Abstract
A double-roller curtain mount structure includes a fixing bracket, a support rod and two fixing members. The support rod is fitted through and connected with the fixing bracket. The two fixing members are locked on the support rod to fix the support rod on the fixing bracket. The support rod has an internal space. Two roller curtain assemblies can be inserted into the internal space of the support rod from two sides of the fixing bracket to get closer to the fixing bracket so as to shorten the light gaps between the two roller curtains and the fixing bracket and enhance the sunlight shading effect of the roller curtains.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates generally to a double-roller curtain mount structure, and more particularly to a double-roller curtain mount structure, which is able to shorten the light gaps between the fixing bracket and the roller curtains.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- Due to the limitation of operation of the roller curtain sheet, the lateral side of a conventional roller curtain is generally spaced from the wall face by a gap. As a result, the sunlight will partially pass through the gap into a room to lower the sunlight shading effect. With respect to installation of a double-seat roller curtain, a gap exists between the two roller curtains. This more seriously deteriorates the sunlight shading effect. Especially, the current double-roller curtain mount structure has a middle fixing bracket in which the roller curtain assemblies are inserted. The protruding length of the fixing rod of the roller curtain assembly is shorter so that it is uneasy to fix the roller curtain assembly on the fixing bracket. As a result, the roller curtain is likely to detach and drop from the fixing bracket.
- It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a double-roller curtain mount structure, which is able to shorten the light gaps between the fixing bracket and the roller curtains. The double-roller curtain mount structure includes a fixing bracket, a support rod and two fixing members. The support rod is fitted through and connected with the fixing bracket. The two fixing members are locked on the support rod to fix the support rod on the fixing bracket. The support rod has an internal space. The protruding fixing rods of the roller curtain assemblies are inserted into the internal space of the support rod to make the roller curtain sheets closer to the fixing bracket so as to shorten the light gaps between the two roller curtains and the fixing bracket and enhance the sunlight shading effect of the roller curtains.
- To achieve the above and other objects, the double-roller curtain mount structure of the present invention includes: a fixing bracket having a horizontal face and a vertical face, the vertical face being formed with a through hole; a support rod, which is a hollow rod body, the support rod being fitted through the through hole of the fixing bracket, the rod body having a central passage, an outer thread being formed on outer circumference of the rod body; and two fixing members, each of the fixing members having a main body, the main body having a central perforation formed with inner thread for screwing on the outer thread of the support rod, whereby the protruding fixing rods of the roller curtain assemblies can be inserted into the central passage of the support rod to make the roller curtain assemblies closer to the fixing bracket so as to shorten gaps between the roller curtains and the fixing bracket.
- The present invention can be best understood through the following description and accompanying drawings, wherein:

FIG. 11 is a side view according toFIG. 10 , showing that the installation of the roller curtain devices is completed. - Please refer to
FIG. 1 . The double-roller curtain mount structure of the present invention includes afixing bracket 1, a support rod 2 and twofixing members 3, 4, which are assembled with each other. Thefixing bracket 1 has ahorizontal face 10 and avertical face 11. Thehorizontal face 10 is formed withslots 100. Securing members can pass through theslots 100 to secure thefixing bracket 1 on a wall face. Thevertical face 11 is formed with athrough hole 110 for the support rod 2 to pass through. The support rod 2 is a rod body with a predetermined length. The rod body has acentral passage 20. Anouter thread 21 is formed on outer circumference of the support rod 2. The twofixing members 3, 4 are screwed on theouter thread 21. The twofixing members 3, 4 are respectively screwed and tightened on left and right sides of the support rod 2. The right side fixing member 3 has amain body 30. Themain body 30 has acentral perforation 31 formed withinner thread 32 for screwing on theouter thread 21 of the support rod 2. The leftside fixing member 4 also has amain body 40. Themain body 40 has acentral perforation 41 formed withinner thread 42 for screwing on theouter thread 21 of the support rod 2 protruding from one side of thefixing bracket 1. Accordingly, the twofixing members 3, 4 are locked on the support rod 2 to fix the support rod 2 on thefixing bracket 1 with thepassage 20 of the support rod 2 exposed to outer side (as shown inFIG. 2 ). - Referring to
FIG. 3 , when assembled, securingscrews 101 are passed through theslots 100 of thehorizontal face 10 of thefixing bracket 1 to lock thefixing bracket 1 under an upper wall face of awindow 7 with thevertical face 11 of thefixing bracket 1 suspending in front of thewindow 7. Then the support rod 2 is fitted through the throughhole 110 of thevertical face 11 of thefixing bracket 1 with two ends of the threaded rod body protruding from the left and right sides of thefixing bracket 1. The inner threads of the fixing members are screwed on theouter thread 21 of the rod body so as to fix the support rod 2 on the fixing bracket. Thefixing rods 50 of theroller curtain assemblies 5 are assembled in thepassage 20 of the support rod 2 (as shown inFIG. 4 ). - Please refer to
FIGS. 5 and 6 , which show the installation of theroller curtain assemblies 5 on thefixing bracket 1. The roller curtain sheet is fitted on thereel 6 of the rear end of theroller curtain assembly 5. Afixing rod 50 and astopper plate 51 are disposed at the front end of theroller curtain assembly 5. Anelastic member 52 is positioned behind thefixing rod 50 and thestopper plate 51 to elastically support the same, whereby thefixing rod 50 and thestopper plate 51 are extensible and retractable (as shown inFIG. 6 ). In installation, theroller curtain assembly 5 is first tilted by an angle to aim thefixing rod 50 at thepassage 20 of the support rod 2. Then thefixing rod 50 is inserted into thepassage 20 until thestopper plate 51 abuts against the support rod 2 and theelastic member 52 is compressed (as shown inFIG. 6 ). When theroller curtain assembly 5 is positioned in a horizontal state, due to the elastic restoring force of theelastic member 52, the other end of theroller curtain assembly 5 is pushed to engage with a lateral fixing bracket (as shown inFIG. 7 ) to complete the installation of the roller curtain device. - When the installation of the roller curtain device is completed, the remaining elastic force of the
elastic member 52 will further forward push theroller curtain sheet 6 to make thefixing rods 50 of the roller curtain assemblies 5 left and right abut against each other (as shown inFIGS. 8 and 9 ). Under the elastic force of theelastic members 52, thestopper plates 51 will be embedded in the roller curtain assemblies 5 (as shown inFIG. 10 ) to compress theelastic members 52. Accordingly, the tworoller curtain sheets 6 are closer to thefixing bracket 1 to shorten the light gaps between theroller curtain sheets 6 and the fixing bracket 1 (as shown inFIG. 11 ). - The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many modifications of the above embodiments can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
