Abstract

A water bottle structure includes a water bottle body, a cover, a nozzle, and a guide member. The water bottle body has an accommodation portion and an opening portion. The cover is connected to the opening portion and has a raised pipe communicating with the accommodation portion of the water bottle body and the outside. The nozzle is disposed on the raised pipe of the cover. The nozzle has an elastic valve adapted to close and open the raised pipe. The guide member is plugged in the nozzle and has a first guide portion and a second guide portion. The accommodation portion of the water bottle body is adapted to accommodate air and fluid therein.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a water bottle structure, and more particularly to a water bottle structure which is able to spray fog without power and beneficial to drink water.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • On the market, there are general water bottles and dirking water bottles for riding a bike. No matter what kind of water bottle, it only provides drinking water. As known in the cycling related field, athletes need water to dissipate heat due to a lot of exercise. They always sprinkle water from their heads in order to dissipate heat and to feel cool. Sprinkling a lot of water will wet their clothing. During exercise, it is not easy to dissipate heat. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary object of the present invention is to provide a water bottle structure which is able to spray fog without power and beneficial to drink water.
  • In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the water bottle structure of the present invention comprises a water bottle body, a cover, a nozzle, and a guide member.
  • The water bottle body has an accommodation portion and an opening portion. The water bottle body has elasticity and can be gripped and pressed. Wherein, the water bottle body can be changed between a spraying fog position and a drinking water position.
  • The cover is connected to the opening portion of the water bottle body. The cover has a raised pipe penetrating through the cover and communicating with the accommodation portion of the water bottle body and the outside thereof.
  • The nozzle is disposed on the raised pipe of the cover. The nozzle has an elastic valve. Wherein, the elastic can be changed between a non-pressed closed position and a pressed open position to close and open the raised pipe of the cover, respectively.
  • The guide member is plugged in the nozzle and located between the elastic valve of the nozzle and the accommodation portion of the water bottle body to communicate with the elastic valve and the accommodation portion. The guide member has a first guide portion and a second guide portion.
  • Wherein, the accommodation portion of the water bottle body is adapted to accommodate air and fluid therein. When the water bottle body is at the spraying fog position, the water bottle body is gripped and pressed to pressurize the air and the fluid. The air and the fluid respectively pass through the first guide portion and the second guide portion of the guide member to pressurize the elastic valve of the nozzle. The elastic valve is changed from the non-pressed closed position to the pressed open position, such that the air brings the fluid to spray fog out of the water bottle body. When the water bottle body is at the drinking water position, the water bottle body is gripped and pressed to pressurize the air and the fluid. The air and the fluid pass through the first guide portion of the guide member synchronously to pressurize the elastic valve of the nozzle. The elastic valve is changed from the non-pressed closed position to the pressed open position, such that the air and the fluid flow out of the water bottle body synchronously.
  • Preferably, the first guide portion of the guide member is a short straw. The first guide portion is shorter than the second guide portion. When the water bottle body is at the spraying fog position, the first guide portion is adapted for flow of the air. When the water bottle body is at the drinking water position, the first guide portion is adapted for flow of the fluid.
  • Preferably, the second guide portion of the guide member is a long straw. The first guide portion is shorter than the second guide portion. When the water bottle body is at the spraying fog position, the second guide portion is adapted for flow of the fluid.
  • Preferably, the water bottle structure further comprises a protective structure. The protective structure is adapted to cover the nozzle so as to prevent foreign objects from contacting or entering the nozzle.
  • The beneficial effects of the present invention are described as follows:
  • [1] Spraying fog without power: As long as the water bottle body is at the spraying fog position, the user can grip and press the water bottle body to pressurize the air and the fluid. The air passes through the first guide portion of the guide member to pressurize the elastic valve of the nozzle, and the fluid passes through the second guide portion of the guide member to pressurize the elastic valve of the nozzle synchronously. The elastic valve is changed from the non-pressed closed position to the pressed open position, such that the air brings the fluid to spray fog out of the water bottle body. Without using an external power (such as high-pressure pump), the present invention is able to spray fog. When riding a bike or outing, the user can spray fog on the face or body to feel cool.
