Abstract

An anti-tamper container for preventing incorrect opening includes a box body, an abutting flanged portion, a cover and at least one opening preventing device. When a force is applied to the cover to rotarily open it upwards, the front inclined surface of the tilting extension sheet presses the pre-dislocated rib to disengage it from the box body so as to prevent reconnection. Thus, the consumers could easily recognize if the cover has been incorrectly opened so as to ensure the quality and safety of the products while avoiding consumption disputes, and safeguarding the rights of consumers and reputation of industry operators with improved applicability. Because a strengthened opening preventing portion is set on the tilting extension sheet, the tilting extension sheet could be prevented from penetrating upwards without breaking the pre-dislocated rib.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • FIGS. 1-4 depict preferred embodiments of the improved, anti-tamper container of the present invention which prevents incorrect opening, which, however, are provided for only explanatory objective. Said container A against incorrect opening includes a box body 10, comprising of: a bottom wall 11, a circumferential wall 12, an open end 15 and a holding space 16. The circumferential wall 12 comprises of an inner ring surface 13 and an outer ring surface 14.
  • An abutting flanged portion 20 is set integrally onto or near the open end 15 of the box body 10 to form a spacing ring concave 21. Of which, the abutting flanged portion 20 is expanded and formed onto the open end 15 of the box body 10 (shown in FIG. 5), or protruded on the inner ring surface 13 of the circumferential wall 12 adjacent to the open end 15 (shown in FIG. 8). All flanged structures with a spacing ring concave 21 formed on the box body 10 shall be embraced in the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • A cover 30 is provided which comprises of a front end 31 and a rear end 32. The rear end 32 of said cover 30 is linked to the back of the open end 15 of the box body 10 via a coupling flange 33. Said cover 30 could be rotarily covered on the box body 10 by taking the coupling flange 33 as a pivot and abutted into the spacing ring concave 21. This prevents pulling open or prying the cover 30 so as to ensure the quality and safety of products within container A.
  • At least an incorrect opening preventing device 40 is set on the front end 31 of the cover 30 correspondingly to the open end 15 of the box body 10. It comprises of a tilting extension sheet 41, which is extended downwards and gradually tilted forward on the front end 31 of the cover 30. It comprises of a front inclined surface 42 and a rear inclined surface 43. A vertical through-hole 44 is set on the open end 15 of the box body 10 correspondingly to the tilting extension sheet 41. When the cover 30 is covered onto the box body 10, said tilting extension sheet 41 could penetrate downwards the vertical through-hole 44. A pre-dislocated rib 45 is formed in front of the vertical through-hole 44 by a pre-dislocated line 441 extended forwards from both ends of the vertical through-hole 44 (shown in FIG. 1).
  • Based on above-specified structure, the present invention is operated as follows:
  • Referring to FIG. 2, said container A is kept in an open state before packaging, so that the packaging workers could place products into the holding space 16 of the box body 10. Referring also to FIG. 3, the cover 30 is rotarily covered on the box body 10 and abutted into the spacing ring concave 21 (shown in FIG. 5). The tilting extension sheet 41 is allowed to penetrate downward the vertical through-hole 44 for limiting securely the cover 30 (as shown in FIG. 4, the tilting extension sheet 41 is extended downwards and then gradually inclined forwards, making it hard to move upwards after penetrating the vertical through-hole 44). Thus, the product could be packaged in a manner to prevent incorrect, or unauthorized, opening of the container A. Furthermore, referring to FIG. 6, if the container A is to be illegally opened, and a force is applied to the cover 30 to rotarily open it upwards, the front inclined surface 42 of said tilting extension sheet 41 could press the pre-dislocated rib 45 to disengage it from the box body 10 (indicated by arrow 11) against reconnection. Thus, the consumers could easily recognize if the cover 30 has been incorrectly opened so as to protect the right and safety of the consumers while avoiding consumption disputes and safeguarding the reputation of industry operators with improved applicability.
  • A strengthened opening preventing portion 50 is set on the tilting extension sheet 41. Referring to FIG. 4, the strengthened opening preventing portion 50 includes at least a flange 51 protruded on the front inclined surface 42 of the tilting extension sheet 41. Or, referring to FIG. 7, it also includes an inclined stopper 52 which is formed by the rear inclined surface 43 of the tilting extension sheet 41 pressing the front inclined surface 42 and extending upwards obliquely. With this design of improved advantages and applicability, the tilting extension sheet 41 could be avoided to penetrate upwards without breaking the pre-dislocated rib 45.
  • Additionally, the present invention allows the tilting extension sheet 41 to penetrate downward the vertical through-hole 44 for limitation purposes, so it is difficult to observe the opening preventing mechanism of the container A, helping to increase the efficiency of the incorrect opening preventing device 40.
