Abstract
The current invention renews, in an apparatus for push-up exercises combined with weightlifting platform, wherein, the apparatus platform designated for the purpose of assisting a user to performing a push-up exercises with the possibilities of adjusting the resistant and the difficulty by the apparatus inflicting upon the user body, by adjusting the apparatus weights to the desirable body weight resistance required, wherein, the apparatus includes a base section, connecting with changeable lengths section to the leaning section designated for the user body chest support, when another section, such as handles, are for the user hand grip and holding, wherein, a weightlifting platform section connected to the base section, and to the body leaning section, wherein, pushing the hand gripping handles forwards and backwards by the user, adding the weights resistance to the user body weight, in both side of the push-up exercises.
Description
- The current invention is at the field of an exercising machine. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus for push-up exercises combined with weightlifting platform.
- In the Prior Art numerous innovations for exercising machines had been provided and are adapted by millions of users worldwide. Even though these innovations may be suitable for the specific individual purposes to which they address, they would not be suitable for the purposes of the present invention as heretofore described.
- Push-ups are an exercise to develop the muscles of the chest, the arms, and the shoulders. Conventionally, push-ups have been performed by the user laying face down on a flat horizontal surface and raising and lowering his body by vertically extending and contracting his arms.
- K. L. Jennings, Sr., in his U.S. Pat. No. 2,666,640 granted Jan. 19, 1954 for “Exercising Stand”, discloses an appliance for raising the hands of the exerciser above the floor, thus allowing him to lower the upper portion of his body below the normal level of his shoulders when performing push-ups. His device extends the range of exercise movement to which the user can subject his body, preferably with favorable results.
- An embellishment on the Jennings, Sr. apparatus is disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 4,900,015, granted Feb. 13, 1990, to T. E. Dissinger, for “Exercise Device”. This inventor provided a stand which requires the user to apply forces to the handgrips in the two different directions while performing push-ups.
- With both of these prior art appliances, the user is working only against the weight of his own body.
- Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a push up apparatus and machine for push-up exercises combined with weightlifting platform.
- Yet, it is another object of the present invention to provide a push up apparatus and machine for push-up exercises combined with weightlifting platform that fitted to increase difficulty, or to diminish difficulty, upon, or from the user body weight difficulty that participate in the push-up exercise.
- It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description present embodiments of the invention and are intended to provide an overview or framework for understanding the nature and character of the invention as it is claimed. The accompanying drawings are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated into and constitute a part of this specification. The drawings illustrate various embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles and operations of the invention but not to limit the invention to these descriptions only.
- The current invention renews in an apparatus, designated to enables the user to select the desirable difficulty for performing the push-up exercise out of a variety of resistances condition enabled in the push-up exercise by the present invention apparatus, wherein, the apparatus platform designated for the purpose of assisting the user to performing a push-up exercises with the possibilities of adjusting the difficulty and the resistant that the apparatus inflicting upon the user body, by adjusting the apparatus weightlifting, similar to the ones used in prior-art to weightlifting and exercise machines not for push-up exercises, to the desirable body resistance required.
- Wherein, the apparatus includes a base section, connected to an adapter with a changeable length section, such as a telescopic pole, that connected to a leaning section for the convenient of the user body chest support, and another section, such as handles, designated for the user hand gripping and holding the handles, pushing forwards and backwards his body from the beginning point, from the default position of the apparatus, wherein, a weightlifting section connected to the base section, and to the body leaning section, wherein, pushing the hand gripping handles by the user, adding the weights of the weightlifting section resistance to the user body weight, in both side of the push-up exercises, adding more resistance and difficulty compare to a user performing push-up exercise without the present invention apparatus.
- Wherein, the push-up exercises apparatus, in time that the user performing the upward action, it is effecting the weightlifting platform in a manner that when the user is pushing his chest up by increasing the distance of the chest from the base of the apparatus, by pushing the handles, the weightlifting increases weight and difficulty upon the user muscles, weights from the weightlifting platform are moving up, and when the user is in a backwards position in the motion of the push-up exercises, weights from the weightlifting platform are moving downwards, back to its default position, wherein, in both direction of the user arms, the user having the weightlifting effect of an additional weight and resistance force upon the user muscles of the exercising acts.
- Wherein, another implementation of the present invention fitting the present invention to the handicapped users, when the present invention apparatus designated with a reversible condition between the weightlifting platform and the user act of performing the push-up exercises, wherein, the weightlifting platform in its implementation designated for the purpose of ease the difficulty of the user body weight to a less difficulty resistance, such which will enabled to be performed a pus-up exercise by handicapped users, wherein, the weightlifting platform connected for example by cable to the chest supporting section, for the purpose of balancing the weight of the user body weight to a lower weight difficulties condition, meaning that when the user performing the push-up exercises, the user difficulty is less then the difficulty of his body weight, this by adding weights of the weightlifting platform.
- The added drawings in this patent request come in order to provide more visual understandings about the invention and are integral part of the request and the invention. The drawings describe different functions of the invention and, added to all the mentioned above, serve the purpose of explaining the principles and ways of operation and not, by any means, suppose to limit the invention solely to them.