  • [2] Beneficial for drinking water: When the water bottle body is at the drinking water position, the user can grip and press the water bottle body to pressurize the air and the fluid. The air and the fluid pass through the first guide portion of the guide member synchronously to pressurize the elastic valve of the nozzle. The elastic valve is changed from the non-pressed closed position to the pressed open position, such that the air and the fluid flow out of the water bottle body synchronously. The present invention is applicable to supply drinking water for the user when riding a bike or outing.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, the present invention discloses a water bottle structure. The water bottle structure comprises a water bottle body 10, a cover 20, a nozzle 30, and a guide member 40.
  • The water bottle body 10 has an accommodation portion 11 and an opening portion 12. The water bottle body 10 has elasticity and can be gripped and pressed. The water bottle body 10 can be changed between a spraying fog position P1 (referring to FIG. 7) and a drinking water position P2 (referring to FIG. 11.).
  • The cover 20 is connected to the opening portion 12 of the water bottle body 10. The cover 20 has a raised pipe 21 penetrating through the cover 20 and communicating with the accommodation portion 11 of the water bottle body 10 and the outside thereof.
  • The nozzle 30 is disposed on the raised pipe 21 of the cover 20. The nozzle 30 has an elastic valve 31 which can be changed between a non-pressed closed position P3 (referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 6) and a pressed open position P4 (referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8) to close and open the raised pipe 21 of the cover 20, respectively.
  • The guide member 40 is plugged in the nozzle 30 and located between the elastic valve 31 of the nozzle 30 and the accommodation portion 11 of the water bottle body 10 to communicate with the elastic valve 31 and the accommodation portion 11. The guide member 40 has a first guide portion 41 and a second guide portion 42.
  • The accommodation portion 11 of the water bottle body 10 is adapted to accommodate air 91 (referring to FIG. 5, as shown by suppositional black dots) and fluid 92 in the water bottle. When the water bottle body 10 faces upward or oblique upward to be the spraying fog position P1, the water bottle body 10 is gripped and pressed to pressurize the air 91 and the fluid 92. The air 91 and the fluid 92 respectively pass through the first guide portion 41 and the second guide portion 42 of the guide member 40 to pressurize the elastic valve 31 of the nozzle 30. The elastic valve 31 is changed from the non-pressed closed position P3 (referring to FIG. 6) to the pressed open position P4 (referring to FIG. 7), such that the air 91 brings the fluid 92 to spray fog out of the water bottle body 10. When the water bottle body 10 is inverted or obliquely inverted to be the drinking water position P2 (referring to FIG. 9), the water bottle body 10 is gripped and pressed to pressurize the air 91 and the fluid 92. The air 91 and the fluid 92 pass through the first guide portion 41 of the guide member 40 synchronously to pressurize the elastic valve 31 of the nozzle 30 (referring to FIG. 10, the elastic valve 31 is gradually deformed). The elastic valve 31 is changed from the non-pressed closed position P3 to the pressed open position P4 (referring to FIG. 11), such that the air 91 and the fluid 92 flow out of the water bottle body 10 synchronously.
  • To practice the present invention, the elastic valve 31 of the nozzle 30 has a plurality of diaphragms 311. The number of the diaphragms 311 may be three or four. The diaphragms 311 face the opening portion 12 of the water bottle body 10 toward the accommodation portion 11, and are normally closed (as shown in FIG. 6, namely, the non-pressed closed position P3) to close the accommodation portion 11. Even though the water bottle body 10 is at the drinking water position P2 (as shown in FIG. 9, it is inverted or obliquely inverted), as long as the user doesn't press the water bottle body 10, the air 91 and the fluid 92 won't pressurize the elastic valve 31 of the nozzle 30, the elastic valve 31 is normally closed to prevent the fluid 92 from flowing out of the water bottle body 10.
  • The first guide portion 41 of the guide member 40 is a short straw. When the water bottle body 10 is at the spraying fog position P1, the first guide portion 41 is adapted for flow of the air 91. When the water bottle body 10 is at the drinking water position P2, the first guide portion 41 is adapted for flow of the fluid 92.
  • The second guide portion 42 of the guide member 40 is a long straw. When the water bottle body 10 is at the spraying fog position P1, the second guide portion 42 is adapted for flow of the fluid 92.
  • The present invention further comprises a protective structure 50. The protective structure 50 is adapted to cover the nozzle 30, preventing foreign objects from contacting or entering the nozzle 30.
