The baseboard 11 may be rectangular in shape and has a top surface, a bottom surface, an upper end, two opposite sides and a length. Thepositioning racks 12 are formed on and protrude from the top surface of the baseboard 11 at intervals, and eachpositioning rack 12 has a length equal to the length of the baseboard 11. Thepositioning blocks 13 are mounted slidably in the positioning racks 12 of thetrack disc 10 to hold socket bits on thetrack disc 10. - With reference to
FIGS. 4 and 5 , the at least twomounting racks 14 are formed on and protrude from the bottom surface of the baseboard 11 at the opposite sides of the baseboard 11, and each one of the at least twomounting racks 14 has a length, an upper end, a lower end, a top surface, a width (W), amouth 141, twoside openings 142 and twosealing blocks 143. The length of themounting rack 14 is equal to the length of the baseboard 11. Themouth 141 is formed through the top surface of themounting rack 14 and has a width (M) narrower than the width (W) of the mounting rack 14 (M<W). Theside openings 142 are respectively formed through the upper end and the lower end of themounting rack 14 and communicate with themouth 141 of themounting rack 14. Thesealing blocks 143 are respectively mounted in theside openings 142 of themounting rack 14 to seal themounting rack 14. - The

FIGS. 6A to 6E , in assembly, the half-blocks 24 of each one of the mounting sets 21 are sequentially mounted in one of the at least two mountingracks 14. First, thebase 241 of one of the half-blocks 24 is mounted in the corresponding mountingrack 14, and thebase 241 of the other half-block 24 is sequentially mounted in the corresponding mountingrack 14 as shown inFIG. 6A . Then, with reference toFIGS. 6B and 6C , thebases 241 are moved toward each other to enable the abutting faces 244 of thebases 241 to abut each other. After the abutting faces 244 abut each other, the half-blocks 24 are moved to abut one of the sealing blocks 143 of the corresponding mountingrack 14 as shown inFIG. 6D . With reference toFIGS. 4 and 6E , when the mounting sets 21 respectively abut the sealing blocks 143 of the at least two mountingracks 14, thesuspension board 22 and the holding rings 23 are sequentially mounted around the mountingprotrusions 242 of the mounting sets 21 by the deformations of the limitingtabs 243 of the mounting sets 21. Then, the limitingtabs 243 extend out of the outer side of thesuspension board 22 to enable the holding rings 23 to be mounted between the outer side of thesuspension board 22 and the limitingtabs 243. Accordingly, thesuspension board 22 can be securely held with thetrack disc 10 on the at least two mountingracks 14 as shown inFIG. 2 . - After assembling the tool positioning frame for socket bits in accordance with the present invention by the above-mentioned processes, the tool positioning frame can be hung, by the hanging
hole 222 of thesuspension board 22, on a hook of a display frame at the retail stores. Only a small space is needed to store the tool positioning frame and this is convenient when the tool positioning frame is displayed for sale. Furthermore, the operation manual 25 or an operating instruction is directly printed on or mounted on the outer side of the suspension board. 22 for showing how to disassemble or use the tool positioning frame. - Additionally, with reference to
FIG. 7 , when the tool positioning frame for socket bits in accordance with the present invention is purchased by a user, the user can disassemble the tool positioning frame according to the operation manual 25 that is mounted or printed on the outer side of thesuspension board 22. The user can take thepliers 40 to cut off the limitingtabs 243 from the free ends of the mountingprotrusions 242. Then, the holding rings 23 and thesuspension board 22 can be sequentially departed from thetrack disc 10 conveniently as shown inFIG. 8 . - With reference to
FIGS. 9 and 10 , after the holding rings 23 and thesuspension board 22 are separated from thetrack disc 10, the user can push the half-blocks 24 to move relative to each other to enable the abutting faces 244 of the half-blocks 24 to separate from each other. Then, the half-blocks 24 can be individually moved out of the at least two mountingracks 14 conveniently. - Even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the structure and features of the invention, the disclosure is illustrative only. Changes may be made in the details, especially in matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.
