Abstract
An electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components comprising a liquid storage device and a high-temperature vaporizer; the liquid storage device comprises a main body and a top cover; the main body an open end; the top cover sleeves on the open end of the main body; the top cover and the main body are connected and sealed; a gas suction tube is disposed inside the main body; the high-temperature vaporizer comprises a sleeve, conductors sleeved inside the sleeve, a supporting frame and a heating wire; electronic cigarette oil openings are disposed on the supporting frame; one end of each of the conductors is connected with a respective electronic cigarette oil opening; a heating portion of the heating wire is disposed at a gas suction hole; two ends of the heating wire are connected with an anode and a cathode of a power supply respectively.
Description
- The present invention relates to electronic cigarette vaporizer, and specifically relates to electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components.
- Electronic cigarette vaporizer is a simulated cigarette mainly used for smoking cessation and for replacing real cigarette. Electronic cigarette vaporizer has the same appearance as a real cigarette and tastes similar to a real cigarette. In fact, electronic cigarette vaporizer has a lot more flavors than real cigarette. Also, the smoke and taste of a real cigarette and the feeling of smoking a real cigarette can be found in smoking an electronic cigarette vaporizer. As compared with a real cigarette, an electronic cigarette vaporizer does not have harmful substances such as tar and suspended micro-particles. Producers of electronic cigarette vaporizer also think that electronic cigarette vaporizer avoids suspended smoke which leads to second hand smoking.
- Nowadays, a liquid storage container of an electronic cigarette vaporizer has to be used repeatedly. A sales package containing both the liquid storage container and the liquid is not convenient to carry. Also, after repeated use, the vaporizing effect of the vaporizer will deteriorate.
- The present invention is provided to avoid large scale production of liquid storage containers, to solve the problem of inconvenience caused by carrying the liquid storage container and the liquid which are sold as a whole package, and to solve the problem of deteriorated vaporizing effect caused by repeated use of the vaporizer.
- The present invention provides an electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components comprising a liquid storage device and a high-temperature vaporizer; the liquid storage device comprises a liquid storage device main body and a top cover; the liquid storage device main body has a shape of a barrel and has an open end at its one end; the top cover sleeves on the open end of the liquid storage device main body; the top cover and the liquid storage device main body are connected together and sealed with respect to each other; a gas suction tube is disposed inside the liquid storage device main body; the gas suction tube is a straight tube; two ends of the gas suction tube are disposed on two end surfaces of the liquid storage device main body respectively; the high-temperature vaporizer comprises a sleeve in a shape of a straight tube, conductors sleeved inside the sleeve, a supporting frame and a heating wire; each of the conductors is also a straight tube; electronic cigarette oil openings are disposed on the supporting frame; a first end surface of each of the conductors is connected with a respective electronic cigarette oil opening of the electronic cigarette oil openings; a gas suction hole is provided on the supporting frame; the gas suction hole and the gas suction tube are disposed corresponding to each other along the same axial line; a heating portion of the heating wire is disposed at the gas suction hole; two ends of the heating wire are connected with an anode and a cathode of a power supply respectively.
- In addition, the liquid storage device main body is made by transparent material.
- In addition, the high-temperature vaporizer also comprises a base sleeved inside the sleeve, and an electrode rod; the electrode rod is inserted into a first end of the base; the supporting frame is inserted into a second end of the base; the heating wire is disposed inside the base; the base is connected with the cathode of the power supply; the electrode rod is connected with the anode of the power supply; connecting wires are disposed at the two ends of the heating wire respectively; the connecting wires connect the base and the electrode rod respectively.
- In addition, an insulation sleeve is disposed between the base and the electrode rod; the electrode rod is inserted to the insulation sleeve; the insulation sleeve is inserted to the first end of the base.
- In addition, each of the conductors has the first end surface being a flat surface and a second end surface being a sloped surface; the first end surface being the flat surface of each of the conductors is connected with a respective electronic cigarette oil opening of the electronic cigarette oil openings.
- In addition, quantity of the conductors is two.
- Since the open end of the liquid storage device main body is sealed by the top cover before use, the electronic cigarette oil is sealed inside the liquid storage device main body, thereby preventing leakage and quality deterioration before use. Accordingly, the taste of smoke is better when the electronic cigarette vaporizer is in use. Also, since the liquid storage device and the high-temperature vaporizer are separate before use, the liquid storage device can be used to store electronic cigarette oil. Accordingly, large scale production of electronic cigarette oil storage container can be avoided. Also, the present invention is more convenient to carry.