  • The protective structure 50 can be a meshed structure or an airtight structure (not shown in the drawings, it can be a cover structure). As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 11, there is no need to detach the protective structure 50 from the water bottle no matter for spraying fog or for drinking water. It can be used conveniently for riding a bike.
  • The usage modes of the present invention are described as follows:
  • [A] Spraying mode: Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, when the water bottle body 10 is at the spraying fog position P1, the water bottle body 10 is gripped and pressed to pressurize the air 91 and the fluid 92. The air 91 and the fluid 92 respectively pass through the first guide portion 41 and the second guide portion 42 of the guide member 40 to pressurize the elastic valve 31 of the nozzle 30. The elastic valve 31 is changed from the non-pressed closed position P3 to the pressed open position P4, such that the air 91 brings the fluid 92 to spray fog out of the water bottle body 10 (referring to FIG. 7), like the principle of spraying paint, with the air to bring the fluid to spray fog out. This is an ordinary skill and won't be described. When riding a bike or outing, the user can spray fog on the face or body to feel cool.
  • When the water bottle body 10 is pressed repeatedly, the outside air will flow into the accommodation portion 11 of the water bottle body 10 through the elastic valve 31 of the nozzle 30.
  • [B] Drinking water mode: Referring to FIG. 9 to FIG. 11, when the water bottle body 10 is at the drinking water position P2, the water bottle body 10 is gripped and pressed to pressurize the air 91 and the fluid 92. The air 91 and the fluid 92 pass through the first guide portion 41 of the guide member 40 synchronously to pressurize the elastic valve 31 of the nozzle 30. The elastic valve 31 is changed from the non-pressed closed position P3 to the pressed open position P4, such that the air 91 and the fluid 92 flow out of the water bottle body 10 synchronously. The present invention is applicable to supply drinking water for the user when riding a bike or outing.
  • The advantages of the present invention are described as follows:
  • [1] Spraying fog without power: As long as the water bottle body is at the spraying fog position, the user can grip and press the water bottle body to pressurize the air and the fluid. The air passes through the first guide portion of the guide member to pressurize the elastic valve of the nozzle, and the fluid passes through the second guide portion of the guide member to pressurize the elastic valve of the nozzle synchronously. The elastic valve is changed from the non-pressed closed position to the pressed open position, such that the air brings the fluid to spray fog out of the water bottle body. Without using an external power (such as high-pressure pump), the present invention is able to spray fog. When riding a bike or outing, the user can spray fog on the face or body to feel cool.
  • [2] Beneficial for drinking water: When the water bottle body is at the drinking water position, the user can grip and press the water bottle body to pressurize the air and the fluid. The air and the fluid pass through the first guide portion of the guide member synchronously to pressurize the elastic valve of the nozzle. The elastic valve is changed from the non-pressed closed position to the pressed open position, such that the air and the fluid flow out of the water bottle body synchronously. The present invention is applicable to supply drinking water for the user when riding a bike or outing.
  • Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims (5)

What is claimed is:
1. A water bottle structure:
a water bottle body having an accommodation portion and an opening portion, the water bottle body having elasticity and being able to be gripped and pressed, wherein the water bottle body can be changed between a spraying fog position and a drinking water position;
a cover connected to the opening portion of the water bottle body, the cover having a raised pipe penetrating through the cover and communicating with the accommodation portion of the water bottle body and an outside thereof;
a nozzle disposed on the raised pipe of the cover, the nozzle having an elastic valve, wherein the elastic can be changed between a non-pressed closed position and a pressed open position to close and open the raised pipe of the cover, respectively; and
a guide member plugged in the nozzle and located between the elastic valve of the nozzle and the accommodation portion of the water bottle body to communicate with the elastic valve and the accommodation portion, the guide member having a first guide portion and a second guide portion.
2. The water bottle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic valve of the nozzle has a plurality of diaphragms, the diaphragms facing the opening portion of the water bottle body toward the accommodation portion, the diaphragms being normally closed to close the accommodation portion of the water bottle body.
3. The water bottle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first guide portion of the guide member is a straw, the first guide portion being shorter than the second guide portion.
4. The water bottle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second guide portion of the guide member is a straw, the first guide portion being shorter than the second guide portion.
5. The water bottle structure as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a protective structure adapted to cover the nozzle.
