  • SUMMARY
  • This invention is a cover or an outer shell for a backpack, rucksack, diaper bag, computer bag, or any other bag with similar appearance, herein referred to as “bag”. Multiple designs may go on the front of the cover. A zipper is attached to the top of the bag to attach to the outer shell, and Velcro at the backend of it. The cover is stitched around the sides and elastic is added so that it will conform to the shape of the bag that it is attached to. Although these are the materials I have used for this description, any may be used that will secure the outer shell to the bag.
  • Advantages
  • The advantages are that the person carrying the bag can interchange the cover on a consistent basis if they so choose. The advantages over other products that cover bags, such as purse covers, is that their product covers the entire purse. This would not work with a backpack or backpack styled diaper bags, as they have handles that travel up the entire back of the bag. This invention is made to cover only half, leaving the handles free.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. A1 shows the front view of the bag.
  • FIG. A2 shows front view of the outer shell.
  • FIG. A3 shows the front view of the outer shell attached to the bag.
  • FIG. B1 shows the back view of the bag.
  • FIG. B2 shows the back view of the outer shell attached to the bag.
  • FIG. B3 shows the back view attachment for the outer shell to the bag.
  • FIG. C1 shows the side view of the bag.
  • FIG. C2 shows the side view of the outer shell on the bag.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING IN DETAIL
  • FIGS. A1, A2 and A3 show how the shell is attached to front of the bag. In this case, a zipper is being used to attach the outer shell to the bag at the top.
  • FIGS. B1 and B2 show how the shell is attached to the back of the bag.
  • FIG. B3 shows how and where Velcro is being used to attach the shell to the bag.
  • FIGS. C1 and C2 show the side view of the bag when the shell is not attached and when it is attached.
