Abstract
An eccentric wheel structure of a wind up toy car includes a base, a casing and a wind up motor. The wind up motor is disposed between the base and the casing. The wind up motor includes a wheel axle and two wheels. The wheel axle is inserted through the wind up motor. The two wheels are coupled to two sides of the wheel axle. Particularly, the two wheels are eccentric relative to the wheel axle. When the wheel axle is turned, the wind up toy car is staggered to move by the two eccentric wheels. Compared to a traditional wind up toy car that is erect to move, the present invention is more funny and special.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a drive structure of a wind up toy car, and more particularly, to an eccentric wheel structure of a wind up toy car which is staggered by eccentric wheels to march.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- A conventional wind up toy car comprises a wind up motor therein and uses a spring as the power. When the wind up toy car is pulled back a certain distance and released, the spring will store spring potential energy. When the potential energy is released, the potential energy is transferred to become kinetic energy to move the wind up toy car forward. The conventional wind up toy car only has the function to march and the toy car is erect, so it is monotonous and cannot attract children. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide an eccentric wheel structure of a wind up toy car to improve unexciting motion of a conventional simply wind up toy car. The wind up toy car uses eccentric wheels so that wind up toy car is staggered to march. This can enhance the amusement of the wind up toy car to attract more consumers to purchase the toy cars.
- In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the eccentric wheel structure of a wind up toy car of the present invention comprises a base, a casing and a wind up motor. The wind up motor is disposed between the base and the casing. The wind up motor comprises a wheel axle and two wheels. The wheel axle is inserted through the wind up motor. The two wheels are coupled to two sides of the wheel axle. Particularly, the two wheels are eccentric relative to the wheel axle in an interlaced way.
- The base has a threaded hole and a protrusion at one end thereof. The base comprises a positioning seat thereon. The positioning seat has two buckle members at two ends thereof. The base has two grooves close to two sides of the positioning seat.
- The casing is mounted on the base. The casing has a space therein. The casing has a slot at one end thereof.
- The wind up motor is mounted between the casing the base. Particularly, the wind up motor is fixed to the positioning seat through the two buckle members. The wind up motor comprises a wheel axle and two wheels. The wheel axle is inserted through the wind up motor. The two wheels are coupled to two sides of the wheel axle. Particularly, the two wheels are eccentric relative to the wheel axle.
- The two wheels extend out of the grooves, respectively.
-
FIG. 1 is an exploded view according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is a partial exploded view according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 3 is a perspective view according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 4 is a front view according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing that the wind up toy car of the present invention is pulled back; and -
FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing that the wind up toy car of the present invention is staggered to move. - Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , the eccentric wheel structure of a wind up toy car of the present invention comprises a base 1, acasing 2, and a wind upmotor 3. The wind upmotor 3 is disposed between the base 1 and thecasing 2. - The base 1 has a threaded
hole 11. The base 1 has aprotrusion 13 at one end thereof. The base 1 comprises apositioning seat 14 thereon. Thepositioning seat 14 has twobuckle members grooves 17 close to two sides of thepositioning seat 14. - The
casing 2 is mounted on the base 1. Thecasing 2 has aspace 21 therein. Thecasing 2 has a slot 22 at one end thereof. - The wind up
motor 3 is fixed to thepositioning seat 14 through the twobuckle members motor 3 comprises awheel axle 31 and twowheels wheel axle 31 is inserted through the wind upmotor 3. The twowheels wheel axle 31. Particularly, the twowheels wheel axle 31 in an interlaced way. - The two
wheels grooves 17, respectively. - To assemble the present invention, the
casing 2 is mounted on the base 1. Theprotrusion 13 is engaged in the slot 22. Abolt 12 is screwed to the threadedhole 11 to connect thecasing 2 and the base 1. - Preferably, the two
wheels wheel axle 31 in an interlaced way. - Referring to
FIG. 4 ,FIG. 5 andFIG. 6 , when the wind upmotor 3 is pulled back and released, the kinetic energy of the wind upmotor 3 drives thewheel axle 31 to turn the twowheels wheels wheel axle 31, the wind up toy car will be staggered to march by the interlaced twowheels - Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