- The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , the present invention is an electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components, characterized in that, the electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components comprises aliquid storage device 1 and a high-temperature vaporizer 2; theliquid storage device 1 comprises a liquid storage devicemain body 11 and atop cover 12; the liquid storage devicemain body 11 has a shape of a barrel and has an open end at its one end; thetop cover 12 sleeves on the open end of the liquid storage devicemain body 11; thetop cover 12 and the liquid storage devicemain body 11 are connected together and sealed with respect to each other; a gas suction tube is disposed inside the liquid storage devicemain body 11; the gas suction tube is a straight tube; two ends of the gas suction tube are disposed on the two end surfaces of the liquid storage devicemain body 11 respectively; electronic cigarette oil is stored between inner wall of the liquid storage devicemain body 11 and outer wall of the gas suction tube; the liquid storage devicemain body 11 is made preferably by transparent material so that the electronic cigarette oil is visible from outside the liquid storage devicemain body 11 for users to observe the amount of remaining oil inside the liquid storage devicemain body 11 at any time. - The high-
temperature vaporizer 2 comprises asleeve 21 in a shape of a straight tube,conductors 22 sleeved inside thesleeve 21, a supportingframe 23, aheating wire 24, abase 25 sleeved inside thesleeve 21, and anelectrode rod 26. Each of theconductors 22 is a straight tube with a first end surface being a flat surface and a second end surface being a sloped surface; electronic cigarette oil openings are disposed on the supportingframe 23; the first end surface being the flat surface of each of theconductors 22 is connected with a respective electronic cigarette oil opening of the electronic cigarette oil openings; quantity of theconductors 22 is two; a gas suction hole is provided on the supportingframe 23; the gas suction hole and the gas suction tube are disposed corresponding to each other; a heating portion of theheating wire 24 is disposed at the gas suction hole; the supportingframe 23 is inserted to one end of thebase 25; theheating wire 24 is disposed inside thebase 25; thebase 25 is connected to a cathode of a power supply; theelectrode rod 26 is connected to an anode of the power supply; connecting wires are disposed at two ends of theheating wire 24 respectively for connecting thebase 25 and theelectrode rod 26 respectively; aninsulation sleeve 27 is disposed between thebase 25 and theelectrode rod 26; theelectrode rod 26 is inserted to theinsulation sleeve 27; theinsulation sleeve 27 is inserted to another end of thebase 25. - To use the present invention, turn and loosen the
top cover 12 and take it off from theliquid storage device 1, then insert the liquid storage devicemain body 11 into thesleeve 21 of the high-temperature vaporizer 2 up to an end of thesleeve 21 proximal to theconductors 22; after the liquid storage devicemain body 11 is inserted, theconductors 22 are dipped into the electronic cigarette oil inside the liquid storage devicemain body 11; the open end of the liquid storage devicemain body 11 abuts against an end surface of the supportingframe 23; a first axial through hole and a second axial through hole coincide with each other; the electronic cigarette oil in theconductors 22 will reach theheating wire 24; activate the power supply to heat up theheating wire 24 so that the electronic cigarette oil surrounding it will be vaporized and the vaporized electronic cigarette oil will form smoke; when user inhale the smoke through a closed end of the liquid storage devicemain body 11, the smoke will be inhaled from the first axial through hole so as to simulate smoking of a real cigarette. After the electronic cigarette oil inside the liquid storage devicemain body 11 is used up, dismount theliquid storage device 1 and replace with another newliquid storage device 1. According to the present invention, since the open end of the liquid storage devicemain body 11 is sealed by thetop cover 12 before use, the electronic cigarette oil is sealed inside the liquid storage devicemain body 11, thereby preventing leakage and quality deterioration before use. Accordingly, the taste of smoke is better when the electronic cigarette vaporizer is in use. - The present invention is not limited to the above most preferable embodiment. Any person skilled in this field of art can make any structural changes to the present invention on the basis of the present invention and all the resulting technical proposals identical with or similar to the present invention should also fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. An electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components comprising a liquid storage device and a high-temperature vaporizer;
the liquid storage device comprises a liquid storage device main body and a top cover; the liquid storage device main body has a shape of a barrel and has an open end at its one end; the top cover sleeves on the open end of the liquid storage device main body; the top cover and the liquid storage device main body are connected together and sealed with respect to each other; a gas suction tube is disposed inside the liquid storage device main body; the gas suction tube is a straight tube; two ends of the gas suction tube are disposed on two end surfaces of the liquid storage device main body respectively;
the high-temperature vaporizer comprises a sleeve in a shape of a straight tube, conductors sleeved inside the sleeve, a supporting frame and a heating wire; each of the conductors is also a straight tube; electronic cigarette oil openings are disposed on the supporting frame; a first end surface of each of the conductors is connected with a respective electronic cigarette oil opening of the electronic cigarette oil openings; a gas suction hole is provided on the supporting frame; the gas suction hole and the gas suction tube are disposed corresponding to each other along the same axial line; a heating portion of the heating wire is disposed at the gas suction hole; two ends of the heating wire are connected with an anode and a cathode of a power supply respectively.
2. The electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components as in claim 1 , wherein the liquid storage device main body is made by transparent material.
3. The electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components as in claim 1 , wherein the high-temperature vaporizer also comprises a base sleeved inside the sleeve, and an electrode rod; the electrode rod is inserted into a first end of the base; the supporting frame is inserted into a second end of the base;
the heating wire is disposed inside the base; the base is connected with the cathode of the power supply; the electrode rod is connected with the anode of the power supply; connecting wires are disposed at the two ends of the heating wire respectively; the connecting wires connect the base and the electrode rod respectively.
4. The electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components as in claim 3 , wherein an insulation sleeve is disposed between the base and the electrode rod; the electrode rod is inserted to the insulation sleeve; the insulation sleeve is inserted to the first end of the base.
5. The electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components as in claim 1 , wherein each of the conductors has the first end surface being a flat surface and a second end surface being a sloped surface; the first end surface being the flat surface of each of the conductors is connected with a respective electronic cigarette oil opening of the electronic cigarette oil openings.
6. The electronic cigarette vaporizer with separable components as in claim 1 , wherein quantity of the conductors is two.