present invention apparatus 150 with a reversible condition between theweightlifting platform 168 and the user act of performing the push-up exercises, wherein, theweightlifting platform 168 in its implementation is to ease the difficulty of the user body weight, wherein, theweightlifting platform 168 connected for example bycable 166 to thechest supporting section 156, is for the purpose of balancing the weight of the user body weight to a lower weight difficulties condition, meaning that when the user performing the push-up exercises, the user difficulty is less then the difficulty of his body weight, by adding weights of theweightlifting platform 168.
Claims (5)
1. An apparatus for push-up exercises combined with weightlifting platform, comprising:
an apparatus designated to enables the user to select the desirable difficulty for performing the push-up exercise out of a variety resistances condition enabled in the push-up exercise by the present invention apparatus, wherein;
the apparatus platform dedicated for the purpose of assisting a user to performing a push-up exercises with the possibilities of adjusting the difficulty and the resistant that the apparatus inflicting upon the user body, by adjusting the apparatus weightlifting, similar to the ones used in prior-art to weightlifting and exercise machines, to the desirable body resistance required, wherein;
the apparatus includes a base section, connected to an adapter with a changeable length section, such as a telescopic pole, that connected to a leaning section for the convenient of the user body chest support;
and another section, such as handles, designated for the user hand gripping and holding the handles pushing forwards and backwards the user body from the beginning point, the default position of the apparatus, wherein;
a weightlifting section connected to the base section, and to the body leaning section, wherein;
pushing the hand gripping handles by the user, adding the weights of the weightlifting section resistance to the user body weight, in both side of the push-up exercises, adding more resistance and difficulty compared to a user performing push-up exercise without the present invention apparatus.

An apparatus for push-up exercises as in claim 1 , wherein, the push-up exercises apparatus, in time that the user performing the upward action, it is effects the weightlifting platform in a manner that when the user is pushing his chest up by increasing the distance of the chest from the base of the apparatus, by pushing the handles, the weightlifting increases weight and difficulty upon the user muscles, and weights from the weightlifting platform are passes up.
3. An apparatus for push-up exercises as in claim 2 , wherein, when the user is in a backwards action in motion toward the push-up exercises base point, weights from the weightlifting platform are moving dawn, back to their default position, wherein, in both action direction of the user, the user having the weightlifting effect of an edition weight and resistance force upon the user action of the exercising acts.
4. An apparatus for push-up exercises as in claim 1 , wherein, another implementation of the present invention fitted to the handicapped users, is the apparatus with a reversible condition between the weightlifting platform and the user act of performing the push-up exercises; wherein, the weightlifting platform is designated to ease the difficulty of the user body weight, wherein; the weightlifting platform connected for example by cable to the chest supporting section, is for the purpose of balancing the weight of the user body weight to a lower weight difficulties condition, meaning that when the user performing the push-up exercises, the user difficulty is less then the difficulty of his body weight, by adding weights of the weightlifting platform.

An apparatus for push-up exercises as in claim 1 , wherein, performing a push-up exercises by user with the apparatus for push-up exercises enabled to change the difficulties of the weightlifting platform by a computerized system dedicated with software and mechanism that changes the weightlifting platform weight influence upon the user body and muscles.
