Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to the field of garments, and more particularly to men's underpants which are easy to put on and off and provide better wearing comfort.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • Traditional men's underpants are mostly a multi-piece structure which is likely to bind the body of the wearer, causing friction, and is also likely to prevent skin from breathing. Hence, most of the currently commercially available men's underpants are made of pure cotton or Lycra, which makes the underpants breathable and flexible. Whatever material the underpants are made of, however, the underpants will absorb a lot of sweat after being worn for a long time by the wearer, or after the wearer did intense exercise, accordingly, both breathability and elasticity would be reduced, making the wearer experience the unbearable feeling of wetness and stuffiness.
  • The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary objective of the present invention is to provide simply structured men's underpants which are easy to put on and off and provide better wearing comfort.
  • To achieve the objective, a pair of men's underpants in accordance with the present invention is made of a single piece of cloth and comprises a pouch body, and a front band body and a rear band body extending from the top of the pouch body.
  • The pouch body is used to hold the men's genital organs, won't bind the body of the wearer, causing friction, and also won't prevent skin from breathing, thus enhancing wearing comfort.
  • Preferably, the pouch body is a penetrating cylindrical structure so as to improve wearing comfort.
  • Preferably, the pair of men's underpants further comprises a ring-shaped waistband inserting through the front and rear band bodies.
  • Preferably, the connecting portion is formed at a free end of each of the front and rear band bodies, and is ring-shaped for allowing the ring-shaped waistband to insert through, and the ring-shaped waistband is provided two loop and hook fasteners capable of being fastened to each other, so that the underpants can be taken off very quickly and easily.
  • The ring-shaped waistband can also be changed in shape into a clothing-like configuration to be worn on the lower part of the human body. For example, the ring-shaped waistband can take the form of second underpants to be worn around the outer periphery of the men's underpants of the present invention, and the loop and hook fasteners of the front and rear band bodies are fastened to loop and hook fasteners which are provided on corresponding part of the second underpants, so that the pouch body and the front and rear band bodies can easily be taken off, if the wearer feels uncomfortable after the pouch body and the front and rear band bodies absorbed sweat.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
  • Referring to FIG. 1, a pair of men's underpants 10 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is made of a single piece of cloth 1 which can be cut into a pouch body 11. A front band body 12 and a rear band body 13 extend from the pouch body 11. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the formed men's underpants 10 of the present invention includes the pouch body 11, the front band body 12, the rear band body 13, and a ring-shaped waistband 14 inserting through the front and rear band bodies 12, 13.
  • The pouch body 11 is formed by sewing (or any feasible means) two lateral sides of the cloth 1 together to form a penetrating cylindrical structure, wherein the two lateral sides are located adjacent to the front and rear band bodies 12, 13. The pouch body 11 tapers from a middle section thereof adjacent to the top end thereof toward the top end and the bottom end of the cylindrical structure, respectively, and is used to hold the men's genital organs, so as to prevent the uncomfortable feeling of tightness.
  • The front band body 12 extends out from the front top of the pouch body 11, a free end of the front band body 12 is a ring-shaped connecting portion 121, and the front band body 12 tapers gradually in width from the pouch body 11 toward the free end thereof.
  • The rear band body 13 extends out from the rear top of the pouch body 11 and increases gradually in width from the pouch body 11 toward the free end. The rear band body 13 is used to cover wearer's buttocks, and a free end of the rear band body 13 is also formed with a connecting portion 131.
  • The ring-shaped waistband 14 is inserted through the connecting portions 121, 131 of the front and rear band bodies 12, 13, respectively, and sewed together with the connecting portion 131 of the rear band body 13. Two loop and hook fasteners 141, 142 are removably attached to two ends of the ring-shaped waistband 14, respectively, as shown in FIG. 3.
  • The above components can be assembled together into a pair of simple men's underpants, as shown in FIGS. 2, 4 and 5. To put on the underpants, as shown in FIG. 6, the wearer can insert two ends of the ring-shaped waistband 14 through the connecting portion 121 of the front band body 12 and then stick the two ends together, so that the men's underpants 10 of the present invention is formed. Then, the user can put the ring-shaped waistband 14 around the waist in such a manner that the rear band body 13 covers the buttocks, and the genital organs are put into the pouch body 11. The men's underpants of the present invention won't bind the body of the wearer, causing friction, and also won't prevent skin from breathing, thus enhancing wearing comfort.
  • The wearing tightness of the men's underpants of the present invention can be adjusted by using the loop and hook fasteners 141, 142 to adjust the girth of the ring-shaped waistband 14, and the loop and hook fasteners 141, 142 can also be hidden in the connecting portion 121 of the front band body 12.
  • To put off the men's underpants 10, the wearer can release the loop and hook fasteners 141, 142, then puts off the underpants 10 with one hand gripping the pouch body 11 or other part of the underpants 10.
  • Hence, the men's underpants of the present invention are simply structured, easy to put on and off, ergonomic, and provides a better wearing comfort.
  • It is to be noted that the shapes of the front and rear band bodies 12, 13 can be changed so that the front and rear band bodies 12, 13 are connected to each other without the use of the ring-shaped waistband 14. The ring-shaped waistband 14 can also be simply inserted through the connecting portion 131 without being sewed to the connecting portion 131 of the rear band body 13, or the ring-shaped waistband 14 can be connected to the front and rear band bodies 12, 13 in a removable manner.
  • Furthermore, the ring-shaped waistband 14 can also be changed in shape into a clothing-like configuration (such as underpants or pantyhose) to be worn on the lower part of the human body. For example, the ring-shaped waistband 14 can take the form of second underpants to be worn around the outer periphery of the men's underpants of the present invention, and the loop and hook fasteners of the front and rear band bodies 12, 13 are fastened to loop and hook fasteners which are provided on corresponding part of the second underpants. Since the free ends of the front and rear band bodies 12, 13 are removably connected to the ring-shaped waistband 14, the pouch body 11 and the front and rear band bodies 12, 13 can easily be taken off, if the wearer feels uncomfortable after the pouch body 11 and the front and rear band bodies 12, 13 absorbed sweat, making the wearer quickly have a comfortable feeling of wearing clean underpants again. Hence, the men's underpants of the present invention are very suitable for being worn by the men who like doing workout or sweating.
  • The number of the front and rear band bodies is not limited to 1, and there can be more front and rear band bodies to improve connecting strength.
  • In general, the men's underpants of the present invention are simply structured, easy to put on and off, ergonomic, and provides a better wearing comfort.
  • While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
