  • The present invention relates to a curtain cable maintaining device and comprises at least two cable maintaining units and each cable maintaining unit has a bottom board. A pulley set is connected on the bottom board and has a first pulley with a first groove and a second pulley with a second groove. A guide hole is defined through the bottom board and located corresponding to the second pulley. Two fixing holes are respectively defined in two ends of the bottom board. A head box has a space and multiple through holes are defined through a bottom plate of the head box. The at least two cable maintaining units are fixed at the fixing holes of the bottom plate of the head box by. The guide holes of the at least two cable maintaining units are located corresponding to the through holes. At least one controlling unit has at least one mandrel unit, a scrolling unit and multiple cables. The at least one mandrel unit is fixed at the middle portion of the space. The scrolling unit is fixed at one end of the space. The at least two cable maintaining units are located between the at least one mandrel unit and the scrolling unit. The cables are respectively wrapped to the at least one mandrel unit, the scrolling unit, the first grooves and the second grooves. The cables then extend through the guide holes of the bottom board. The cable does not contact the periphery of the guide hole so as to reduce the friction with the guide hole and the cable does not hook with the mandrel unit when moving.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the curtain cable maintaining device of the present invention comprises at least two cable maintaining units 10 and each cable maintaining unit 10 has a bottom board 11. A pulley set 110 is connected on the bottom board 11 and has a first pulley 110A and a second pulley 110B. The first pulley 110A has a first groove 110 a and the second pulley 110B has a second groove 110 b. The first and second pulleys 110A, 110B are located adjacent to each other, and the first groove 110 a is located corresponding to the second groove 110 b. A guide hole 111 is defined through the bottom board 11 and located corresponding to the second pulley 110B. Two fixing holes 112 are respectively defined in two ends of the bottom board 11.
  • A head box 20 has a space 21 defined therein and multiple through holes 22 are defined through a bottom plate of the head box 20, the at least two cable maintaining units 10 fixed to the fixing holes 112 of the bottom plate of the head box 20. The guide holes 111 of the at least two cable maintaining units 10 are located corresponding to the through holes 22.
  • At least one controlling unit 30 has at least one mandrel unit 31, at least two scrolling units 32 and multiple cables 33. The at least one mandrel unit 31 is fixed at the middle portion of the space 21. The at least two scrolling units 32 are fixed at two ends of the space 21. The at least two cable maintaining units 10 are located between the at least one mandrel unit 31 and the at least two scrolling units 32. The cables 33 are respectively wrapped to the at least one mandrel unit 31, the at least two scrolling units 32, the first grooves 110 a and the second grooves 110 b. The cables 33 then extend through the guide holes 111 of the bottom board 11. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, each of the at least two cable maintaining units 10 has a cover 12 fixed on top thereof so as to maintain the cables 33 from disengaging from the at least two cable maintaining units 10.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the cables 33 do not contact the peripheries of the guide holes 111 of the bottom board 11, so that when the cables 33 are moved, there will be no friction and resistance generated between the cables 33 and the peripheries of the guide holes 111 of the bottom board 11. Therefore, the operation of the cables 33 is smooth.
