection sections 52 that are in the form of projections insertable into and engageable with theinsertion slots 71 of theconnection sections 52 to allow theform boards 50 and thecoupling member 70 to couple together to form an L-shaped partition wall. Atop retention member 10 and abottom retention member 20 are made in shapes that correspond to the shape of L-shaped partition wall. - Referring to
FIG. 6 , the present invention also provides an embodiment that comprises a structure having three partition walls, wherein, generally, a vertical post like couplingmember 70 is arranged among threeform boards 50. Thecoupling member 70 has a horizontal cross-section that is of a T-shape and thecoupling member 70 has three lateral side edges each forming aninsertion slot 71, so thatconnection sections 52 of theform boards 50, which are in the form of projections, are insertable into theinsertion slots 71, whereby theform boards 50 and thecoupling member 70 are coupled together to form a T-shaped partition wall. Atop retention member 10 and abottom retention member 20 are made in shapes that correspond to the T-shaped partition wall. - Referring to
FIG. 7 , the present invention also provides an embodiment that comprises a structure having four partition walls, wherein, generally, a vertical post like couplingmember 70 is arranged among fourform boards 50. Thecoupling member 70 has a horizontal cross-section that is of a cruciform shape and thecoupling member 70 has four lateral side edges each forming aninsertion slot 71, so thatconnection sections 52 of theform boards 50, which are in the form of projections, are insertable into theinsertion slots 71, whereby theform boards 50 and thecoupling member 70 are coupled together to form a cruciform partition wall. Atop retention member 10 and abottom retention member 20 are made in shapes that correspond to the cruciform partition wall. - Referring to
FIG. 8 , in an embodiment of the present invention, thecoupling member 70 has a top end fixed to thetop retention member 10. Aretention base 72 can be set up on for example the floor or ground and theretention base 72 comprises aninsertion hole 721 formed therein. Theinsertion hole 721 comprises projecting flange like limitingsections 722 formed therein. A bottom end of thecoupling member 70 is insertable into theinsertion hole 721 and supported on and positioned by the limitingsections 722. As such, thecoupling member 70 may help improve the structural strength of the partition wall and also, thecoupling member 70 is made easy and convenient to install and remove. - Referring to
FIGS. 9 and 10 , the present invention also provides atemperature regulation device 80 in theguide channel 11 of thetop retention member 10. Thetemperature regulation device 80 comprises aninlet pipe 81 and anoutlet pipe 82 extending downward to penetrate through theform board 60, whereby theinlet pipe 81 may introduce hot water or cold water into the receiving chamber S of theform boards 60 and overflows of the water is drained or evacuated through theoutlet pipe 82. As such, a function of regulation of indoor temperature can be achieved. - Further, the receiving chamber S may receive a cooling article therein, such as a water sack, a cooling water pipe, or a warm-keeping device.
- It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.
- While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
