Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a safe shoe sole which is replaced based on using requirement.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional safe shoe 10 contains a vamp 11, a sole 12 fixed on a bottom end of the vamp 11, and a protective cover 13 covered around a head end of the vamp 11 and made of metal material, such that the safe shoe 10 protects the user's toes and foot.
  • However, such a safe shoe 10 has the following defects:
      • 1. The protective cover 13 is covered around the head end of the vamp 11, so it cannot be replaced based on using requirement.
      • 2. Since the protective cover 13 is covered around the head end of the vamp 11, the safe shoe 10 is accordingly manufactured at high cost.
      • 3. The sole is not made of metal material, so a sharp object will pierce user's foot.
  • The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary object of the present invention is to provide a safe shoe sole which is replaced based on using requirement.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a safe shoe sole which is simplified and is manufactured at lower cost.
  • To obtain the above objective, a safe shoe sole provided by the present invention contains: a body, a protective cover, and a lining member.
  • The body includes a first sole layer formed on a top end thereof, a second sole layer arranged on a bottom end thereof, and a protecting sole layer defined between the first sole layer and the second sole layer.
  • The protective cover is fixed around a peripheral side of a front end of the body and includes a receiving chamber defined therein and an opening formed on a rear end thereof.
  • The lining member is mounted on an inner surface of the protective cover and extends toward the opening of the protective cover.
  • The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a conventional safe shoe.
  • FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the exploded components of a safe shoe sole according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the assembly of the safe shoe sole according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view showing the assembly of a part of the safe shoe sole according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view showing the operation of the safe shoe sole according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 6 is another cross sectional view showing the operation of the safe shoe sole according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 7 is also another cross sectional view showing the operation of the safe shoe sole according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • With reference to FIGS. 2-4, a safe shoe sole 20 according to a preferred embodiment comprises: a body 21, a protective cover 22, and a lining member 23. The body 21 includes a first sole layer 211 formed on a top end thereof, a second sole layer 212 arranged on a bottom end thereof, and a protecting sole layer 213 defined between the first sole layer 211 and the second sole layer 212. In this embodiment, the protecting layer 213 is made of metal material or a fiberboard, and a pulling member 214, is disposed on a rear end of the body 21 so that the body 21 is removed by pulling the pulling member 214. The protective cover 22 is fixed around a peripheral side of a front end of the body 21 and includes a receiving chamber 221 defined therein. The protecting cover 22 also includes an opening 222 formed on a rear end thereof so as to insert user's toes. In this embodiment, the protective cover 22 is made of metal material or a fiberboard. The lining member 23 is mounted on an inner surface of the protective cover 22 and extends toward the opening 222 of the protective cover 22 so as to prevent the protective cover 22 from contacting the user's toes directly and to enhance wearing comfort. In this embodiment, the lining member 23 is made of fabric or leather and includes an insulation piece 231 fixed between the lining member 23 and the opening 222 of the protective cover 22, and the insulation piece 231 is made of plastic material, such that the protective cover 22 does not contact the user's toes directly, thus obtaining wearing comfort.
  • Referring to FIG. 5, as working in construction site or a factory, an insole 31 is removed from the shoe 30, and then the safe shoe sole 20 is fitted into the shoe 30, thereafter the insole 31 of the shoe 30 is placed on the body 21 of the safe shoe sole 20, such that the protective cover 22 prevents a falling object from injuring the user's toes, and the protecting sole layer 213 of the body 21 avoids a sharp object stabbing foot. Furthermore, in the producing process of the safe shoe sole 20, the protective cover 22 does not completely cover the safe shoe sole 20 so as to save production cost. Also, the safe shoe sole 20 is fitted into the shoe 30 so as to protect the user's foot and toes by ways of the protective cover 22 and the protecting sole layer 213.
  • With reference to FIGS. 6 and 7, the pulling member 214 of the body 21 is pulled outwardly so as to remove the safe shoe sole 20 from the shoe 30, and then the insole 31 is put on the insole 30, thus wearing the shoe 30 without the safe shoe sole 20. Accordingly, the safe shoe sole 20 is replaced based on using requirement.
  • While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
