Abstract
A zipper arrangement for jeans which includes: a pair of jeans, where the pair of jeans includes a front panel and a rear panel; and an extended zipper, with the extended zipper extends down the front panel to a crotch area and back up the rear panel of the jeans. In an alternative embodiment, a zipper arrangement for a leg insert on a pair of jeans comprising: a first earlobe-shaped zipper arrangement on a left side of the jeans; a second earlobe-shaped zipper arrangement on the right side of the jean leggings, where the zipper arrangement is continuously connected with a single zipper; and a mid-point at the center of the pair jeans that connects the zipper arrangement between the first earlobe-shaped zipper and the second-earlobe shaped zipper.
Description
- 1. Field of Invention
- The present invention relates to a zipper arrangement for jeans.
- 2. Description of Related Art
- Many individuals wear jeans of various size, shapes and colors as part of their fashion wardrobe. Blue jeans are known for a comfortable fit and various styling as suited for one's needs. Some individuals prefer wearing tight-fitting jeans and therefore may have some difficulties in putting the jeans on, inserting their legs and zipping up the zipper. However it would be advantageous to have a less conventional manner to unzip jeans to allow access to the jeans.
- The present invention relates to a zipper arrangement for jeans which includes: a pair of jeans, where the pair of jeans includes a front panel and a rear panel; and an extended zipper, with the extended zipper extends down the front panel to a crotch area and back up the rear panel of the jeans.
-
FIG. 1 depicts a front panel of a pair of jeans using a zipper arrangement in accordance with the present invention. -
FIG. 2 depicts a back panel of a pair of jeans using the zipper arrangement in accordance with the present invention. -
FIG. 3 depicts an alternative of zipper arrangement in accordance with the present invention on a pair of jeans. - The present invention relates to alternative zipper arrangements integrated on a pair of jeans in order to improve access to the jeans while robing and disrobing the jeans. In one particular embodiment of the present invention an extended zipper is provided that extends along the front panel through the crotch and up the back panel of the jeans. This extended zipper allows for easier movement and access to the jeans while robing and disrobing. An alternative zipper arrangement has been provided where a zipper extends across the front panel to allow wider or expanded access to the leg inserts for each leg of a pair of jeans.
- With respect to
FIG. 1 a pair ofjeans 20 are depicted showing afront panel 22. Thefront panel 22 includes azipper 34 extending downward into the crotch of thejeans 20. Thezipper 34 includes apull tab 32 and extends downwardly to acrotch point 36.FIG. 2 shows aback panel 24 of thejeans 20. Theback panel 24 depicts the further extension of thezipper 34 upward of theback panel 24 and ending at abelt level 38. This arrangement allows for almost a clear separation of each leg of thejeans 20 during robing of the jeans. An individual using these jeans may have an easier or more accessible means to access the jeans while robing the jeans. -
FIG. 3 depicts an alternative zipper arrangement in accordance with the present invention. A pair ofjeans 40 is depicted inFIG. 3 . A front panel of thejeans 40 is shown and includes azipper arrangement 50. Thezipper arrangement 50 extends downward and then upward on each legging of thejeans 40. Apull tab 46 is shown where thezipper 50 extends downward via left leg insert then reverts upward to meet at a mid-point between the leggings. The zipper arrangement then extends downwardly on a right leg insert 42 and goes back upwardly to a set ofbuttons 45. When unzipped the inserts allow again for more open and readily accessible means to place the jeans on an individual's legs. - The present invention addresses some of the issues involved with tight-fitting jeans by providing alternative zipper arrangements. The zipper arrangements extend across the leg and through the crotch of the jeans and the alternative arrangements provided. These zipper arrangements allow an individual to enjoy a more comfortable fit or at least a more readily accessible process while robing into the jeans. The instant invention has been shown and described in what it considers to be the most practical and preferred embodiments. It is recognized, however, that departures may be made there from within the scope of the invention and that obvious modifications will occur to a person skilled in the art.
